NEVER go here!! Customer service is awful!! After they changed my oil (twice) the car stalled on the freeway and smoked; oil leaked out twice at 2 different locations and car wasn't drivable. They didn't care/don't car and never fixed whatever they messed up initially. The manager Luke never followed up even after my car was towed to the dealership to get a new engine. I was 2 weeks without a car (which greatly inconvenienced me).......no offer by Integrity to pay for a rental. Finally got a loaner car at the dealership; took a month to get my car back. Today we called to get a refund for the work done/not done. I hold them responsible for messing up my engine. read more

If I could give a one star review I totally would JUSTIN there's the one that I worked with I came in to fix my AC and initially they told me it was just empty It's a brand new car. I've had it for less than two years not even 40,000 miles on it. Told me they didn't find a leak. It wasn't the compressor. Next day they told me it is the compressor and then they were gonna charge me another $1200 for Keep in mind they already charged me over $500 to refill the Freon And a day later, it's empty I asked her for a refund and they said it's not their fault that they missed that was the compressor even though they said they did a diagnostic test and said it wasn't the compressor Absolutely horrible service disgusted shouldn't go to. I have no idea how this place has four stars. First I'll say everyone there was nice to deal with except for Al. I brought in an older car with a known engine oil leak. The repair should have cost about $800 but quickly jumped to $3500 with all of the things they said need to be fixed (which included brake issues). All I wanted fixed for now was the oil leak. That ended up being $2,000 with all of the extra things they "found". Al called and was extremely condescending and rude that I didn't want to spend the full $3500 and started to mansplane to me that brakes are important. $2,000 later the car is still leaking oil. I brought it back and Al basically told me that I was wrong, it's not, and I needed to drive it 40-50 miles to burn off residual oil. (I paid for them to clean the engine but whatever) A week later it was still leaking so I brought it back and shocker, they found "another" leak. $2,000 more in labor alone. I opted to not have them touch the car anymore. Bottom line is they charged me a large amount to fix a problem that wasn't even the problem. And then they tried to come after me for more. I have zero faith that they can correctly diagnose anything and just try to get as much from you as they can without actually fixing anything. read more

We have been using Integrity 1st in various Plano locations for years. We have had a number of issues here before but management took care of them and made it right. I have given them 5* review for that effort and want to continue to give them high score. But not this time when I brought my wife's care in for an oil change. 5 minutes after appointment check-in, a tech came out to take my car into the bay. But after 90 minutes of waiting, I had to ask the service advisor if I needed to get someone to come pick me up and he said no. Having customers with appointment waiting for nearly 2 hours for an oil change is not acceptable. The excuse offered to me was that my Mercedes oil service reset system was finicky. If that was true, I doubt that they have trained and experienced technicians working there. read more

No integrity. They will lie to you to push billables. Had my Jeep worked on here when they first opened. The transfer case bushing ($5 at auto-zone) fell off and needed to be replaced. They instead replaced the whole assembly for $500. When I went to the dealership, I told them what happened and they were laughing so hard. They said if I had brought it in to them they would have just charged me $10 for the part and popped it on right then and there for free. I went back to Integrity and confronted the manager. He said "the computer told us to replace the whole thing." Stay away. I now go to Brakes Plus and get much better service. read more

I got quotes from 5 shops. This was the only one that requested to see my car before quoting me for the most drastic fix. While I ended up needing this more drastic solution, the final cost of work here (plus tire rotation and oil change) was still over $100 less than the next cheapest option. They took me to my car and showed me the broken part, and explained exactly why they couldn't repair it and a replacement would be necessary. Front desk workers are nice, but I don't know how their technicians are. I brought my vehicle in for an engine misfire check and after getting the diagnosis I decided to just bring vehicle home to do the work myself. Up to this point I've had a good experience. Once I brought my vehicle home and decided to work on it I saw a lot of items not put back together correctly and some of screws are missing. I'm glad I didn't pay for their service. Car repairs are high already. I would rather not have more vehicle issues due to everything taken off/put together not incorrectly. read more

These guys took care of a repair on my daughter's car that my ex-wife's mechanic completely missed when he turned the car back over to her. My ex-wife's mechanic gave the car back with the check engine light on and told her everything was fine and not to worry about the light. Unfortunately everything was not fine and the radiator fan had gone out on the car. My daughter tried to drive the car and couldn't get it up to freeway speeds however she continued to drive it until the car finally shut down. A good experience with Integrity 1st.... I tried these guys again because the location is super convenient for me. Last week I took it in so they could replace the thermostat for me. I did not want to do this on a Lexus RX350 because the thermostat is in an incredibly inconvenient place (remove the tire, etc...). They did a great job inspecting the car for issues. I identified some minor problems, but nothing significant. They did find a leak in the radiator so they would not replace the thermostat without replacing the radiator. They wanted a too much to replace the radiator, but they did a great job with the inspection. I spoke to Erik (Eric???) and he was super helpful. read more

To start off, I'll say what's good about this business: It was clean in the outside waiting area. It was really spacious actually too and had a TV and refreshments for the meantime. The manager was welcoming and made me feel like he had my best intentions in mind. The hours were fair and the shop was located right next to one of the best Gyro shops in the City: Gyro Shop. Now to the bad: So i towed my truck in to get a diagnostic for a "loss of power after start" problem (DO NOT TOW YOUR TRUCK TO SHOPS IF YOU DONT KNOW THE PROBLEM, THEY WILL MAKE UP SH**) and the guy on the phone was seemingly friendly. He told me what the diagnosis fee would probably be which was somewhat near the mark. My truck's RPM since I got it was always around 900, which is why When I replaced my battery just the day prior, I was confused as to why it was 600rpm now. This was the WHOLE point of me getting a diagnostic. The vehicle started and ran. I did not need work done whatsoever. Guess what they tell me a day later when I get there I try to pay for my diagnostic? THEY ARE ALREADY IN THE MIDDLE OF A 150$ JOB! What? Why send me a list of approved s*** to do if you're gonna approve stuff on your own and do it anyway? Does Disapprove in Plano mean Approve? I left with almost a 300$ fee for JUST a diagnostic because of this tomfoolery. And guess what? That service they did changed nothing at all. It's still getting the same mileage, 600rpm, everything. Do not tow your vehicles to these people. They will sign off without your permission and take advantage of you with a smile across their face. And here's a sweet bonus: I just got my starter replaced 2 years ago and the guy said it was the starter and it was gonna be a intermittent problem. I've drove this truck for 90 miles now from work to here and started it over 20 times since then and not ONCE did it not crank. And they wanted 1200$ for this "problem". Integrity first, really? And they think I'm coming back here for a "free" oil change. You guys sure it's free and not gonna charge me to fix a problem I didn't sign off on again? Maybe a need new calibers or rotors? Perhaps that is what others have complained about in their reviews, thinking they are being upsold. I never felt this way. I would rather know when something needs to be fixed and fit it into my schedule and budget. They also get the job done much more quickly than the previous shop I used to use. Their pricing has been very fair and they have provided rides to and from our home. When short-staffed, the manager paid for an Uber ride for my son to get home.
