The facility is a little dated, and the recovery room is very small but I can get past that! I've seen several different nurses & operational staff, most of which are very friendly. They've been great at scheduling & even calling a few days after to check on me. I love that attentiveness. I'm thankful to have had my procedures done here because I feel like it's small enough to get the best kind of care. Thank you for being kind to me.

There are a few different doctors at this facility--my doctor is Dr. Vagalarsky, though I haven't had much interaction with him. The nurses handle most of the process, from wheeling you in to sedation and the procedure itself. Julie, the admitting nurse, was wonderful--very personable and kind. Becky and Rachel, the procedure nurses, were also great, and my recovery nurse, Maria, was equally kind and attentive. This is my go-to place for GI procedures. 2/3/25

Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.

I had to pop in for a pretty typical urgent care need this week. They have a sign on the outside of the door letting you know to call in first, because I believe the waiting room is closed down for now as a covid precaution. The MA led me back to a room to fill out my paperwork. Ive been to clinics that use paper or apps, and I have to say I prefer the apps and online functions for getting medical stuff filled out. Its also way more convenient for paying the bills later, so I was a little bummed it was paper because my handwriting sucks but that is no big deal. Most places haven't upgraded that. I had to do some simple testing. Quick and easy. The MA was super nice and easy to talk to, which is cool because I have major doctors anxiety and I was also having a bad day so that cheered me up a bit and eased my clinic anxieties. The actual doctor I met with was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything pretty well, and seemed very genuinely helpful. I have no major complaints. This was a good place to go for urgent care and convenient. The reason for the 4 stars for me is my experience was good but not great, like some of the other urgent cares in town ive been to. The clinic was a ghost town (pretty sure I was the only patient) so I was hoping it would be a little quicker, but it was about average time wise. I also was disappointed the hours are 8am to 5pm. I wanted to try this spot months ago but the hours shortened right now so I have never been able to use them until this week due to that inconvenience.. Overall, I would recommend this spot for simple issues and friendly, helpful staff and would have no qualms about using them again. Good experience overall.

Haylee was great at the front desk, super sweet and very nice. Dr Priya saw my son and was straight to the point. Had some good recommendations for him. We didn't feel rushed at all and great bedside manners! The office was clean, updated and we were in and out in 20 minutes! I give 10/10 and will definitely recommend! ***update*** 2 days later went back for an xray, the tech wasn't in the Sunday we went & it wasn't urgent: so we didn't mind waiting, we were in and out in 30 minutes with results. Every appointment turns into hours of waiting, even when arriving on time. What's even more frustrating is seeing patients with later appointments get called in before me. There's never an apology for wasting patients' time -- only excuses. Yet if a patient is even 10 minutes late, they charge fees immediately. The double standard is very disappointing. I honestly can't tell whether this is discrimination or just consistently poor management, but either way, patients' time clearly is not valued here. After two years of giving this place chances, I can no longer recommend it.

I understand when you're the only one running around trying to get to everyone. I'm a pretty patient person, no big deal. Doctor ordered 2 chest x-rays and he told me it was bronchitis (ew!). Set me up with a few meds and an inhaler and sent me on my way. Even though the wait time was a little bad, the service was very prompt as soon as I got assigned a room. I will still come back here since it's much better than Priority Urgent Care.

All that aside I was charged waited an hour to be taken to a room. Waited another 20 mins to be told the Dr isn't even here and is in surgery.
