December 13, 2019. Friday the 13th. This is the second time we called upon Kyle for a project. Just as before, 4 years ago with our dishwasher, he called back within hours and gave us an estimate and a a availability. We agreed and today Kyle was able to put the finishing touches on a bathroom remodel for us. New faucets which also meant replacing the 20+ years old valves. He was punctual, polite, friendly and got right to work. He would have been done sooner but we had to wait for the Waterheater people to finish. Gave us a chance to catch up. He did an excellent-no leaks. Cleanup his work area -better than he found it. My wife is very pleased. Folks- Kyle is awesome. Make him your first choice. read more

Kyle Frasch Handyman Services - New faucets - Plumbing Near Me

I have called him 3 times for plumbing help. He is on time, friendly and reliable. He does a great job.

No hot water in kitchen 3 days before Christmas. Kyle came out, on time. Needless to say other small companies closed for the holiday. Attempted to fix with our existing fixture & gave a recommendation with next steps. Scheduled for Monday after the holiday and replaced the faucet and hardware. Water pressure is better now than prior. No leaks, fast service. Friendly & value driven. I would call him again if I had future needs for plumbing or other handyman issues. read more

Walking out the house to drop my husband off at work Saturday morning, we noticed the clean-out was backed up in the front yard from the sewer. I got on yelp and sent out a few quote requests. Kyle responded immediately and gave us the lowest price quote (more than 50% less than the commercial plumbing companies) and was able to come to our house immediately. Kyle was fast and very detailed explaining what the issue was. He never attempted to add on any unnecessary services or charges. He would be the first I call for any future plumbing issues. read more

I had Kyle come by and replace two of my sink faucets along with the four angle stop valves. He did a great job at a fair price! He was responsive, quick, very meticulous and cleaned up after himself nicely. A few days later after he completed the work, I had a concern. Kyle came back to check everything out and assured me all was well. This was 2 weeks ago and everything is fine! I highly recommend Kyle for any sink fixture related work! read more

I called Kyle after reading his good reviews. I wasn't sure if I had a serious plumbing issue or if it was perhaps just my kitchen garbage disposal. We spoke on the phone and he made several suggestions first regarding the disposal, odors, use etc. I had already tried all of these with minimal results - but it was good to know I was potentially on the right track. We made an appointment for him to come and replace the garbage disposal (15 years old). I purchased the garbage disposal. Kyle arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. He replaced the disposal in short orders. After he left and I was running water for a bit, I noticed there was some sort of leak. I discovered one of the rubber hoses attached to the disposal was corroded and had split and was leaking. I called Kyle and he returned later in the afternoon. He apologized for not seeing the bad hose - he replaced the hose. No more leak. All is well. And it was indeed the disposal causing the original issue. read more

Update: After having my general contractor come out to install a new main drain clean out, I had Kyle come back out to do a rooter service. He was once again, responsive and prompt and took care of the blockage quickly. I intend to call him again when needed, and I've recommended him to my friends and family. read more

So surprised to see any disagreeable reviews for Kyle! Although I do understand frustration from un-returned phone calls for any type of issue, I, on the other hand, have always received a call back. I've had only positive experiences since using his services from 2014 to now for my rental property. He's responded to all my calls, he's punctual, courteous to my tenants & informative to me, at times also offering easy DIY instructions on resolving drain issues on my own to save myself the fee. Fair prices, quick response, good customer service all point to our handyman of choice: Kyle read more

So... picture this. You're me... at home on a Sunday... with a wife, a baby, and a couple kids... and only one bathroom. Now imagine being me when that one bathroom - the one and only toilet in the entire house - clogs up. Now, take it one step further... imagine being me when that toilet clogs and starts backing up unimaginable filth into the bathtub. I believe the classic expression to use here is, "Well... crap." After fighting with Cheapo Depot augers and a plunger for few hours (yes, really... a few hours... I gave it all I had), I started calling one plumber after another in hopes of getting some help. Did I mention it was a Sunday? Luckily for me, I managed to get a hold of Kyle fairly easily, even though it was already about 6 or 7 pm. He was at the house within half an hour. Have you ever had a plumber come over for a job, track dirt and grime through your carpet, flash the crack of his ass, and hand you a bill? Well, I have. It's kind of a "cold" experience, and that's what I was prepared for. But Kyle... oh no, not Kyle... the guy took his shoes off to walk into my house. When he finished with the plumbing issue, he cleaned up after himself, and well. I mean, I literally had to tell the guy to stop cleaning (I made a fair amount of that mess, why should I let him clean it for me?). In any case, he pulled the toilet off the floor, pushed a 100ft auger through the pipe, broke through the clog, cleared the bathtub drain for good measure, put everything back together and was done in less than two hours. He even helped locate the sewer access port that my front lawn devoured some time ago. VERY reasonable bill, too. At the end of the night, we shook hands and he was on his way. It has been a week now and my throne is still functioning quite well... actually, better than it ever had in the two years that we've lived in this house. Would I call Kyle again if the need came up? Hell yes. And you should, too... read more

