The wings were amazing, burgers were good, and the Nacho Fries were so good they were gone before I could take a picture. Waiter was an absolute beast, constant supply of Ice Cold Michelob's. It got pretty busy while we were there, but impressively, they were running with just one server--and he absolutely held it down. Despite the crowd, he stayed attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly, which really stood out. The menu is where things get especially interesting--unique, playful, and definitely not your standard fare. I tried the chicken apple pie sandwich, which was as unexpected as it sounds. It was fun, different, and surprisingly good! It is one of those dishes you won't find just anywhere. Husband loved his upscale bologna sandwich and the waffle fries were yummy! Overall, Treylor Park delivers on atmosphere and creativity. It's a great spot if you're looking for something a little outside the box with a fun, energetic vibe and memorable food.

Large portions, beautiful plates and silverware, and quaint, cozy ambiance in America's oldest city. Fast forward to Saturday the 14th, and I'm back again with family visiting from out of the country. The food was good, but the vibe was a bit different. Started with chips & salsa - good, but hardly any chips. We had 3/4 of a dish of salsa remaining after finishing the chips, and we were told that we would have to pay for a refill of chips. Very sad! We also ordered two taco platters, and three chicken quesadilla platters. Food was good, but the side portions (beans and rice) were very small, and served in tiny plastic cups. The plates and silverware were replaced with cardboard plates/trays and plastic cutlery. Although the food was good, the presentation was disappointing. Our waitress did a good job, so kudos to her! $120+ before a tip - a couple more chips would have been nice, and real plates and silver would have been amazing.....just saying.

We assumed this would just be a simple taco shop but we were wrong. The proprietor takes pride in his work and it shows. This was like a gourmet version of a Mexican food establishment. There is a small covered area but it's mostly high top seats for a few people. But this is a neighborhood spot feels like you're eating in your backyard. The line for ordering can get extremely long during popular dinning times such as lunch and dinner. So be prepared to wait in line and wait for your dishes. I promise it is worth the wait. I recommend ordering chips and queso they do bring that out quickly and you can much while you wait for your main dishes. The UFO is my favorite dish on the menu and I crave it all the time. It's a flour tortilla that covers a hard taco stuffed with a protein (I love that blackened Mahi) and you can get it spicy (Baja style) or mild (the works). Absolutely the best thing here! If you're grabbing to go, check their website. Sometimes it's not open, but normally you can order ahead and pay online. So when you arrive you can pick up at the pick up window. Love this new addition. You cannot go wrong with anything, everything is amazing and honestly top contender for best taco on St Aug!

Sunday night, 9pm, and somehow it takes a full 40 minutes to produce...two burritos. Yes, two. Burritos. Just in case that needs to sink in. But don't worry, it gets better. The woman ahead of me only waited 45 minutes before discovering her order had simply ceased to exist. Lost ticket, no food, and a friendly invitation to wait even longer. So really, my 40-minute wait felt like I hit the express lane. And the grand finale? The food finally arrives--after nearly an hour of anticipation--and it's...painfully average. Not bad enough to be memorable, not good enough to justify the wait. Just perfectly mediocre. So if your goal is to waste time and lower your expectations simultaneously, this is your spot. Otherwise, maybe keep driving.

Before we even walked in, we were reading through the reviews and noticed that the owner has a habit of responding to any criticism with an absolute novel of complaints back at the reviewer. Honestly hilarious. We pulled up around 3:30 on a Friday and were practically the only people there. We ordered everything to-go, which honestly felt like the right call anyway since the inside is pretty tiny. I got the shredded chicken bowl, same as my mom. My dad got a chicken burrito and my brother got a steak burrito. The flavors in my bowl were good but nothing that really stood out. It was heavy on the rice, onions, and black beans, which was a problem for my mom since she's not a black beans person, so she wasn't thrilled with hers. My dad was still a little hungry after his burrito. My brother was the happiest of the group with his steak burrito though, so there's that. Overall we just didn't feel like the portion sizes and quality justified the prices. The staff was friendly, which was appreciated. But it's a middle of the road experience for us. If you go, maybe stick to the steak options based on our little sample size.

I wish I had photos :( I had an order of the spicy chorizo tacos and WOW they were absolutely phenomenal. Packed with flavor and just the right amount of kick. The drinks? so damn good. I drowned myself in their margarita. The atmosphere was vibrant but not overwhelming. Lots of people watching with great energy, a beautiful space, and just an overall vibe. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which always makes a huge difference. I probably waited about 15 minutes to be seated too. Casa Reina lives up to its name. We checked our radar app, and it looked like we were in the clear, so we braved it at one of the picnic tables. This is a good choice because there is plenty of room for all of us. We ordered drinks and apps for a quick bite after the St. Augustine Music Festival. They do charge for chips and salsa, which is fine, especially if you're one of those Japanese World Cup fans who expects to pay. Highly recommend the jalapeno rellenos, the short rib taquitos, and the ceviche. It's not the best ceviche in terms of what you might expect from a Peruvian place, but it still hit the spot with plenty of leche de Tigre at the end. The Old City Margarita is delicious, as well as the Oh My Mezcal-based cocktail.
