Shrimp sandwich with fries and a very good special sauce!

Very kind and attentive, accommodating, and very delicious went in there thinking of lobster roll potentially but this was right on the money! Plenty of areas to sit and for kids to play!

Stoped by for lunch and this place did not disappoint. Everything was amazing and the vibe & seating options were great.

Stumbled upon Kusina Colorado and wow, it's a hidden gem on wheels! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, but the sisig stole the show - perfectly crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. We also got the halo-halo, and it was so good - refreshing, creamy, and packed with all the classic layers that took me right back to the Philippines. The owners, Ate Lily and Travis, are incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the food and the people they serve. The location is convenient and easy to find, with plenty of space to hang out while you wait. If you're craving authentic Filipino comfort food with great vibes, this food truck is a must-visit! Will definitely be back again (and again).

The atmosphere of the food truck courtyard is very laid back with it's music, set inside a neighborhood. Easy to locate. Retro artwork and patio settings gave me a comfortable feeling of sitting with friends, talking of days gone by. And the food... Sarap! Excellent flavor and quality at a reasonable price. I enjoyed my pancit and lumpia dish as we spoke with one of the co-owners. She is very courteous and a joy to talk with as is the rest of the team. Also, check out the halo-halo. Thanks for a down to earth experience and making us feel welcome.

We visited St. Agustine and was really craving for some Filipino food at the end of our trip and we found this hidden gem. The owner and staff are super friendly. We ordered pancit, its a stir fry noodles with some vegestables and meat and its different because the meat is grilled with some lumpia or Filipino spring rolls. It taste delicious! We also got some pork bbq with rice, its perfectly cook. The bbq was not too salty and not too sweet and its perfect for white rice. Lastly we got some sisig. Sisig is one of my favorite Filipino dish and this place has their own style of cooking it. Its crispy and flavorful.

This place is great!! First time trying Filipino food and definitely not the last. Tried the pancit and pork sisig. We couldn't decide on which one was better as they both had great flavors and texture. Location has a quaint seating area with other food trucks located in same area.

Love this place. Their fusion of Filipino food and Colorado cuisine is to die for. The owners are such great people and friendly! The vibe here is fantastic! They have a gazebo structure next to their food truck. I highly recommend you stop here on your way to St. Augustine Beach or coming from. The food is fantastic, portions are great as well! Highly recommend the Halo-Halo at the end of your meal as a nice dessert. You're going to love it! Will definitely come back when I'm in town.

My family and I have been here twice and have had a wonderful experience both times. Not only is the food delicious, the owners and staff are super friendly. They are one of several food trucks in The Village Garden Food Truck Park. So you can enjoy your meal alfresco immersed in a fun and festive setting. They even have a little putting station & corn hole set to help you pass the time while you wait for your food. We haven't come at night yet, but I think this would make an awesome place to hang out at night as well. Back to the food, we've had the BBQ pork, puffy tacos, sisig, Philly cheesesteak, cheese pizza, and capped it off with some halo halo. All was fantastic, but if I had to pick my favorite, I'd say the BBQ pork gets the nod. But they did warn us that preparing the BBQ pork takes a little longer than other dishes, but absolutely worth the wait.

Got the pancit the second time coming here, it is very good ! I especially love the egg rolls from here cause they're so long . The owners are also very sweet

Had a restaurant reservation and decided to try he food truck instead. All I can, AMAZING! The Shrimp and Al Pastor Tortas had a Filipino kick with the pickled carrots. The combination of flavors were more than I expected. He even made me Pork Belly as an appetizer and it was perfection. Did not take a pic of the Tortas because we devoured them!!

Large portions, beautiful plates and silverware, and quaint, cozy ambiance in America's oldest city. Fast forward to Saturday the 14th, and I'm back again with family visiting from out of the country. The food was good, but the vibe was a bit different. Started with chips & salsa - good, but hardly any chips. We had 3/4 of a dish of salsa remaining after finishing the chips, and we were told that we would have to pay for a refill of chips. Very sad! We also ordered two taco platters, and three chicken quesadilla platters. Food was good, but the side portions (beans and rice) were very small, and served in tiny plastic cups. The plates and silverware were replaced with cardboard plates/trays and plastic cutlery. Although the food was good, the presentation was disappointing. Our waitress did a good job, so kudos to her! $120+ before a tip - a couple more chips would have been nice, and real plates and silver would have been amazing.....just saying.

There is a small covered area but it's mostly high top seats for a few people. But this is a neighborhood spot feels like you're eating in your backyard. The line for ordering can get extremely long during popular dinning times such as lunch and dinner. So be prepared to wait in line and wait for your dishes. I promise it is worth the wait. I recommend ordering chips and queso they do bring that out quickly and you can much while you wait for your main dishes. The UFO is my favorite dish on the menu and I crave it all the time. It's a flour tortilla that covers a hard taco stuffed with a protein (I love that blackened Mahi) and you can get it spicy (Baja style) or mild (the works). Absolutely the best thing here! If you're grabbing to go, check their website. Sometimes it's not open, but normally you can order ahead and pay online. So when you arrive you can pick up at the pick up window. So really, my 40-minute wait felt like I hit the express lane. And the grand finale? The food finally arrives--after nearly an hour of anticipation--and it's...painfully average. Not bad enough to be memorable, not good enough to justify the wait. Just perfectly mediocre. So if your goal is to waste time and lower your expectations simultaneously, this is your spot. Before we even walked in, we were reading through the reviews and noticed that the owner has a habit of responding to any criticism with an absolute novel of complaints back at the reviewer. Honestly hilarious. We pulled up around 3:30 on a Friday and were practically the only people there. We ordered everything to-go, which honestly felt like the right call anyway since the inside is pretty tiny. I got the shredded chicken bowl, same as my mom. My dad got a chicken burrito and my brother got a steak burrito. The flavors in my bowl were good but nothing that really stood out. It was heavy on the rice, onions, and black beans, which was a problem for my mom since she's not a black beans person, so she wasn't thrilled with hers. My dad was still a little hungry after his burrito. My brother was the happiest of the group with his steak burrito though, so there's that. Overall we just didn't feel like the portion sizes and quality justified the prices. The staff was friendly, which was appreciated. But it's a middle of the road experience for us.