wow- I'm super impressed. Highly highly recommend this guy- Kyle is really great. I've been having some minor, non-urgent issues with my toilet so I had him come out and take a look. He was able to come out quickly (within a day). When he came over, of course, my toilet was on it's best behavior- working just fine. :o/ We flushed it many times and he believes maybe toilet paper was a problem but toilet paper eventually dissipates and water flows easily again. I mentioned a few other things I wanted to do-ie. replace a shower head and he explained the simple process of swapping out a shower head. He would have demonstrated how to use a toilet snake- but since there wasn't a problem- he didn't need to. But how nice is that? For him to show us how to easily fix things so we don't have to call plumbers for every little problem is just awesome. Most plumbers would fix easy, minor problems and charge as if it were a major problem. Not Kyle- and now he is my official plumber for everything now! Oh, and one more (major) thing- he was here for at least half an hour and since there was no repair needed to be done- he didn't even charge me for showing up. If I had cash on me, I would've insisted on paying him at least gas money. I am very happy and pleased- I just can't say it enough. Especially after getting gouged by Armstrong a few years ago- go see my review on that... Thank you again, Kyle! read more

Well, the other reviewers weren't wrong -- Kyle called me back promptly, quoted the job over the phone, scheduled an appointment the same day (Saturday evening), called ahead before showing up, and then showed up on time. He then diagnosed the problem and snaked our kitchen drain -- it turned out to be a very stubborn clog and he ended up snaking it for 2+ times until it relented. Afterward he cleaned up and the charge was very reasonable. He also told us that his work is guaranteed for 30 days, so we could call him back to have the drain unclogged. The last thing he asked was, "is there anything that I could have done to make this visit any better?" -- to which I said no. This is a really good sign for any service -- not just being open to feedback, just soliciting it. Thanks Kyle! read more

I just by luck came across Kyle's advertising for plumbing services. Let me briefly list my experience with Kyle: 1) Kyle was very informative, polite, and knowledgeable on the phone. Surprisingly, as knowledgeable and professional as he was, his rates are very competitive. 2) When he came over he was very professional, presentable, and willing to answer all questions we had 3) Once he completed clearing out our drain (like we asked) he cleaned the area he worked in, stayed to ensure we were pleased with his service, answered all of our questions, and asked if he could have done anything better. 4) Kyle gave us a 60 day guarantee on the work he did ensuring that he stands by his job. (Other licensed plumber didn't offer this) 5) Kyle came back by the next day (for an unrelated issue) crawled under the house, cleared the drain again in another section, and said the it was free of charge. I recommend Kyle for any plumbing needs that anyone in the Sacramento area may have. I really wish he was a general contractor so I could have him and his expertise in other facets of our home as well. I would definitely work with Kyle again. read more

Kyle is awesome. He has fixed our sink at the house and my husbands office. He is very honest and his fees are beyond reasonable. The last time Kyle worked with us, he even went to home Depot to get the parts be needed. Highly recommended read more

I am so glad we called Kyle! We've had issues that have been ongoing for months. We had a leak from the base of our toilet, it was improperly installed by the installers of one of the big well-known warehouse home stores. We received a ridiculously high quote from a local plumbing company to reset our toilet, install a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal. So glad we called Kyle, he did a wonderful job installing these items, his work was clean, professional and thorough and his prices were at a fraction of the plumber company. From now on we will always call Kyle for all our plumbing needs!!! read more

