If you can't perform the same thoughtful and detailed service that's done for everyone else throughout the day, you shouldn't be scheduling appointments at 5 if you close at 6 and are just gonna rush through it. The technique is poor; my gel nails were applied so thickly they looked unnatural and uneven (thick on one side, thin on the other). When I politely pointed out the issue during the appointment, the technician became defensive and dismissive. Most disappointingly, instead of fixing the issue, the staff began speaking exclusively in their native language to one another while looking at me and laughing. It was obvious I was being mocked for requesting the quality I am paying for. It is hostile, unprofessional, and the workmanship is below average. I will not return.

I went to Lam for hard gel, but Hannah and Emma are also great! Hannah is a sweetheart and the owner, she can be hard to get in with but Lam was spectacular.
