Went here the other night for dinner . It's a small local spot tucked away in town. Somewhere only the locals know about . I ordered the Argentinian steak sandwich and I give it 3 thumbs up, very tender, juicy, cooked perfectly. This is a nice little spot and I believe they do karaoke on Wednesdays

This was our go to place after our weekly volleyball match. However, due to the pandemic, it's been a while. We seated outside in their tent. I wish that they would have cleaned the tables after each guest. We had to ask the table to be cleaned. I heard another table asked the same thing. It was a little slow but probably due to pandemic, it is hard to staff the right number of people. I do have to say the food was on point. Not many places have potato skins any more. Not only was it on the menu, they were delicious. Perfect amount of cheese, bacon, and scallions. For the entrees, we got their specials- shrimp basket with fries and French Dip with tater tots. The shrimp was perfectly fried and tasty. This was my first time trying French Dip. OMG- why did I wait so long to try this dish. The dish was so big that I had leftover and had another meal. It heated up well. I look forward to returning weekly after our volleyball game.

Good place for happy hours and group meals. Menu items are standard American fare (pizza, burgers, salads, steak, pasta, ect). Have been here for trivia night one pre-pandemic; made for a fun night. This time was a farewell gathering. I had their Greek salad. It came with a heaping serving of greens, topped with peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese and Kalamata olives. The lemon dressing was on the side and very tangy and light. It was a perfect light dinner. Service was helpful; they were able to do individual checks for the whole table.

The evening special of grilled pork chops over plantains with rice and beans

Went last week, sat at the bar, amazing service and delicious food. Grilled pork chops with plantains and watermelon! It seems no matter what I order there it is always delicious, The bartenders are attentive yet not intrusive and the locals are very friendly. A great place to watch a game, play some trivia, or hear live music. It seems that I eat here too often to do several posts so you will find all of the pictures of some of my favorite items attached.

This review is solely for its Togo experience! My company ordered a large food order and they mentioned it will be finished in 20mins, which they did! When I came into the restaurant John John assisted us and he was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The people who placed everything together was accurate and we did not have one missed order. They have loads of seating inside this restaurant. There is also a bar are as well! When we came in during lunch hour it was dead but I'm sure they get busy over the weekend or nights. Parking is not a problem! Lol it's in a shopping center. Now the food!!! My coworkers meals looked amazing!! And they enjoyed it! They mentioned that it's the regular items that they order. I got the armrest salad and it was real steak on top. I recommend getting the steak "medium " if you don't want it "dry". My steak was medium well and it wasn't bad it could be better. Lol the crispy onion were kind of greasy and honestly )15 for a salad is a bit pricy lol. It's steak so I get it! Overall? I had a great experience with the staff and the food!

I've lived in the city for years and seen various similar restaurants in Chinatown come and go -- like Fuddruckers, Green Turtle, and Ruby Tuesday. And while they may have similar menu items, the food was good. We stopped by on a Saturday early-evening and were seated immediately which I didn't expect. There is 2 floors of seating in what looks like a seemingly small location. While I was there, I saw them quickly accommodate 2 huge buses of tourist with burger dinners and drinks quickly while also still serving regular patrons. As for food, I can say that everything my party ordered was a hit: chicken tenders and fries for kids, cheeseburger, salmon dinner, and pizza! They also had a really cute kids menu ice cream to end the day for my little one. Highly recommend for a sit down meal, decently priced, family friendly, and solid food.

What we got: Mojito - 5* can't go wrong with a solid virgin mojito. Hibiscus Mule - 5* the sugar on the side of the glass elevated this drink from sub par to delicious. Pepperoni pizza - 4* a solid pizza, especially when under $10 during Four Cheese Spinach Dip - 4* we enjoyed the sprinkling of cheese on the chips and the dip was really good. At first it tasted a bit too salty but that dissipated the more I ate. Chicken Nachos - 2.5* we were not impressed with the nachos. I appreciated the generous serving of guacamole but the chicken was sparsely sprinkled on, the chips were burnt on the edges and soggy in the middle, and it was overall unimpressive.

It was JUMPIN' this night! It was a Saturday - they had a DJ, waitresses dressed in matching outfits, and it was packed in there. Disco lights went crazy. Somehow we were able to get a table and sat down to order food. We thought we could get good margaritas here but the only flavor they offered was lime unfortunately. Our food took a really long time to come out but when it did, omg it was worth the wait. It was hot and you could tell everything was fresh and quality. Side note: knowing Spanish will help a lot when coming here. It's a mainly Spanish speaking establishment. Luckily, I'm Latina so I could communicate with the waitress once I noticed her English wasn't strong. All in all, this is a good spot for good Mexican food and late night food. I just give it 4 stars for the lack of cocktails...they didn't have a lot of what showed on the menu (pina coladas, etc.) and for the long wait for food when most people were just drinking at the bar.

