I took a picture of my receipt since it was a business lunch. I later found the server had added $5 to her tip, according to the credit card report. When I called to get it reversed, the manager tried to defend her and explain math that didn't work as an accident and then that the receipt she could see looked like there were more digits on my tip, which would have been $10 extra and not five. Eventually she reversed just the tip to zero. Cannot recommend this restaurant anymore based on server behavior and management response.

But I didn't like the $3.25 cost per empanada and being forced to order the empanadas in 2s-4s-6s without having the opportunity to mix flavors. - The steak and cheese was alright. It didn't wow me or anything but it gets the job done. - The Mexican bbq wings are a pretty good price, but I made a mistake with the flavor as the dry rubbed "Mexican bbq" wings were weak. Additionally, the french fries were well seasoned and the right amount of crispy with a soft center. This, however, is not a meal and I really wish I could have enjoyed something more substantial. The service was so slow and that would be my main reason for not wanting to come back. It was really fun seeing how many people the employees knew by name. The bar was bustling with business. I love that this restaurant is well attended by regulars and locals. But it took way too long for me to get a second drink and the bill.
