I'm amazed at the above review. I have been a client of Professional Plumbing for over 20 years. We have our own home and a couple of rentals. We had been struggling with finding a plumber we were content with. When we first met Robert Jennings he was working with Dave's Plumbing. He has helped us out of innumerable plumbing problems both small and large. My experience has been that he is prompt and doesn't stop till the job is done. His prices are quite reasonable and he has never been anything but pleasant and professional. In conclusion, in all these years I have never had to call him back a second time on an initial repair. I use Yelp as a guide/ reference when anyone's going to be on our property or in our houses. As a result, I read reviews. This one caught my eye because I've been using Professional Plumbing for so long. When I see a bunch of 5 star reviews and one 1 star review it always makes me wonder; is this a frustrated competitor? read more

All I can say is WOW! Professional Plumbing gets an A++! My company has been through many plumbers at our large commercial building and have been sadly disappointed with most. Most recently we had a urinal stop working in a men's room. We tried 3 Plumbers with 3 different "fixes" then all 3 gave up. Robert found the issue and brought a contractor out to open the wall to access the other plumbing. When all was said and done (in one day), the wall was put back together and even textured for painting!! They even came on a weekend so it wouldn't disturb our clients. Talk about start to finish service! Robert and his crew are awesome. They are friendly, flexible with your schedule and very thorough. And the bill was WAY less than expected. Just like all the other reviews - these guys are REALLY great! I came home to a flooded laundry room and had to leave the house in just 30 minutes. I had no time to make multiple phone calls, and if I found someone who could help me on the same day, I didn't have time to wait around for that 2 hour response window. I had to get back to my job site. Well, Robert answered the phone right away, wasted no time setting up the service call, and before I could check to see if I was gonna be late, he was knocking on the door. In even less time, they had the clog removed and made a phone call to a septic service to address a related problem. Robert provided a level of service rarely seen these days. We are new to the area and needed a disposal installed so I looked at reviews and called a couple of plumbers. We live in Cool, and I found that some plumbers charge more for coming through the Ravine. The reviews for Robert were excellent so I called him and he answered his phone (!) and then later actually returned messages (!!). He got running late, apologized for being late and then showed up right on time. He (and his helper) were professional, considerate, and expeditious in their work. Robert helped us by recommending another trade professional. So far, we are impressed with all the tradespeople we have encountered on the Divide. Robert and his assistant, Bobby, were very responsive, professional and very easy to work with. I had purchased a hot water heater not knowing a "direct vent" unit was significantly different from the standard type. I hired Robert before he saw my old unit, but he picked up the new one and brought it over. It took him about 2 seconds to see my error. He returned the unit, consulted with me about what I really needed, and then picked up the correct one a couple days later. The installation went smoothly. The septic system in my house became completely clogged this week. I called Robert late in the afternoon and he called me right back. He made me an appointment for 9 am and was right on time. He started working right away, crawled under the house and quickly pinpointed the problem. His years of experience paid off and all the drains in the house are now working faster than they have in years. His fee was very fair and reasonable. Robert provided fantastic service for our plumbing needs. He installed our shower valve and connected our new bathroom vanity. I appreciated that he was quick to communicate via text, which made setting up our appointment a breeze. I've found that some tradesmen will only operate via telephone and will forget which customer is which, resulting in me repeating myself each time I call. This was not the case with Robert. I called up professional plumbing on a Monday morning, I had a pretty big mess with everyone trying to get ready for the week and there was no hot water. My water heater was out and around my house thats no good. Any way the man at proffesional plumbing came out fixed it right up, explained the problem and gave several options. Robert and his crew replaced our front water line and installed a pressure regulator and shutoff as required by code. They did a great job and I'd certainly hire them again - on time, no surprises, great to work with. My family moved into a home that has been in my husbands family for many many years and the pipes have never been replaced. We were having issues with ur washing machine backing up into our kitchen sink and vice versa. Two wonderful gentleman came out and had me back in working order within an hour!
