We watched as the woman made each one from scratch. You can definitely taste the difference so it will be hard to go back to packaged tortillas. The batter was a bit oily and thin, but the flavor brought me right back to a trip I took over 30 years ago. So please, go struggle with your Spanish. Or use English. They are good either way.