This guy will restore your faith in the America work ethic. My tub and toilets were backed up. I called Kyle. He came within two hours. He looked for the cut out valve that would let him access the block from the front. No such luck. He spent an hour in the hot sun running a 100' snake through the drain -- and, when he couldn't hit anything, he didn't charge me. It wasn't his fault that I didn't know where in my front lawn the front access was, but he still didn't charge me. Do you know how much I respect that? He explained instead how I should call the county to make sure that the blockage was not on their end of things. It turned out it was -- and five hours later I had things working again. You want an honest guy who does a good job? Call Kyle. read more

Wow...Kyle came out to my house and just left. Not only was he on time, he was friendly and explained everything to me. My toilet backed up and flooded my downstairs bathroom. I prayed to God that He would fix it. In the book of Job it says that God can dry up the ocean with a command. So I asked God to fix the drains and plumbing. He did fix it and I did not know it because I did not flush the downstairs toilet. so...When Kyle came out he said there was no problem everything was draining fine and no back up. He took the time and explained everything to me. He even showed me what to do the next time the problem happened. To find him I went on Yelp last night and saw his rating. Of course I called him and am so glad I did because many people would have charged me just to come out, but he did not charge me a thing. He is honest and will not try to fix something that is not broke. If it does not need to be fixed he will shake your hand and not charge you a thing. He did not even charge me for coming out and most companies at least charge you that so I gave him some money anyway just for coming out and explaining things to me. Kyle told me if something else were to come up to call him and he would help me any way he can. May God bless him and his business for being so honest. Thank you Kyle. I will pass the word along to others. You are a true business man. read more

Kyle called back in a reasonable amount of time and we were able to set up a morning appointment for the following day. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the process in detail and even went to Lowe's to pick up additional parts for the project. We had two bathroom sink faucets we needed installed and the price was very reasonable. He also stayed a bit longer to answer my questions about another project I had in mind and directed me on the right path for my needs. I highly recommend him! Thank you!! read more

Well, main sewer line plugged again with toilet backing up into my tub....@#%**$! Called Kyle late Friday and he volunteered to come right away at no extra charge, but I told him we'd get by the night, just as early as possible Saturday. We agreed on 7:00 and he was right on time, snaked the line in all directions, and of course he identified the block and cleared it on first shot. He then advised me on causes so I can go to the property manager about addressing the actual cause of the issue (which is their problem to fix). Thanks again Kyle...keeping your number handy! read more

Kyle, thank you. Your service at 530pm on a chilly Sunday evening outside on our disgusting sewer line was priceless. You were extremely professional, considerate, expedient, and successful at getting our household flowing again. Thank you for hearing me out, helping us consider our options, and letting our toddlers watch you work on the clean out and flapper from the window. read more

Kyle Frasch Handyman Services - The scene of the back up... without being too graphic. You're a saint. - Plumbing Near Me

Read his reviews - they are great. When I see reviews that good I usually think "ok, deduct 1 star for relatives and 1 for friends. 5 minus 2, that still comes out ok so I'll give him a try." Boy was I wrong. Kyle deserves each of his stars - and then some. With an ugly, ugly toilet blockage - one that resisted 'down the drain' liquids and even initial snaking - I called Kyle's dad (Prudent Plumbing). He referred me to Kyle for unblocking and, moments after explaining the problem to Kyle - he diagnosed it as one of two things, gave me a very fair quote for either and promised to be round in an hour. He arrived when he said - did what he said - it cost what he said (VERY reasonable too) - cleaned up as he said - and it was all done. To say I was impress is underselling it. So glad to be rid of the mess in such an easy way and pleased to give a 5 star recommendation to Kyle. Call him if you doubt me (or the other recommendations), find out for yourself. read more

Had been having some serious issues with a clogged drain affecting both the utility sink/washer and our kitchen sink. We tried all the usual DIY approaches, including draino, vinegar and baking soda, snake, etc... to no avail. Finally gave in on a Sunday afternoon and called Kyle. He came out at 7pm and after his initial shock at the pluming situation in our house (clearly not installed by a professional) he was able to clear it up in about 30 minutes for less than $100. Overall we were thrilled with the quick response and immediate solution. read more

Kyle is fantastic. Something weird is going on with our pipes, but he came back to our home to unclog them a second and third time without charging us an additional dime. He is prompt, hard-working, personable, and very responsive to the calls and concerns of the customer. Haven't had opportunity to try his handyman skills, but looking forward to that as well. His prices are right on the money, but in our experience, he has gone beyond the call. He spent probably a total of an hour just brainstorming with us about what we might be able to do to fix our pipes, even when there was no profit for him in it. He seems to be one of the few out there who really cares about their customer. Thank you Kyle. . read more

