Kevin and his wife were great, they were able to come out and give an estimate the same day I called and we decided to go with them as they provided a great value and the way Kevin asked a lot of questions and really looked into the area of the leak made us feel he would be a good choice. He was able to come the following day and fix a small leak in the pipe coming from the meter to the house over a couple of hours. I discovered my garbage disposal was leaking water. I called Linck's Plumbing and told them my problem. I was told that Kevin would be out the next day between 8 and 10 am and they would call me with a 1/2 hour arrival notice. The following morning I was called at 8 o'clock and 25 minutes later Kevin arrived. He was very professional, the cost of the replacement disposal was fair and he was done in 45 minutes. We had a backed up garbage disposal that was gushing water through the air gap (?) when we ran the dishwasher. We figured it was probably an easy fix, but WE couldn't figure it out. I checked my local neighborhood Facebook group and Yelp, and saw great reviews for Kevin and Cherise, so thought I'd give them a try. I called them first thing the next morning (7:59 AM) and was happy that they answered even though they were technically not open for another minute. (Some businesses won't answer until *officially* inside business hours!) Cherise was very sweet and helpful. Said they could possibly fit us in that day & would let us know by 10:00 AM. They were true to their word, & notified us via text and phone call. Kevin was punctual and was able to quickly find the problem. He was even kind enough to show us the easy fix for what was a common problem, and told us "no charge" even though we kept offering to pay for his time & travel. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Kevin and his wife Cherise work as a team. She has outstanding customer service skills and does the scheduling for Kevin who likewise does outstanding plumbing work. Even though Kevin has been very busy Cherise was able to fit me into his schedule to install my new kitchen sink and faucet. I'd been tolerating a shallow (7 1/2 inches deep) small two-bowl white coated steel sink for 13 years. Finally I found what I thought would be a "universal" fit sink that would replace my old original "builders grade" (meaning cheap) sink and faucet without having to modify my expensive Corian counters. The fit was "not quite universal" for sure but Kevin's problem-solving skills worked like magic and he did a great job. I could not be happier as he was not only able to get the new sink to fit...a lot of extra time modifying the sink and opening...but also divert the dishwasher drain so I could replace the goofy gap top with an attractive and functional soap dispenser. I really hate to do this as I love Kevin and think he's a fantastic plumber. I've used him on several jobs in the past and have always been happy. However, that doesn't do me much good if I'm unable to obtain service. About six weeks ago we had the floors replaced which required removal of an old toilet which we planned on replacing with a new toilet once the job was complete. I called up, requested a service appointment and Kevin showed up the same day and removed the toilet. He wouldn't even take payment telling me we'd settle when the new toilet was installed. Fast forward to a week and a half ago. I gave them a call and received voicemail. A message was left with all of the details, even repeating my contact information twice. After an entire week with no response I decided to give it another go. I called again this Tuesday and actually spoke with a live human who took down my information, acknowledged that it was a second of two part job and told me Kevin would be out the same day with a 30 minute notice. No one showed up and I received no phone calls. Today I waited through the whole day and still... no phone calls, no contact, no nothing. My wife says I should call again but frankly I shouldn't have to do that. There are plumbers all over the place and while I really like Kevin I really don't like making multiple communication attempts without success. I'm hopeful that I can find a new plumber who actually responds to my messages and keeps their commitments. Kevin... this sucks. We will miss you. read more

We called this place in the middle of the night hoping to just leave a message and get our call returned in the morning. I was shocked when they actually picked up the phone at almost 2am! The gal who answered phone was very friendly and super helpful to us. She sent Kevin out to our home by 11am that day. He fixed the leak we had under the kitchen sink and also did an amazing install on a new kitchen sink faucet. He was quick at the task and we did not get charged an arm and a leg. All and all , service does not get more efficient and friendly than these guys at Linck's Plumbing. Kevin was great. We just had a new water heater installed by a company through our home warranty. The other company completed the install but did not route the temperature-pressure relief valve to the exterior of the garage. The orignal water heater was routed to the exterior of the garage but the gentleman who did the new install routed the relief valve down along side the new water heater straight to the floor of my garage. I called the original installer to ask why they didn't route to the exterior of the garage and he claimed that it was "up to code" and that he wanted to "save us money" by not having to cut into the sheetrock. Anyway, long story longer, he quoted us a significant amount of money to come back and reroute the relief valve. We Yelped Kevin and noticed his awesome track record. Like in other reviews, we called Thursday night expecting to leave a message and a very polite woman answered and said that Kevin would return our call later that evening. Kevin called us back and I gave him the "low down" on our situation; he offered to come by Friday morning. Yes, the next day! I forgot to mention that he gave me a quote over the phone (based on my novice description of the issue). Kevin came by as promised, took a look at the relief valve, listened to me ask silly questions and make small talk, measure twice, cut once, and about 30 minutes later (this includes him running to the store to pickup a part or two) he was all done. He did have to cut into the sheetrock but the hole is smaller than the size of my fist. He was able to tie the brand new copper pipe back into the existing CPVC outlet so as to avoid another hole from the interior of the garage and the exterior in the stucco. All in all Kevin's price was less than half of what the original installer from I***l plumbing quoted us and it matched his over the phone quote. Kevin was polite, professional, efficient, and all the other adjectives you can think of to describe a job well done. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Kevin! read more
