I had to come here routinely over the course of 18 months. I was getting blood draws to monitor levels of valley fever in my blood while I was taking anti fungal medication for the valley fever infection. At one point they lost all my blood samples because their blood refrigerator malfunctioned and all the samples whet bad. It set me back many months of progress. That's unfortunate error but no one's fault really. What really bothered me about this business charged me an additional $500 for services not referred. I emailed back and forth for a long time with them and got the run around. They never resolved it on their end and I was stuck with an extra bill that should've never happened. read more

I had to complete lab work so I decided to go here. I've been here once before. The staff has always been kind when doing any labs here, it's usually pretty quick. It's clean and has plenty of seating. The attendant was nice as she took insurance info and would recommend the location. They seem to take care of you in a good and timely manner. There is ample parking in the back parking. read more

3 stars because location is convenient and the phlebotomist are always friendly. The check-in and registration desk staff seem really over it and inpatient. The waiting room and office in general isn't as nice as some of the other locations seems a little run down. The wait is always long even if there's no one in waiting room read more

When you have an appointment you can be in and out in under a half hour. The phlebotomists are professional and knowledgeable as well as personable. They smile and are friendly and exude caring. read more

Upon walking in, patients need to sign in via computer. It usually takes longer if patient does not have orders on hand. For example: today I walked in without an order, because my doctor was supposed to fax it to this facility. I arrived at 12:45. It is now 1:27 and the phlebotomist finally took me back. I explained that my orders were faxed, but she insisted they never received anything for me. I call my doctors office and spoke to an employee. The employee claims that they always have issues with PAL when it regards orders that were faxed. It was recommended by my doctors office to always walk in with orders before coming here, as many patients end up waiting an excessive amount of time for something they either didn't get, misplaced, or issues with their fax. read more

The staff is friendly to me but not so much to others that were complaining. I do have to say though that the wait was so longggggg. Nobody is watching social distancing nor paying attention to people wearing masks or not. Another thing I noticed and it scared me and grossed me out was the bathroom. I unfortunately had to leave a urine sample and the bathroom floor smelled of urine. The toilet seat was yello with dry and wet pee. The floor was a whole different story. If I could give this place no stars I would. I've waited for quite some time. I can hear the workers in the back talking singing and laughing. There's no one here mind you. New customers I see walking don't know what to do because you have to sign in but you wouldn't know to do so because there are no workers out here to assist but a small sign below the check in computer that tell you to sign in but you wouldn't even notice it. They finally call me back and they proceed to ask me if I checked in. ? Wouldn't they have known if they did their job. Worst place ever. Unprofessional and the worst customer service. The one star is solely based on location convenience. Other than that, this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The technician proceeded to have a conversation on the phone ,while I was on the chair, about another patient where she even mentioned his full name and DOB, and ID number. Such a terrible breach of confidentiality. There were many other red flags at this location that were beyond unprofessional. I know everyone else is giving this place bad reviews and saying they were unprofessional or taking their time or not doing things properly but I had a great experience. There were 11 people ahead of me waiting for blood work, and I was in and out in LESS than 30 min. Checked in at 930 and was taken care of and out the door before 10am. And unlike quest, she found the vein immediately, no pain, re-poking, prodding, or any issues at all. At quest they always leave me in pain. And I have large Easy veins. I have to get blood work every few months. The front desk girl is slow and rude at this location. A procedure that other labs do in 20 minutes here it will take over an hour. Not for the lab techs but due to the gal in the front. read more