We had a leak but couldn't figure it out in our kitchen sink area . Kyle found the problem, told us what the best options were. Since our faucet was the issue we had Kyle replace it. We highly recommend Kyle, he explains everything, is friendly and has a lot of integrity and a good work ethic, knowledgeable and he takes pride in the work he provides. We appreciated him getting us in the same day I called. We will definitely will use his service again in the future! Thank you kyle read more

File this one under "local gem"! I called Kyle last minute to replace our garbage disposal. He scheduled me for the very next morning. He was clean, courteous and charged exactly what he quoted. He made every effort to go above and beyond to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. We will definitely use his services again if needed. read more

I called for service due to a leak in my shower. I contacted Kyle after seeing the positive reviews on Yelp. He did not disappoint. Kyle was thorough and fixed my issue with the shower. Although the shower had an outdated cartridge design inside the handle, Kyle was able to locate the right part which was available at a specialized store, not your average Home Depot part. This evidentially took him several trips to different stores and extended the need of the service, however he never altered his original quoted price and made sure he found the absolute correct part. I would recommend to others and use his services again when needed in the future. read more

Kyle came out to our home on labor day...go figure... We had a real back up of sewage from under our toilet, in our tub and shower. Kyle answered on the first call asked a few questions and was out to our home 45 min later. As Kyle started to inspect the problem he educated us about our clean out and its complications. He also let us know right away what he was going to do and plan B. I like knowing plan B. Kyle was quick and efficient. He is a young pleasant guy who respects his customer. Kyle guarantees his work for a week and will come back to fix the problem if you have a reoccurrence. We recommend you use Kyle for your plumbing problem as well. He is definitely our guy moving forward. read more

Needed a couple of outside lights replaced and Kyle did a super job. He stayed in touch as the appointment time approached, showed up on time and went right to work. Great service, great communication and honest! He was up front about something I wanted to do saying it may lead to more issues by swapping over some plumbing instead of just doing it and having me find out after it was too late. Not all contractors do this and they are fine if more issues arise so they can bill you for more hours. I really appreciate the honesty. Highly recommended! read more

Kyle was prompt answering my call and was able to take care of our sewer problem easily! A really great guy out making a living for himself! Call him, I will use him again! read more

I'm very late in writing this review. I have had an ongoing problem with my mainline sewer drain pipe for years. I live in an older house and the main line runs adjacent to an old Ash tree and I have problems with roots from time to time. I guess the BEST thing about Kyle was that he answered my call and arrived at my house promptly. He was very efficient and cleared the main line problem quickly. I then asked him if he could clear my line that serves the kitchen and laundry and how much it would be. To my surprise he said he would do it for me AND at no extra charge. OKAY lets stop here.... I've had this done before from other plumbers for an additional 75 just to get another snake off their truck. As long as Kyle is available and I have to call a plumber/handyman I will call him. His customer service and care is what set him apart. Sincerely, Mike Johnson read more

I called Kyle and he was at my house two hours later! I dropped my travel size contact solution bottle in the toilet (oops) - so it was clogged and wasn't flushing. Great customer service! I'll definitely be calling him again should the need ever arise! read more

Kyle came out on a Friday night and really saved the day. He didn't charge any additional "Emergency" fees even though it was after 5pm and he arrived at my house 15 or 20 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone. I highly recommend this guy because he was honest, quick and explained what was going on every step of the way. It is so hard to find people that really take care of you, especially when it comes to plumbing. Rest assured Kyle Frasch, the owner, is the real deal. As long as I live in the Roseville area, I will call him for all my plumbing needs. Sincerely, Chris Arnell read more

Kyle was great. I had a backed up sink on a Saturday and called two other plumbing services with no response. I called Prudent Plumbing and spoke with the owner (Kyle's dad), who then referred me to Kyle for the blocked drain. Kyle scheduled an appointment with me for two hours later and showed up right on time. He explained what he was doing at every step, along with possible complications and alternative solutions. Luckily he was able to use the under-sink cleanout to snake the drain and get it cleared. He also guarantees his work for one week and will come back out for free if the block returns. So far, so good! Kyle also gave me some tips for keeping the drains clean and preventing issues like this. I will definitely use Kyle again for any drain issues. read more
