When I bought my house, a vapor barrier was installed in the crawl space beneath my house. The primary benefit was to keep underseepage water vapor from creating mold or damaging the lumber. There was a 1/3HP sump pump (with a plastic impeller) installed to convey water to a nearby drainage ditch. One January afternoon, my wife and I return home from trip only to hear the sump pump making crazy sounds. I investigated only to find the sump pump broke and had been spewing water into the crawl-space. The downside to having the vapor barrier was now the water couldn't seep back into the ground and was sitting on the plastic. I hired a restoration company who did a horrible job but eventually got the water cleared a whole other story), and I needed to hire a plumber to help me replace the broken sump pump and inspect the rest of the system. I reviewed several local plumbers and selected Jeff - firstly because he is a man of faith and I felt like I should be able to trust him. Jeff was responsive, a clear communicator, on time and did great work. I couldn't have asked for better. Additionally, I feel like he went above and beyond. He advised me on the kind of sump pump that would last longer and perform better (1/2HP with stainless steel impeller). This empowered me to compare with the 1/3HP & plastic impeller from various retailers and in the end I went with his recommendation. Jeff could have done what, in my experience, most contractors would do - buy the cheapest replacement and mark-up "materials" on the invoice. Instead, I purchased the sump I wanted and he replaced and tested it to ensure the system worked. I would do business with Jeff again and recommend him to everyone! read more

Jeff Da Plumber is an awesome, honest, professional and very trustworthy worthy plumber. We got a great quote + a recommendation from our awesome real estate agent which is why we initially went with him. Little did I know that after he had finished his work, someone that came over to do other work says that we got top of the line water heater for Jeff and when they heard the price they said they wouldn't be able to compete. The rest of the job he did was just as perfect and we had great conversations too. We look forward to use Jeff's services again and my warmest recommendation to all of you out there! read more

Jeff is THE BEST plumber. We had a seemingly impossible situation with our kitchen faucet, which no other plumber wanted to bother with. It wasn't until Jeff came along that any plumber would even consider trying to help us. He was early for the appt., arrived already having thought about our situation and how he was going to resolve it, and did the work professionally & in a very timely manner. He went above and beyond what we expected and charges a very fair price for his excellent work. He's a very nice guy and we will use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We highly recommend him! read more

The very best, most ethical plumber you'll ever encounter! Jeff is reliable and when he's finished with the job, you don't even know that anyone was in your home because he leaves it as he found it. As others have mentioned, Jeff always arrives on time or early because he respects his clients. Once we found Jeff, we have never and will never use anyone else for all of our plumbing needs. If you have anything plumbing, RUN AND DON'T WALK to make the call to Jeff! You will not regret it! I'm not even sure it's in my best interest to tell you how great he is because it'll just make it harder to get his attention the next time that we need him ;) read more

I have used Wagner plumbing a number of times and the work is super high-quality and I've been extremely happy with the service. They installed a water heater for me and completed it on time and was very reasonably priced. Recently I experienced an issue with an Insta hot dispenser and Jeff took the time to send me a link to the part and Home Depot and I was able to fix it on my own. This saved me close to $150. He is very honest and will only do the work that is necessary. I highly recommend Wagner plumbing. read more

Jeff is just plain amazing. He was able to come out for an estimate the very same day I called after receiving an insane estimate from another plumbing company. He worked with my tenants to schedule a good time to come out and immediately provided me with a very, very reasonable quote. Fast forward to the work performed. Jeff replaced around 35 feet of plumbing under my house and even was kind enough to replace my old 1.5" pipes with the now standard 2". He even improved the messy existing plumbing situation with my washing machine and laundry sink in the garage with no extra charge. If I ever have any plumbing needs again he'll be the first one I call. Thanks Jeff! read more

I've hired Wagner plumbing for several jobs over the years. Jeff Wagner communicates well, is always prompt, does great work, his prices are good and he often goes beyond my expectations. He replaced the galvanized pipes for my whole house with copper. He's also replaced the outgoing pipes and done various interior work. When he was under the house replacing galvanized pipe, he discovered a bunch of old debris and air ducts that were left by the HVAC contractor, and cleaned it all up. My latest job was related to a shower faucet that stopped mixing cold water. I wanted to do it myself to save some money and I was having problems, so I texted him with some questions and he promptly helped me identify the issue and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. read more

Jeff showed up on time and was wearing a mask. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Jeff was recommended by a friend when our water heater stopped working. He gave me a fair quote, explained why going through a big box store was not as good and answered all my questions. He showed up on time, did the work & hauled away our old water heater for the price he quoted me. I'm very pleased with his work! read more

Very late review but well deserved called Jeff back in the beginning of Feb and he was awesome! My situation was a bit of a pain because toilets were already removed but needed to be replaced but not before the floor guys were done but it had to be the same day or there would be no commode in the house... Jeff was fantastic- Friendly, on time, and reasonably priced (especially compared to the many other places I called) and he is a master of his craft (literally you can check that on his web page) he worked in New York if you can handle plumbing in an old old city like that I trust he can handle pretty much anything you throw his way. He was honest, effective and pleasant thats as good as it gets. read more

Our homes are our single most valuable investment so quality workmanship is essential. Our time is also valuable. Those are some of the reasons why I am so pleased with Wagner Plumbing and why I can recommend Jeff. Jeff set an appointment and was there just a little early. He was fast, efficient and thorough. Jeff fixed my minor issues and even one that I had not pointed out to him. Wagner Plumbing is one of those precious "finds" that we all look for. read more

We just moved into our house and had a few minor plumbing issues. Non stop dripping faucet in the main bathroom and a small leak under the same sink. I used Yelp and asked for quotes from 4 plumbers that had good reviews in our area. Jeff was the first one to respond and most definitely the one who gave us the best quote. He showed up 15 minutes early, fixed the problem, and because it was an easy fix charged us less than the quoted price. All of that on top of educating my husband and I on what went wrong. This is THE plumber I will be using from now on. read more
