Eddie came back to check everything and, when it became clear we needed a plumber, he personally reached out to Joe, someone he trusted, which speaks volumes to begin with, to help us get to the bottom of it! Joe came out, diagnosed the pressure issue, and got our water pressure working properly again! Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned professional who knew his stuff. What really impressed me was that while he was there, his experience helped him spot a couple of other things I never would have known to look for. He replaced our toilet fill valve and noticed our older plastic toilet water-supply line was already showing its age and could eventually fail or burst. He replaced that with a braided stainless-steel supply line as well. I wish I had taken before pictures, but I'm definitely glad we caught these things when we did! That's why having a seasoned professional you can trust matters. Would not agree to it even after I had documentation. Also, they were not on time, and did not notify any arrival time windows. They had no business cards, and no invoice of the price details.
