Good Pho is hard to find in East Houston. I would not have expected to have such great Pho from a restaurant named La Crawfish. This place doesn't focus on Pho, in fact, I believe we were the only ones who ordered it the night we were there. La Crawfish has quite a variety of foods, but the one that appeared to be ordered by most on my first visit was the crawfish. It's a seat yourself kind of establishment, and you wouldn't expect it to be so packed, but there was only one table open on my first visit. I'm glad we found it because now we don't have to travel 20 miles to find good Pho. Oh, and if add the shrimp, you'll be impressed by the plumpness and good size of it. read more

Love this place!!! With there was in closer to my house in the Atascocita area. Luckily, my in laws live near this location so I usually stop in when I visit them. I love the Pho... very flavorful. The crawfish rolls and empanadas are so yummy. But in my opinion, the best this is the crawfish... when they are in season and the wings!!! read more

The shrimp fried rice was awesome and my kids loved the wings and waffle fries! The food was well seasoned and there was more than enough the plates are pretty full and the service and delivery is reasonably quick i would recommend this establishment to others! read more

Horrible service. I had to ask more than twice where my food was at. The crawfish are small and some were missing the heads

The gumbo was good, a bit too salty. The crawfish was okay could've had a bit more flavor. The service was what really mediocre.

The fried rice was so awful, I didn't eat more than two bites. There wasn't enough beef on the fried rice as well. Also, the driver didn't deliver the food at my door. I had to get out of the house and walk around the complex till I found her, took the food from her and got back home. I had to walk way further than where my car was. If I had to walk all the way past my car, I could've just drove to other restaurants and order better quality food for the same price or less. I wouldn't even have to pay the delivery fee. This was my third order from Eat24 and I ordered from the same place the first two times, so I decided to try some new place, and I only have 2 restaurants that offer delivery through this app in my area. But honestly, I'm much better off with Pizza Hut and Domino's. They deliver at my door, and they offer better quality food than LA Crawfish. read more

LA Crawfish - Wings ($4.99) Seasoned Fries (3.99) wings weren't exceptional and fries weren't seasoned. Tasted like frozen fries off of Kroger. Seriously. - Vietnamese Near Me - Houston, Texas

The service is amazing, pho is the best in town... Wings will give any place a run for their money. Oysters are super fresh and delicious. Plus byob... Seriously nothing more I could ask for... read more

I order LA Crawfish a lot on GrubHub. I love that they always remember everything I order including extra seasoning or side of ranch or whatever it may be. The crab and crawfish are yummy. I think this is place that you have to stick to what you know. Everything isn't good on the menu but the items that are good, are really good! The crawfish pho is delicious. Beignets are really good and different. I wouldn't get a Poboy, rice, popcorn chicken.... this is not the place for that at all!!! Stick to the boiled items or Pho and you'll love it as well! read more

My fiance an I checked this out for the first time. Ummmmm. Atmosphere is very college like. The music was insanely loud. But the service was decent. Nothing to brag about. The food, I will say was better than what expected. We sampled the stuffed empenadas cheesy egg rolls and the gumbo. It was pretty good. However the gumbo taste like pho a little too much which was interesting twist. But one thing I would say is they need to hire more staff. We waited forever for the check. It seems the waitress hated her job. had forgotten about us. And she was really unprofessional at times. Would I go back? Maybe in a couple of months I'm sure she would probably of quit by then read more

Pretty good food here, likely worthy of 3.5 stars. The service could stand a little assistance but not bad. The pho is very good, tasty, and reasonably priced. We do not care for the tripe so we will 86 that (a bit farmy as u can imagine). The crawfish are good when in season, and opt for the spicy garlic butter mix! read more

