    Chips and queso yummy
    Rich G.

Family in town had two tacos. Really liked the shrimp tacos on four tortillas. Thought their ground beef was a bit dry. When I make ground beef at home I leave a bit more grease on the beef. Their queso blanco was yummy nice salty chips. They gave three sauces (free). All yummy. 5:5. Friendly staff.

This place never disappoints. Been here maybe 10 times and love all the tacos we've tried. My favorite is the Chorizo & St Augustine. Highly recommend stopping by if in the area.

For a taco stand adjacent to a brewery, you would think there would be more of a partnership. That being said, the food was delicious. The shrimp taco (St Augustine?) was absolutely spot on. The taste of the fried shrimp carried itself through every bite. The steak taco (San Diego?) was ok, but needed something. The steak was a little over cooked which left the meat less flavorful and a bit chewy. Overall the food was definitely worth trying and I could see eating here again.

Wowzas! I haven't had Mexican food this good since moving to New England! We saw this spot while driving to downtown St. Augustine and I'm glad I did that U-ey. I was drawn to the vibe from the street. Looked chill and all the tables were filled. Service was friendly and fast. My hubby got the baja fish burrito and I got a carnitas taco and a potato taco with rice and beans. We also shared the chips, salsa, and queso--made our own nachos. Everything was fabulous. I wish I lived closer because if I did, I would be here at least once a week. We ate on the patio and we met a couple of friendly dog lover patrons-of course we had our pup with us! Do not pass this place up! Lots of street parking in the neighborhood nearby - there's also a small lot. Next time we're in FL, I'll be back!!!

Super cool place with super cool people. Love the colors and the unique style. The place is tiny but theres a lot of space to sit outside. It was hot so we ate in the car! Highly recommend their slushy, has that shaved ice texture that hits so great. Delicious. The food was good too, really good mix of toppings. I feel like it was missing a little something, but they have house-made sauces that make up for that.

Came here with a local friend to check out this taco stand. The place is very laid back. There's a small parking lot and outdoor patio seating. It's located next door to Old Coast Ales and they share seating, so you can grab a beer while enjoying your tacos. We ordered the carne asada, carnitas and Baja fish , and tried all 3 house sauce (the Chili Arbol with a little smoky flavor was my favorite). The carne asada was a little dry, probably because it was close to closing time, but overall the tacos were enjoyable.

Yummy tacos!! Osprey is located right next to a brewery, so you can grab some tacos to drink with your beer - always a good concept! We're big sauce people and the Osprey folks thankfully gave us all the sauces to try - so good! Love the variety of tacos you can choose from too - you can't go wrong.

Osprey Tacos nails it with its hip vibe and creative menu. We ordered six tacos and chips, and everything hit the mark. The shrimp tacos were fresh and flavorful, topped with crunchy, crisp veggies. The beef asada taco was rich and perfectly seasoned, with tender meat that stood out on its own. The carnivore taco was loaded with a mix of juicy meats that felt like a feast in a single bite. The Idaho taco was pure comfort food with crispy potatoes and melted cheese The brussels sprout taco was a fun twist, with roasted sprouts and a smokey, yet slightly sweet finish. The setup is outdoor seating only, standing if you're indoors at the counter, but you can sit at the ale house next door if you want a drink while you eat. The staff brings your food right to you, and water is self-serve, keeping things super casual. If you're looking for bold flavors and a chill atmosphere, Osprey Tacos is the spot. Highly recommend!

This little taco place is so cute, and the food is delicious! We got six different tacos, and they were all delicious. My favorites were the Mahi Mahi and the grilled shrimp. The best thing about their queso is that it is thick, stays on the chip, and doesn't fall off. The weather was lovely, and we had our puppy, so we sat on the patio. We love it when a restaurant has a dog-friendly patio, and my dog liked their chips, too.

Great tacos, it's a cute little place and was clear it was a local favorite cause it was busy!! I loved my shrimp taco (5/5). I also had the fish taco with mahi mahi (3/5). They had some awesome vegetarian options too my friends had the tempeh taco, and the Brussels sprouts (5/5), potatoes (4/5) , tofu (4/5), and avocado tacos(2/5). I'd definitely go back if I was in the area and next door is the old coast ales brewery so can grab some drinks and tacos and sit outside to eat. Staff was friendly and attentive even tho it was busy. I loved the chips and queso, also they serve hyppo popsicles my friend said the watermelon hibiscus was really tasty!

Is there seating for 9 people?

This is more like a serve yourself joint. There is tables & chairs that could possibly be pushed together or seat 9 people separately. Depends on the time & day. It's all outside seating w/a roof.…

I'm super exited to try this place. I love tacos they are the perfect food. Anybody got any tips on what to try?

I really enjoyed the blackened chicken taco.

Large portions, beautiful plates and silverware, and quaint, cozy ambiance in America's oldest city. Fast forward to Saturday the 14th, and I'm back again with family visiting from out of the country. The food was good, but the vibe was a bit different. Started with chips & salsa - good, but hardly any chips. We had 3/4 of a dish of salsa remaining after finishing the chips, and we were told that we would have to pay for a refill of chips. Very sad! We also ordered two taco platters, and three chicken quesadilla platters. Food was good, but the side portions (beans and rice) were very small, and served in tiny plastic cups. The plates and silverware were replaced with cardboard plates/trays and plastic cutlery. Although the food was good, the presentation was disappointing. Our waitress did a good job, so kudos to her! $120+ before a tip - a couple more chips would have been nice, and real plates and silver would have been amazing.....just saying.

I got the lamb birria bowl and it was so tender ans well seasoned. Their rice bowls are very much like chipotle style in components but fresher. Avocadoes are fresh and tasty and they have a bunch of different kinds of hot sauces and salsa on the side. Plaintain chips are good but I wish they were warm/hot. my friends like their beef burritos a lot too. Their ranking was lamb then beef, pork, chicken. Love that the menu is quite simple and easy to order. The staffs are so friendly and helpful and location is right across the Castillo de San Marcos fortress. Would def come back.

There is a small covered area but it's mostly high top seats for a few people. But this is a neighborhood spot feels like you're eating in your backyard. The line for ordering can get extremely long during popular dinning times such as lunch and dinner. So be prepared to wait in line and wait for your dishes. I promise it is worth the wait. I recommend ordering chips and queso they do bring that out quickly and you can much while you wait for your main dishes. The UFO is my favorite dish on the menu and I crave it all the time. It's a flour tortilla that covers a hard taco stuffed with a protein (I love that blackened Mahi) and you can get it spicy (Baja style) or mild (the works). Absolutely the best thing here! Before we even walked in, we were reading through the reviews and noticed that the owner has a habit of responding to any criticism with an absolute novel of complaints back at the reviewer. Honestly hilarious. We pulled up around 3:30 on a Friday and were practically the only people there. We ordered everything to-go, which honestly felt like the right call anyway since the inside is pretty tiny. I got the shredded chicken bowl, same as my mom. My dad got a chicken burrito and my brother got a steak burrito. The flavors in my bowl were good but nothing that really stood out. It was heavy on the rice, onions, and black beans, which was a problem for my mom since she's not a black beans person, so she wasn't thrilled with hers. My dad was still a little hungry after his burrito. My brother was the happiest of the group with his steak burrito though, so there's that. Overall we just didn't feel like the portion sizes and quality justified the prices. The staff was friendly, which was appreciated. But it's a middle of the road experience for us. If you go, maybe stick to the steak options based on our little sample size.
