The Bottom Line - Professional, Timely and Extremely Good Customer Service…read more The Experience- I'm a small business owner that needed someone to not only help me better understand all of my options for Tax Preparation but also needed help lifting the load of catching up on several years of filling. Osaghae Associated very plainly laid out a game plan to complete the work, understood how to best help me personally and then in a very timely manner completed the work. I saved a lot of time and worry by allowing professionals to take care of this work for me so that I can do the things that operate my business. 10/10 I will be using them in all tax and consulting services moving forward!

As soon as I submit my documents each year, I know I'm in good hands. I really appreciate all the hard work you all do!

SHE SAVED MY BUSINESS!! I cannot begin to tell you how much help Cherie has given my suffering…read moresalon, and what a huge improvement hiring her has made on my day-to-day operations. In the midst of a pandemic with crushing government restrictions on the salon industry, fewer and fewer established clients were coming. Worse, very few new clients were finding me since I'd moved to a new location. I was terrified that -- after 26 successful years in business -- I was going to go under. Cherie patiently listened to all my worries, and came right away to examine my salon. She made brilliant suggestions on how I could affordably and immediately improve its storefront and its inside appearance, and reviewed my marketing materials. She wrote an easy-to-read recovery plan of everything I needed to do, and told me in what order she and I would complete each project on the list. Then, she looked at my old-fashioned website. In less than a week she gave me a beautiful, modern website that was better than I could have ever dreamed! Not only was it beautiful but it was savvy: now people could find me easily, call me easily, and even find parking in the area. There's even a way now for people to sign up for a mailing list. Next, she fixed my very slow computer -- so now everything is up-to-date and it's very easy for me to use. She also fixed my internet at the salon so now it's lightening fast -- and she got my monthly internet bill lowered too! She even taught me how to use the computer properly, and linked everything to my iPhone and iPad. She sorted out all my email inboxes, so now I only have to use one. It's just all so easy now. Next she focused on me making more money. She created a mailing list of all my lost old clients from my former location, and wrote a beautiful marketing email to them that helped me recapture over 40 clients! Cherie worked within my budget and created a payment plan that I could afford. She continues to check in on me long after all the changes and improvements have been made -- a true class act. I trust her recommendations without question, and I highly recommend her. The best experience ever!

(There has to be a better way for them to organize billing, but I digress) I called the hospital to pay the bill and they sent me over to this firm. The person who took my payment and information was nice enough and she is the reason why they did get three stars - but what they are losing stars for with my experience is their "Convenience Fee." They were going to tack on a $9.95 convenience fee.. for my $10.00 bill. The operator did knock it down for me to $4.95. But as someone who came to them to pay their bill (I haven't even received a statement from the debt collector - I just knew it was something I legitimately owed), and said bill was only $10, why charge me a convenience fee? I wasn't convenienced in any way - if anything I convenienced THEM by paying before they even sent me a bill. I can't speak for any harassing phone calls because I did not receive any.. probably because they have bigger fish to fry than my measly $10 bill. It would cost them more to harrass me than they'd get out of me.