The crawfish is great, the appetizers , the po boys and the pho are great. The only reason I'm giving this 5 stars is for the service. The service is absolutely horrible! Get everything you need from you server the first time she comes around because odds are she won't check on you after and even if she does , she'll forget to bring you what you asked for. I'm not even talking about a specific person. We've been here 3 times. Had 3 different people and the service experience was the same all 3 times. I had asked the server for more butter when she brought our crawfish, my husband asked her for another drink. She walked by us a few times she never brought the butter or the drink. When she came by once we were finished eating she said "Oh I'm so sorry I forgot your butter would you like me to bring it?" Well...no , we had already finished our meal.... If the service was at LEAST a 7/10 then I would give this place 5 stars. read more

Yelp is good app but this place is not. I had an oyster po boy basket. The fries came out first by themselves. Then the po boy came. Both were fishy tasting even the fries. This got five stars so people could see the review. read more

Great lolcal spot the wings were excellent ! However I was disappointed in shrimp fried rice tasted bland and mushy !

Gumbo was pretty good...beignet fries were also pretty good. Seasoned fries were half way cooked....blue crab was a complete FAIL. I ordered it with the garlic butter and the outside part was spicy and the meat inside had ZERO taste. I got the special on a Tuesday which is 3 blue crab for 2.22. I decided to throw them out because It would be a waste of time to break each crab to find bland tasting meat. Thank goodness my hubby also brought home some tutti fruiti because I'll be eating that instead. read more

The crawfish size was pretty good, overall some not too small ones and definitely some big ones. We ordered both crawfish and shrimp in the garlic butter and Cajun flavor mix in medium spice. I was pretty pleased by the amount of spice and flavor. We also added potatoes, corn and sausage. The potatoes were pretty small but didn't bother me much, I'll just have to order more next time. The menu has a lot of variety, they have pho, noodles, wings, some interesting choices of oysters on the shell, such as ponzu and Korean style. I was intrigued by the menu items and will definitely be coming back to try them. The service wasn't good but wasn't terrible (I've had worse service), my food came out fast, not much of a complaint there. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this place and will be coming back. read more

I asked the waitress if the crawfish was live and she said yes. Sure enough I knew that in August there is no live crawfish! It was horrible. read more

Perfect way to waste money in my opinion!!! My first and last time trying this place. The crawfish weren't purged well enough and had zero flavor... I ordered the Cajun. I am from New Orleans and have been searching for a place to get good flavorful crawfish in Houston... Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I will not be returning. read more

Been here many times and the crawfish are always a hit or miss with this place. The crawfish is either half dead or not live, when thSometimes they're really good and sometimes they are really bad, but today was the worst of all. The nastiest thing I've ever had. I was served someone else's leftovers. It was cracked crawfish heads, it looked like someone had chewed and sucked them already and a lot of empty tail shells. It was trash. I guess they keep customer's trash and serve it again. Will never return goes without saying. That was the nastiest and worst thing I've ever seen. When I complained i was told that since i had eaten some already they would only charge me for half of the 4 pounds of crawfish so i refused to pay for only half and paid for the entire order but told them i would male sure everyone i know of my experience there. These people just go to extremes to save a buck. read more

The crawfish was pretty big, considering it's in season now. But, the seasoning was not as good. We got the spicy garlic butter and the hot and sour seasonings for the crawfish and hot and sour for the shrimp. The hot and sour on the crawfish was really good! Although, the spicy garlic was not spicy at all and had barely a hint of garlic on it. The shrimp also did not have that much of hot and sour seasonings on it. The sides (corn, sausage, and potatoes) were all really good add ons that you should always get. This place is still good to hit up a crawfish craving especially since this is one of the few crawfish restaurants on this side of town. read more

I might have been expecting to much, however, the Poboy didn't taste right. It really wasn't a Poboy. I'm from La and I know how they should taste. Maybe it is a creative way of doing it. But not what I was expecting. This place is new so I'm not going to be hard. But with time I'm sure they may work out the issues. read more