While waiting to get it fixed we Found Antojitos, a little Mexican cantina in an older strip mall. It was early aftternoon, and there were several groups of men and families eating and drinking. I sensed that they had been there for awhIle, and intended to stay longer, as if this www how they usual spent their Saturday afternoons. Scanning the menu for something interesting my eyes caught the word Mondongo. Reading the menu details ( in Spanish only) I conFirmed that this was a rich tripe stew. I think my son had a steak and egg burrito. Our meals took a while to arrive. Maybe 20 mInutes. The Mondongo was served in a large bowl. The rich orange broth was brimming with large chunks of glistening honeycomb tripe. I Waac also thrilled to encounter chunks of cartilaginous knuckle bones, and a medley or recognizable and non recognizable fruits and vegetables. First, the broth. It was rich with Umami suggesting hours of boiling down pigs feet and knuckle bones. It had a tomato background, but also tasted of pumpkin, and even roasted pumpkinseeds. There was a hint of masa harina reminiscent of tamales. I couldn't identify the other flavors, maybe star anise or allspice. There were big chunks of yuccaa, and plantain slices skin and all. There was some green, maybe chayote. But the Honeycomb Tripe. The three times washed washed cow's stomach was soft and soothing. For the FIRST TIME EVER, I enjoyed a bowl of stomach without any odor or flavor of offal. I keep trying without success to replicate that recipe. Fortunately we have another soccer tournament in two weeks. I'll be back. Jim L

Unfortunately, he took the overall win, but I did beat his score in one round by a landslide, so I'm counting that as a small victory. There were five of us, and we grabbed a quick bite while we played. Both my competitor and I ordered the Parmesan Garlic Chicken Caesar Salad, and I have to say--the chicken was outstanding. Crispy, well-seasoned, and easily some of the best I've had. Definitely not what I expected, but I'd order it again without hesitation. We also went with the Eat & Play Combo, which includes a $10 play card (40 chips) and one of six food options. The website initially made it seem like a flat $20 deal, which felt a bit misleading, but upon rereading, it does say "starting at $20." This company decided a long time ago that they were gonna cater to families with little kids and that's fine but it seems like they gave up on attracting adults to their arcade which is a shame. This place is huge, there's plenty of space for at least 1 pinball table. We live in a pinball dead zone, you have to travel down to VUK in DC or to Frederick to play. If this arcade had any pinball tables I would be there every week at the very least. The hostess was warm and accommodating, offering to seat me while I waited for my friend. Once she arrived, we were promptly shown to a comfortable booth in the dining room. The floor-to-ceiling windows filled the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. We started with the cheesesteak spring rolls (three per order), which were delicious. They tasted exactly as advertised--gooey cheesesteak filling wrapped in a perfectly crispy spring roll. For our entrees, my friend ordered the short ribs with broccoli instead of risotto, while I chose the Cajun shrimp pasta. The short ribs came with two generous pieces and were incredibly tender. My friend, who always orders short ribs whenever they're on a menu, was thoroughly impressed. The Cajun shrimp pasta was just okay. While it included a generous portion of nicely sized shrimp and the sausage added some much-needed flavor, the dish overall fell short of my expectations. The pasta was cooked slightly past al dente, and I was hoping for more of the bold, spicy kick you'd expect from a Cajun dish, but the flavors never really came through. To top off the evening, our server surprised me with a complimentary birthday dessert, allowing me to choose anything on the menu. That was such a thoughtful touch. We shared the cheesecake, which was served in a half mason jar with whipped cream, a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque, and a candle. I requested the blueberry compote on the side since I wasn't sure we'd enjoy it. While it ended up being a bit sweeter than our preference, it complemented the tart cheesecake filling nicely. The only thing that caught me off guard was that the cheesecake was served warmer than expected. On a hot summer evening, I was anticipating a chilled dessert. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The attentive service, comfortable atmosphere, and the fact that we never felt rushed--even after spending about two and a half hours at dinner--made for a memorable birthday celebration. While my entrée didn't quite hit the mark, I'd gladly return to try another dish with a bolder flavor profile.

I loved this restaurant. My bf and I ordered dinner the other night and if you frequent here you…read moreknow it's not cheap. I was expecting quality and got subpar. I reached out and was speaking to the back end and was told that they were sorry for the quality and quantity of food and that they would mail me a gift card. I am attaching a photo of receipt of how much we ordered. We ordered a chocolate cake, the photo online showed a massive slice of cake, ours looked as if someone cut half of it off where the cake is supposed to be pointed. $12 for half a cake. My bfs meal was supposed to come with two sides. He ordered mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The mashed potatoes were in with the steak and it was a small portion that looked like a small ice cream scoop, ribeye ($49.00). We did not get the Cole slaw. We ordered a house side salad. It was literally a huge chunk of iceberg lettuce thrown in a bowl with some of the sides. ($14.00) I ordered the steak frites (34.00) the fries were fine, my steak had these weird pieces (see photo) inside, that were veins or ligaments but def not edible and very chewy and gross. I chewed a few pieces and kept having to over chew and then would spit out the pieces because it was rubbery, after the second piece I noticed the texture and then spit it out, then saw whatever it was that was causing the texture and issue. Seeing that immediately made me lose my appetite. So I was left hungry and turned off by my meal and filled up on calamari and fries. I have ordered this before and it usually comes with a nice amount of slices. Mine came with four pieces of sliced steak. We ordered the calamari and had no complaints. The back end comes to my house and drops off a GC of $25.00! Which to me is an insult. For that they can keep their cheap cop out. I will not be back. We spent $134.00 and tipped $19.00 for a take out order. And all they could give us back for a terrible experience and quality of food was $25.00?! Their salad alone was $14. The cake is $12. So basically come back spend more money and we will cover one simple thing but several of your items were sub par and or gross. I would not recommend. This restaurant took a lot of money and did the bare minimum to fix the issue and threw a minimum amount to appease the customer. But didn't mind taking my hard earned money, which I will now spend elsewhere. I also will be mailing back the card. Whoever came to my condo to drop off the gift card came at midnight. Which to me is weird and an odd time to come to someone's house. I have it on security video.
