Outstanding business. Rick is the manager at this location. Keeps a real clean shop. Quick and courteous service. All the employees dressed neatly and uniforms, this is a class act. Great job Rick.

I came here today, January 09, 2021, in the middle of the Covid pandemic, and all the staff are not using a mask. The guy who gets my keys and all the guys inside the work area are not using masks. By the way, the state inspection service was really fast, it took about 20 minutes.

    This is my January invoice

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO KWIKKARI recently left a review about 10 days ago but I had to write another one because I really do not want any one else to be taken advantage of. I did receive a response email from management claiming they would "investigate" but I seriously doubt it. Basically my car is worse than ever before and my check engine light is back on. I went in with a minor problem and now it's a major issue. The worst part is that when I went to the Carrollton location on January 16 for the same issue I was told I needed a Mass Air Flow Sensor replacement which cost $389. Fast forward to April 2 when I came in for a simple tune up and guess what I was told I needed, yup you guessed it a Mass Air Flow Sensor only this time it was $428.99. Unfortunately for me I know nothing about cars and didn't realize that I had been charged for the same thing 3 months earlier until I looked over my previous invoices. Now I'm out almost $2000 because neither location fixed the problem but they took my money and the Plano location totally screwed up my car. The moral of this story keep those invoices and check them before you let these people near your car. I'll have to take mine to the dealership because I just don't have trust or faith in anyone now and I'd be paying the same anyway, but at least I know the work will be done. Save yourself time and money don't let them scam you. The level of integrity is nonexistent! I've included pics of my invoices so you know I'm serious. I know they won't do anything about my situation so the least I can do is prevent this from happening to someone.

Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I paid approximately $800 for service…read morethat included front brakes and rotors, rear brakes, an oil change, and an inspection. After leaving the shop, I discovered that my front left wheel had not been properly secured and the lug nuts were loose. This is not a minor oversight ! It is a serious safety issue. An unsecured wheel could have resulted in a wheel coming off while I was driving, potentially causing an accident, injury to me, or injury to someone else on the road. When a customer pays a professional repair shop to service their vehicle, there is a reasonable expectation that the vehicle will be returned in safe operating condition. Properly tightening and securing a wheel after brake service is one of the most basic and critical steps of the job. I paid $800 expecting professional workmanship and, most importantly, a safe vehicle. Instead, I was placed in a potentially dangerous situation because of something that should have been checked before my vehicle ever left the shop. They did send a tech out to me to fix the issue. However, it's unknown if there is internal damage to the tire since it was loose. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. I strongly encourage management to review its quality-control procedures so another customer does not experience the same potentially dangerous mistake.
