But there is only one employee to take orders, serve the food, prepare shakes, etc. In addition, she doesn't has time to clean tables between customers. The best burger I have ever had! The place is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly. I've never been a fan of kimchi but when I got here I asked what their favorite was and she recommended the K-town so I tried it and my life has been changed. It was such a beautiful experience. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally had a chance today. So glad I did! It's a fast casual walk up style order counter. Staff was super friendly and explained all the menu and options. They have some funky burgers and I would urge you to try one of their specialties. They are all well composed with unique flavors. They have some standards as well or you can build your own. I had the West Coast Burger and added avocado and bacon. The bun was soft and held up well to the juicy patty and all the fixings. Delicious! Fries and o-rings were excellent too. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. This is now my new burger crave. read more

Came in for a late lunch not knowing that they were in a "soft opening." Immediately was impressed by the interior. Ordered at the counter. I got the Cali Sunshine (smoked bacon, fried egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, homespread) and my companion ordered the Bonsai (teriyaki grilled onion, avocado, provolone, lettuce, tomato, wasabi sauce). We split an order of the shoestring fries. The owner came out to greet us and ask what we ordered. I really liked the care and hospitality. Both burgers were absolutely phenomenal. I have had less than stellar offerings from some of the notable DFW burger chains but this was really something special. The toppings all complemented each other well, and the sauces were top notch. I think the real stand-out had to be the buns. Think a hawaiian roll but a little less sweet......perfectly toasty/warm and makes the perfect bookend for the contents inside. I can eat a lot. This place definitely serves a judicious portion.....after my burger was done I could not finish all the fries ---- although they were stellar as well! I cannot wait to go back and try more of their offerings, especially some of the more adventurous Korean fusion stuff they have on the menu. If you are in the Grapevine area, you need to give this place a try!!! read more

This was my first time trying LA Burger. I ordered the West Coast Burger, chicken tacos, curly fries, string fries, and sweet potato fries. After seeing all the 5 star reviews I was excited as we think of ourselves somewhat of burger connoisseurs. We did not enjoy the food at all. In fact, we threw away the burger and tacos. They both had a funny taste and smell. The fries were mediocre. I am not sure if we just do not like LA burgers food or if the food was not cooked properly since we have never been to a LA burger before so we can not compare. I live down the street and have been waiting for this to open. Loved the Las Colinas location. Very clean and inviting on entry. Not busy at all, so hopefully business picks up with all the good reviews. I was immediately greeted on entry and the cashier took the time to tell me the differences between this location and others in Dallas. Got the Chipotle and K burger. Both were delicious and hot. The onion rings were fantastic as well. There's a little bar area so I may be back for a beer soon. Great service and food. read more

Ate here for lunch today and I don't think I've ever eating a better hamburger! It was awesome! Even my picky 5 and 8 year olds loved there burger and asked to go back tonite or order another one to take with us! The bacon was real bacon which is hard to find these days! We ordered the Tex Mex and the cheesesteak, BOTH Awesome! We are only in area for a few days but will go back again while we're here! Just tried LA Burger for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Tommy burger with chili and cheese. For once the chili was not just canned and tasteless. It was spicy and had a great flavor. Made the burger! I will definitely go back. I do have to say I'm not a fan of string fries, but they will just keep the calories count down! read more
