Decided to try the philly with some k-town curly fries and although it's not their signature sandwich, it's still pretty good. Absolute WORST customer service we have ever experienced!!!!!! The manager dropped our burger, unwrapped and open faced, right in front of me then wrapped it and tried to serve it to us. I asked her to remake it and I guess it made her very mad. We gave the place another chance a few months later and after I paid she was so rude again and actually said "I remember you, don't like you, don't come back". Wish I could give 5 stars but this Saturday I saw our food sitting there for almost 10 mins before the waitress brought it over to the table , by that time it was cold ( not busy at all). I love Korean food and so I got the K Town burger. I loved it, it was spicy but the meat was cooked really well! I also loved the Bonsai burger because of the wasabi mayo, it wasn't too spicy...just a little kick to it. The skinny fries are great and adding the "k style" to it adds cheese, bulgogi beef, kimchi and sriracha mayo. For those of you that like spicy I would definitely suggest this! I was in the mood for an extraordinarily tasty burger, so I looked at reviews of local restaurants. Based on LA Burgers' reviews, I took my son, and it absolutely lived up to the reviews. This was one of the tastiest burgers I've ever eaten. The curly fries were good and the shake was above average, but that burger! My advice to management though, taste and aroma go hand-in-hand, and when I walked in, it did not smell like a burger joint. Instead, it smelled like cleaning solution. Clean restaurants are good, I just don't want to smell the chemicals that were used to clean it. Instead, I want to smell delicious food. It almost drove me away from the restaurant before even ordering, but my son insisted we stay. Obviously, I'm glad we did because of that burger. read more

Fantastic addition to Grapevine. Typically get the K-Town w/ egg and cheese. The bun, kimchi, and other ingredients blend incredibly well together. By itself, the patty may not be the very best in DFW, but the combination of ingredients makes the burger consistently one of the very best and most tasty. This location hit the LA Burger standard we've come to expect from other locations. The interior was spacious and the large bar was a plus. I had no idea there was a LA Burger in Grapevine until today. The first location I went to was in Carrollton but after going there a couple of times I haven't been back because it was just too far. I found out the Grapevine location opened not too long ago--August 2019. I'm so glad it did!! Amidst all the social distancing going on, I got to call in an order for my family and ate our 3 KTown with egg and cheese and 3 OGs along with two orders of K-Style thin fries. Wow. First off, the presentation was on point even though it was take out. I took it home and it was still piping hot. Second, the food tasted fantastic. Simply culinary fusion mastery. I will be back whenever I drive through Grapevine which is pretty much all the time. I'm glad I don't have to drive out to Carrollton anymore. Quick tip with opening hours. They are open on Sundays, contrary to Yelp mobile order and the hours stated on their door. I have wanted to try this place ever since I saw reviews for the Irving location. This place has excellent reviews on yelp as well as DoorDash. So I decided to try this even though it is Quarantine time. I had some reservations because some of the items from other restaurants have not been so great during this time. However, I am one day before starting my new diet and thought why not get a burger....So I ordered the OG and added bacon. I removed pickle and tomato but once the food arrived here from DoorDash I did not have the bacon I added. I was a little disappointed but I just whipped some up in the microwave and stuck it on my burger. I found this burger to be juicy not greasy. It had a really good taste and was a decent size. I find this place to be better than Shake shack and less expensive. The fries were crispy and I loved the seasoning on them. So given that I tried this during quarantine time I will definitely be back to visit them again either in store or via DoorDash. I only knock this down one star because I didn't get my bacon and I'm not sure if that was LA burgers fault or if it was DoorDash but other than that it was a good experience. read more

We stopped in on a Saturday night. It was close to closing and not very busy. We ordered and received our food pretty quickly. I had the Tommy. It was big and delicious. The meat and chili were very flavorful and a bit spicy (which is ok with me). My wife had the bun-less turkey burger with the sweet potato fries and loved it all. She has a gluten allergy and did not have any reactions to her food. The tater tots and curly fries were also delicious and crunchy and the stubborn sodas were amazing! I wish I could get those more places. This place was great for dinner and we left full and happy. We will definitely back when we come back through town. read more
