Usually eat from here about 2, maybe 3 times a month, meal for two, never disappoints! Great food with good, fresh ingredients, nicely presented, good portion sizes (usually ordering 2 x large chicken shish / grilled skewered chicken pieces kebabs, for take away with rice, salad & bread each; really delicious, every time); very good service and value for money, I'd say. Definitely highly recommend! :-) And I'm just about to order from them again now, in fact ;-)

Big windows let in lots of light and provide a breezy street view. Staff: Absolutely lovely, friendly and warm. Every time I've gone I've been greeted warmly and made to feel 'at home'. You're able to relax and enjoy your meal; I've never had an issue where I've felt 'moved on' by the staff which can happen sometimes at popular places. And now for the food: Always excellent. My companion has ordered the steak onglette several times and was consistently pleased with the flavoursome flesh. I've had the salmon and sea bass dishes and both were done perfectly light and flaky.Their chips are generally excellent too: hot, crispy..... mmmmm. I very much like that the menu proudly identifies the food source: from my last few visits the fish was supplied from John Norris and the meat from Ginger Pig. To top it off, the desserts are simply divine. For a small end-of-meal treat I heartily recommend the Affogato. I'm also a fan of their Pannacotta (see photo I've posted, with seasonal berries). It rolls onto the tongue and gently dissolves in a mouthful of soft and sweet goodness. I just realised I haven't even mentioned the booze! At your disposal here is a very good selection of ales, ciders, and red and white wine. Useful if you are visiting with a group who aren't all just beer drinkers. Overall, a damn good place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon.

The atmosphere was fantastic, warm and cozy, with comfortable seating and friendly staff and locals. Very happy with the meal and wine, will definitely be back again!

In keeping with the Middle Eastern focus there are also choices of Shakshouka and Mediterranean breakfast with halloumi and harissa yogurt. We decided on the full English breakfast which came with whole grain bread, 4 slices of bacon, an egg, 2 hash browns, mushrooms, sausage and a bowl of beans. This was a full plate of food! Service was okay, there was some confusion over a request for water but once it was resolved service was fine.

The interior is very aesthetically pleasing. Although we got put on a table where there's quite a lot of movement but we still enjoyed our time. Thumbs up for the service as the wait staff was so patient with us in taking our order and he repeated our order to us to make sure he didn't get anything wrong. Feel valued.

There is a wide range of organic Mediterranean spreads & sandwich fillers that all look yummy. They also do hand-made pastries/ biscuits and have a vast range of condiments. The organic scrambled eggs with toast is my fav. The eggs are so light and fluffy, and water in your mouth. Compliment this egg brunch with a nice cup of organic filter coffee. They have a nice quiet outside seating area which can cater for about 12-15 people which has a roll out shelter for when it is raining. You can also smoke outside at the tables, which is always a plus for those smokers. I The staff are very friendly and cater to your every need.
