We were in town for a convention and placed a large order to be delivered the next day for lunch. Each order was done separately as to not have trouble identifying whose order belonged to whom. The order was taken by one location by the District manager who in turn forwarded it to the Grapevine location. They assured me they could handle the request. We requested delivery for 11:45-12:00 as we had lunch starting at 12. Our order did not arrive until 12:50. I had to call 3 times to track our food down. The food arrived cold,and not separated out. In most instances we could not tell whose order was whose, no identifying markers on containers. A true guessing game. And to top it all off part of the items were missing. This was a $300.00 order not including tip. I spoke with Grapevine manager about the epic fail but all I could get was an apology. If this was something (order) they were unable to handle it should have been conveyed when I placed the order. I would have ordered from somewhere else. I will never use LA Burger again. We've enjoyed the Irving location for years, and are thrilled they've come to Grapevine. The kitchen team does an outstanding job cooking and assembling burgers, the fries and onion rings compare well with any burger place in the metroplex, and even the bowls look really good. Lunch today was wonderful for our first time here. My smokes burger was a little over done, but the rest of it made up for that. 5 stars means that one fault was overcome by everything else. This is my first time coming to LA Burger. It is clean and bright inside. The burger selection is unique with something for everyone. I had the West coast Burger, it had grilled onions and jalapeños with lettuce,tomato. I ordered the onion rings. It was delicious! The bun was soft but toasted potato bun. The soda selection is good with Stubborn soda. They have a good beer selection on tap and cans of wine and truly for the millennials. My boyfriend had the Psychedelic Burger which had grilled mushrooms, Swiss cheese and Mayo. He also got an order of string fries. I would recommend this place for a good casual meal. The only reason we didn't give it the 5 stars was the fact that they were under staffed. The girl behind the counter looked overwhelmed. The party ahead of us was large and she had to keep running back and forth to deliver their food and then when she was done she could take everyone less order. This will not stop me from coming back. Glad I finally got to try LA burger! The food was very tasty! I had the OG burger and you could taste the freshness & quality of all the ingredients. The homespread was nice - it tasted like thousand island. Also had the curly fries which were well seasoned and very tasty. The portions and prices were average (about $10 for my food, which is what you would typically pay at a fast casual restaurant). The service was good and the place was very clean. Recently had an awkward and bad experience with LA Burger in Grapevine. I have door dashed with them multiple times and been to the location as well since it is relatively local. I called a large order into the establishment while driving into grapevine. At the end they requested we pay over the phone. Since we were only a few minutes away I would have preferred to pay in person. Before this could be explained over the phone, the person taking the call cut us off and did not hear how close we were. I understand that larger orders should be paid for before so that if the customer does not arrive to pick it up, the food does not go to waste. The person on the phone kept cutting us off so I requested a refund and the person asked me to come inside to explain why. When I entered the location the owner was there with the person who took the order. After explaining I wanted to pay in person because I was so close and agreeing I understand the pay first policy, I was canceling the order because the person on the phone kept cutting me off. At this point I was called crazy, part of a conspiracy, and mocked by the person that took the order. When I said I just wanted a refund and to move on, the person explained I just wanted an apology and to belittle them. The person then came out from behind the counter, got down on their knees and crawled into me all the while explaining "I apologize! I apologize!" I asked to not be touched and the person later said that they accidentally fell into me. They then said I was insane for thinking I was touched. I took the refund and quickly left. read more

This place is awesome. Across the street from the VFW on Main Street, my wife and I decided to see what all the fuss was about. Our neighbors were right. The food was excellent and the selection of beer was ridiculous. I had the K-Town Burger and she had the West Coast. We decided to split an order of bolgolge beef tacos too. To top it off we shared a Nutella Nutter Butter shake. When the co-owner came and greeted us, we were torn over what was our favorite.
