Despite confirming multiple times--both with the doctor and the receptionist--that our prescription needed to go to the Walgreens on Gosford because Costco was closed, it was still sent to the wrong location (CVS on Panama). Mistakes happen, but given how quiet the office was, this felt like a total lack of effort and care for the patient experience. We will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward.

I sat for two hours before even seeing a doctor, with her coming into my room on accident with intentions for another room, then I heard it happen again with another room.
