I went to Angelo's for my Apple laptop that got damaged from a fall. I was initially looking at a good $500 repair from most places and knew it was hopeless. But luckily I stumbled upon Angelo's via Google search and to my surprise he fixed my laptop screen like it was brand new all within half the price which other places offered. Angelo was also very humble and kind as he unfortunately sustained an injury prior to that week and I knew my laptop was going to be fixed in at least 2 weeks due to his injury. But Angelo didn't waste any time and somehow fixed my laptop screen with just one hand in a matter of a few days. I found a compatible, refurbished model online (Z590), which he installed, and returned my PC. Shortly after, Raymond reached out, asking for details on my old motherboard, claiming he had a similar client issue. This was unusual given that my motherboard model is rare. Later, I discovered a Facebook listing posted by Raymond, selling an NZXT N7 Z490 marked as "used"--posted shortly after our conversation. I later found out that the same listing was made on OfferUp. I grew suspicious, as the listing perfectly matched the markings on my old, dead board. When I asked him to return my old motherboard back, he agreed and immediately deleted the listing. He returned my motherboard but insisted that he'd sold another client's board, denying that the listing was of my board. Despite clear evidence, he stuck to this story and dismissed my concerns. This experience has raised serious concerns about Raymond's honesty and integrity in handling client property. I'd advise caution to anyone considering Nestech Computers, Inc., as I believe my trust in Raymond was severely misplaced.

The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.
