From patient care, to their daily duties. It was nice with no TVs on in the waiting areas this time. While I wish I could skip the check in process, I know that the consistency in application helps the staff and the patient. The only thing I could recommend is that they make so minor repairs to a few things, like the blinds and the restroom could use some repairs.

I came to my appointment 30 minutes early as they insist and required. Jessica the bully got my insurance card and ID and disappeared for 23 minutes then she decided to have me come sign the paperwork so now we are past my start time for my scan. I get to the scan area and the assistant finally comes to do his menial job of asking the redundant questions and then I have to change into the gown and pants that are made for a 600 pound man. By this time it is 6:30 pm 15 minutes past my start time for the scan. I'm waiting and waiting no one comes to get me so I start yelling out can someone tell me what is going on and the assistant plays dumb and says he doesn't know. Finally at 7 pm the technician comes and doesn't apologize for being so late. He was rude. It is absolute bullshit to arrive 30 minutes early and have your appointment start an hour late yet I was there for an hour and a half before the scan actually started. This is the second time I have had a shitty experience with this place. They could have told me they were running late. They could have offered me water and they could have killed me with kindness instead of treating me like I was the one who caused their lateness. They don't care about the patient at all. Negative stars for this facility!

I've seen a few great People there, one stood out. Kim hatton, nurse practitioner. This woman, went above and beyond yesterday to help my husband who'd been in an MVA the week prior. She ordered the tests and made sure he was comfortable as he's been in tremendous pain! I highly recommend centric urgent care, the staff are also great, especially Toni!

Despite confirming multiple times--both with the doctor and the receptionist--that our prescription needed to go to the Walgreens on Gosford because Costco was closed, it was still sent to the wrong location (CVS on Panama). This urgent care is on the other side of the shopping center where Winco is, so it was easy to find. They accepted walk-ins, and it was empty when we got there. They took my daughter in the back pretty quickly, and she was back out in less than 20 minutes. The front receptionist did inform us that the x-ray technician had just left, but I still wanted to see if this Dr would be able to help my daughter. My daughter said the Dr was nice, but that the Dr didn't know what was wrong and just offered pain relief. Maybe it is the reason we went to urgent care that urgent care couldn't help us, im sure they did the best they could, which I still appreciate.

Our wait was about 25 minutes before she was called back, bring a blanket the waiting area is refrigerated. I headed home, after 90 minutes I got a call, all went well and she was in recovery I was on my way. The entire staff were friendly caring and professional. The staff seems hard pressed to deal with the ppl in here. It doesn't seem organized. I am starving and dehydrated, I have a headache (from colonoscopy prep) It's hard not to get really mad after all the threats and texts telling me to get here on time.. the place is clean and has a private bathroom, which is nice, but I'll avoid this place like the plague
