We had an emergency gas leak after turning on the heat for the first time this year and had about eight people come in for bids, with the highest being $16k (Yes, that was Bonney). Crowley came in, ran their own tests, and determined the issue could be fixed for under $5k. It was a little higher than Armstrong Plumbing, but Travis and Jermaine were so personable and professional that we preferred to work with them - and we definitely didn't regret it. Jermaine worked on the house for 13 HOURS after discovering that the issue was much worse than expected (estimating repairs to be about twice as costly). Still, Crowley HONORED their original estimate and got the job done the next day!
