The bufala pizza is AMAZING and unlike anything I have ever tried in America. I will make my sad attempts to recreate it, but nothing is better than the real thing. I will be back here next time I am in Italy! First time, we were staying in Piazza Novona, so it was pretty close, but the second time we booked it for 35 minutes in 90 degree weather to go there. Also, they give complimentary cherry wine drinks at the end. :) Also, this is my 100th review- wooohooo :)

Didn't realize I've only really had either stale truffle or just truffle oil. Real truffle doesn't taste as strong or artificial. Paired really well with the milkiness of the fettucine sauce. - ragu pappardelle: loved the texture and thickness of the pasta. The beef tasted so good with the sauce. - white Pinot: light and pairs with both pastas very well. - tiramisu: solid tiramisu. Not too creamy, not too chocolatey, and not too coffee. Ended up being the 2nd best tiramisu I had this trip. Must go.
