So grateful for Eagle Plumbing & Rooter! We had our expansion tank burst in our garage/ flood part of the garage. Not a fun way to spend our evening. We called after hours and were immediately called back with a friendly call from Jeanette. We were told we could be serviced in about 30 minutes as we live in the Lincoln area. To our surprise our amazing plumber Steve arrived in less than 30 minutes! He immediately diagnosed the problem then went and got the new tank we needed. All our problems were solved in about an hour total. We could not have been more grateful for Steve's expertise, friendliness & professionalism. We had called around a few other "local" companies before we had talked to Eagle plumbing & the other companies wouldn't have been there for 3+ hours & were trying to charge us an extra hours fee. We had Eagle install a water heater approximately ten years ago. Unbelievably, they did not put a drip pan under the water heater (as required by code), nor did they acquire a permit (also required by code). Because of their negligence the water heater leaked when we were out of town and completely destroyed personal items as well as the structure of the water heater stand. When I brought it to their attention they said to send photos and the contractor's bill. I not only did that, I have emailed, Facebook messages and called, and I have been completely ignored. Had one of those "lucky" moments, where the water heater goes out and you don't realize till late in the day. Called up Eagle and spoke to them about my dilemma. I don't recall the woman's name that I spoke to but she was super nice. Her phone etiquette off the back made me feel like I was calling the right place. She said she'd have somebody sent over to take a look within an hour of me calling. Larry showed up and took a look at our stagnant water heater. Did a few tests to see if he could get a few more miles out of her but sure enough... It was a dud. He snapped a few pictures and gathered information needed, then said he was going to source one out and give me a call the next morning. Sure enough, next day; I got a call in the AM, water heaters ordered, he's picking it up and such time, and then installed and back in business. Larry seriously kept us informed on every step of the process. When he'd be here, after he ordered our water heater, when he was going to pick it up and then the install. My kitchen sink backed up right after Dinner while washing dishes on Saturday of the holiday weekend. We tried to unclog it but it would not budge. Being new to the area I had not clue who to call so started googling plumbing companies. Left a few messages and Eagle called me back. Explained the situation and the lady said... no problem I can get someone out to you pretty quick. Within an hour of the call Larry showed up. What a super nice guy. He checked the main line went through all the sinks, shower toilets and sure enough there was a clog from the kitchen sink. He was able to snake and unclog and totally made my night. We came home from golfing this past Monday (24 Nov) to find our hot water heater was leaking everywhere. I phoned Eagle Plumbing at about 3:45pm to explain our problem. The woman who answered the phone was most pleasant, kind, and certainly understanding. She said she'd check with her crew and get back to me if someone was available. I was concerned that a new water heater was going to be suggested but after the diagnostic, he determined that the wire connected to the pilot light was corroded and required a replacement. We were in need of a new hot water tank and after calling around a couple of places, we decided to go with Eagle. We had just called the day before and they were able to come out the following day. Yes, the other companies were available too, but we chose Eagle because of their pricing. Eagle's pricing came in lower but they included the cost of pulling a permit vs. the other company having the price separate. We would have paid roughly $300 more if we went with the other company. We set aside 4 hours for the install and our technician had it done in a little over an hour. He was quick, professional and very thorough! Our water heater started leaking and not long after that we no longer had hot water. I called Eagle after seeing other reviews and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant to deal with. My kitchen sink was having problems and besides not having hot water pressure I also had some plumbing that was less than perfect under the cabinet. I called Saturday at almost 5pm and they tried to find someone to come out then but the best they could do was 12 pm on Sunday. That was really good for me. Larry showed up at 12 pm promptly and in about an hour had me back up and running and fixed some of the bad plumbing lines left by previous company. We needed a plumber so we decided to call eagle plumbing and rooter and we are so glad we did we asked on Facebook good neighbors of Lincoln for a affordable plumber and so we got the same appointment we where very great full that they could come out today since we have family coming In from out of town and needed it fixed asap and They were able to make Me appointment for today and are Originally our appointment was scheduled for 4 PM and I got a phone call not even an hour later asking me if the plumber could come now, I said yes and Jeffrey came to our house very professional. My mom explained how the toilet wasn't working and what she thought the issue might be. Luckily it was a cheap fix system this time he did recommend us looking into the inside of one. Also, he informed us that the flushable wipes are not flushable, and he wishes other people knew that because that is the major thing that clogs toilet, so if they say flushable, they do not work. He said you're better off throwing them away and I told him isn't that false advertisement on the wipes and he's like it really is because a lot of people don't realize that. And when your potty train a little ones you're trying to make it easier just a flesh, the wipe don't flush the wipes my mom and i were very impressed with the services we received today he did efficient quick job and we were relieved that we didn't have to spend a lot of money like we thought we were I highly recommend eagle plumbing and rooter services anybody looking for a good plumber they are awesome and they're right here in town. Hi All, I called Eagle Plumbing, here in Lincoln. The call was transferred to their cell phone and was answered while they were at the grocery store. I let them check out and they called me back in 5 min. We set up the appointment on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. Earlier that day I purchased a new faucet at Home Depot, figuring we might need one. The technician called me and said he was available a little earlier if I could see him. I text him to see if he had a mask to wear and he did. He wore his mask, I wore mine and the call was not long and successful. The head of the faucet that pulls out of the nozzle was defective. Rather than waiting for the part to be ordered and come in, I opted for him to install the new faucet and will look to replace the defective faucet and find another home for it.
