My review is about the delivery service which is unacceptable. I tried to order today
for about half an hour and in the end was unsuccessful so got up and went to collect my food from another restaurant. The site has two options of order to ''register'' or to order as a ''guest''. If you press register, half of the form that you have to fill out, is out of your sight and there is no way that you can move it, to bring it to the center of your screen. Being unable to fill it out and register, I decided to order as a guest where you have to fill out the same details. Having done that and selected the payment option it gave me an order number but showed zero items selected in my order. So I called them. The lady there, a bit sassy, asked how were they supposed to deliver if I don't fill out the delivery details. So I said ok, and tried to enter my details two more times. The order went through to them but for some reason without my details.Then I called them again. The same lady took my details over the phone to ''find my address'' and then they called after five minutes to tell us that they didn't deliver over three miles distance and that we should order through Uber eats, which is total bull.. as we live a bit less than half a mile away from them and Uber eats was something like 30% more expensive, which makes sense because they have a commission, but I wasn't going to pay more to cover up for the badly optimized site of the business or for their inflexibility for that matter. I offered to send them my details by sms or email or tell them over the phone but they insisted that it had to be done through their website which clearly is problematic.
