Outstanding service, honest attitude, and fair prices. This guy is the absolute best. I had a fairly minor issue and he was gracious enough to come to my home (in the rain no less) and walk me through how to fix everything. Wish I could rate Dragos ten stars I have a small Etsy business where I sell ID badge reels I have been saving 1 inch images on a flash drive since July 2017 (almost 2000 images!) Today, my two different computers would not recognize my Flash drive. I jump on yelp, and despite living closer to many other computer and technical repair stores, my gut chose this store based on its reviews I call him first and he says he'll take a look at it. I drive there and HE SAID HE CAN! My relief I felt when he said he could recover my almost 2 years worth of images I have saved IF ANYONE NEEDS ASSISTANCE WITH COMPUTER OR FLASH DRIVE RELATED ISSUES. I walked in with a Dell business laptop that suddenly went out of service in the middle of a client project. I was hoping to get some work done while my kids were taking these cool glass fusing lessons at Baltic Art Studio down the block, but poof, my computer wouldn't boot. Based on the recommendation of the Baltic Art teacher, who has already won my confidence with her patience and skill, I walked down to Computer One to see what might be done. Dragos diagnosed a hard drive failure (makes sense) and gave me the option of replacing it with a larger capacity drive (at a very reasonable price), or repairing the existing one, thus saving the fuss of reloading all my applications. Since we had a high quality SSD hard drive to begin with, he strongly advised me to do the repair, and backed up his prediction of a high chance of success by offering free labor on a replacement if the repair doesn't last. He explained everything very clearly, worked quickly and I had my laptop back, running well and even a bit faster, within a couple of hours. I am typing this review on that system right now, and I'm back to work, thanks to Computer One Chicago's quality work and helpful customer service. read more