The wings are good, although they are really big. The big wings make me think they buy processed chicken with a lot of chemicals. The flavor was nice, I ordered lemon pepper and sweet and spicy. I was not a fan of the pho, it tasted to much like a fish soup. I like original pho. Overall not a bad place to try, not sure it's for me. read more

Had the Cajun crawfish and sausage links they were delicious. Also the waitress was nice and explained the menu well. read more

Good crawfish and big shrimp . Good pho crawfish soup, I enjoy this place too. Bring your own beers , remember order the crawfish spicy with garlic and butter, you'll like it. read more

Very good crawfish that you can get year round. Be careful getting spicy though. The mild garlic pepper flavor should suit you just fine because it has some spice. BBQ crabs are good too. Overall, you don't need to wait long for your order. read more

Very Rude. Poor customer service. My pick up order was wrong and the girl argued with me and cut me off while I was trying to tell them my correct order. Very unbelievable and will never return. read more

First off, this getting a 5 star for because of whoever made the dry garlic noodles on May 3rd, 2018 needs a damn raise right now. The waitress Chasity is A-1 yolo with her kindness. She need a raise too. And while I'm typing this i found out the cook name was Jared. If you reading this, PRECIATE THAT HOMIE! Cause good lord them noodles hit the spot for the night for real! I would post a picture but my plate empty as hell. So for anybody reading this, yes I'm being extra but them garlic noodles crack and i stand by that. Be blessed. read more

We had the Crawfish Pho and lord will it open up your breathing. We also had the oyster po boy and maybe it was a bad night but that was no bueno. We will visit more but will stick with the pho. read more

Food was good! Try lots of things! Wish the shrimp was headless. Need more staff to keep up with how busy they are. Will be back

I ordered garlic butter boiled shrimp and they were good but I should've gotten hot, I opted for medium. Medium are a little too bland for me but they weren't too bad. read more

I called the restaurant to place an order and after 3 different attempts and no answer, I ordered online thru yelp. After waiting 20 minutes, I show up at the restaurant and they said the order didn't come thru and if I place the order now it will take another 25 minutes. read more

I love LA Crawfish but this location honestly was disappointing! The service was awful had to get up like 3 times to ask for basic things like soda and butter. The crawfish look like they had been picked it and the flavor wasn't there at all! Save yourself some money and skip this location read more

Their lemon pepper wings are amazing! Currently BYOB place so it's a cool hang out spot

Ordered 3 pounds of crawfish. There is no way they brought me three pounds. Maybe one and a half pounds at best. Bring your crawfish to you in a plastic bag. With a bowl to put the shells in. Will not go back. Not impressed. read more

My go-to for Wings. They leave the wing tip which I like. Also they are reasonably priced compared to other chains. Also never dry.

Found hair in my food once. Decided to give it a second try and the potatoes and corn tasted like it had been sitting in old water for days, I'll never go again ! read more

I eat here at least 3 times each month and I have not been disappointed yet! The food is flavorful! I'm a Mississippi girl so I know flavor! The wings are awesome esp when u mix the sauces! Great gumbo and cheesy crawfish roles! The noodle stir fry is awesome as well! Those are just my favs. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu! read more

I went to this place the other day and really enjoyed it. The projection screen is awesome for football games and the food is good too. The hot lemon pepper wings were not hot/spicy, but still good. I gave it a 3 for no wow factor. The service was really great. All the ladies were very attentive and nice. read more

Crawfish pho is off the chain, I got it delivered and it was still hot and fresh. Will definitely be ordering more deliveries from here just keep in mid to order earlier in the day. read more

The only reason they get 1 star from me is because I really enjoyed the wings and my bf his crawfish fried rice but other than that the service sucked, our waitress came by twice only to ask for our orders and the other to see if we wanted to order something else before the kitchen closed and we thought that she had gotten the hint that we were ready to pay but nope she left and never came back until we went up to pay for our meal and that's about the time she realized that she had forgotten to give us the fucking check. Sorry but if it wasn't for this terrible waitress I would go back but sorry no thanks. read more
