Hovik is great. He really knows these cars (I have a 2013 LR4). He did a tune up and a couple other things and I felt the car had never run better. Honest, timely and pleasant. I would recommend KS Complete Auto to anyone. read more

Awesome service, flew up to CA from AZ to purchase an 08 Bentley and wanted to make sure all was in excellent condition. Not sure who was trustworthy and dealership wanted to charge an arm and a leg. KS was the best choice, very knowledgeable and trustworthy with my time and made me feel comfortable with my large purchase. Thank you go going above and beyond and for all your help. -Thomas and Roxanne read more

Lovely people and incredible hospitality. Very genuine and hardworking. My car ended up having an internal computer issue which only the dealership can address, but I was referred by Hovik to a good dealer and was not charged for his time. I will definitely be back with any future issues! read more

Hovik and the guys at KS Complete Auto were fantastic. Fast, reliable, and addressed my issue immediately. Highly recommend and definitely visiting again! read more

Hovik and Harout has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life. They took care of me from beginning to end and everything was done honestly and on time. They are very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. On top of all this, they are great to talk to! I am a satisfied customer and will be returning as well as recommending to anyone. Thank you! read more

I had my Porsche Panamera serviced here. Got my 40k service and front brakes done. I paid half the price of what the dealership was asking. Excellent and quality service. Thanks Harout! read more

I did a car inspection and they are really professional and they know what they are doing. They have great customer service. And I will do car inspection here anytime I want to buy a car. read more

So I took my mustang to the ford dealership because my car kept on stalling. I'm supposed to have it under warranty but because they said rats ( yes rats!) chewed the sensor wire. They ended up telling me I need new sensors and wanted to charge me 1200 bucks! The price didn't sound right so I shopped around and had a friend who went to KS. I met Hovik who was not only super nice but took a look at it immediately and gave me a solid estimate on what Would need to be done. And when it was all over , he told me what would need to be done and at a much more reasonable price! And it was ready the next day ( dealership said maybe by Thursday)!! Suffice it to say this was a great experience and I'll be taking my car and my wife's car to Ks from now on. Thanks Hovik! read more

Great service, very professional and honest crew. The guys at K&S did a great job. They changed my brakes and had me on my way in no time. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. read more

Within 20 minutes Hovik, the owner, responded with a quote for part and labor. Not only was it lower priced than any other shop I spoke to, he was even honest about where he would order the part from. I appreciated the transparency and never felt like I was being duped. They fixed my broken side mirror in about fifteen minutes and gave me an honest analysis about anything else my car would need. Definitely coming back should I need another fix up! read more

I needed the air condenser replaced in my Toyota Camry and looked around on Yelp for a trustworthy mechanic in the nearby area. I was extremely satisfied with the service. Not only did Harout provide me with an estimate that was over $300 less than the dealer's quote, he also notified me of a related issue with one of the pipes and replaced it (both of which he confirmed with me before doing any work on my car). In total took about 2 days, and he provided an oil change for no additional charge. He also added air in my tires and fixed my sun visor for me. As someone who is not particularly knowledgable about cars and does not have the time to invest in knowing the ins and outs of my vehicle, I appreciate that I have a place that is reliable and can point out only things that *really* need fixing! read more

I drive a VW Phaeton and avoid taking it to a dealer for service because they seem to want to do unnecessary work, especially in the Las Vegas dealerships. Moving back to LA I needed to find a Bentley mechanic (the Phaeton is a Bentley Flying Spur minus $40K off the price) and knew I was taking a chance not knowing anything about K & S Auto Repair. Funny thing is, I contacted other Bentley garages, visited them, and couldn't even receive a call back on the special circumstances I was dealing with in this car. Hovik (one of the owners) promptly called back and played phone tag with me several times. That impressed me but at the same time I thought maybe this guy is desparate for business. When I arrived at his garage to drop the car off after hours I could see that he wasn't. Located in a very nice part of Glendale the lot had many cars in for service. Needless to say Hovik personally addressed my problems in a way I never expected. He could have done things and made much more money but did only what was necessary. I will recommend these guys to everyone. Honest, diligent, friendly, best pricing, and much more. Thanks Hovik and the rest of the crew read more

Let me just say that I am not one to review things because well I don't like writing reviews haha. The fact that I am taking the time out of my busy day to write this review already says a lot. Harout and Hovik are the greatest shop owners ever. Friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and no pressure help across the board. They are simply amazing humans. Hell everyone over at that shop is the same way. The shop in it's self is unreal clean. You can eat off the floor there and it's so organized. I honestly have never seen anything like it in my life. Hovik worked with me to take a look through the pre owned Porsche that I had just bought. He did not sell me any bullshit or extra parts. He got me the lowest prices and service on the repairs on my car and I dare you to try and find someone better. Everyone at the shop is super friendly, professional, and they are very quick yet thorough. I just have never met nicer people and you truly feel welcome into their family when doing business with them. Also the fact that they don't pressure you into any situations is fantastic and makes the whole experience that much better. Thanks so much guys, and I can honestly say I will be taking all of my car needs to KS auto for the rest of my Porsches life. THANKS HOVIK! & KS AUTO! Cheers Ryan read more

My reliable old Chevy suddenly had a problem and I needed help quick! I'm fairly new to the area and went to Yelp to find a repair shop close by, with the maximum stars. Lucky for me, I found KS Complete Auto Service. The gentlemen at KS were so kind to me. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and rather than have me sit around the shop all day, I was given a ride home and then a ride back when the work was complete. Hovik showed me the parts that were replaced. And although I hadn't planned to spend money on car repairs (who does?), the price was fair and the work was done the same day. I didn't feel that they were taking advantage because I don't know anything about cars. Hovik was honest about everything. I really appreciate that. It's great to find such a good place to take my car. Thank you, Hovik and Harout for taking one big worry away. Now I know where to take my car anytime it needs care. I'll be back for my next oil change! read more

Great service. They reply messages quickly. Hovik has always been great, he's honest and explains in detail what's the problem on my car. I used to work down the street from them so it was convenient & now that I'm not down the street I'm willing to take the drive down there. Definitely recommend KS Complete Auto to anyone who wants honesty & good work from a mechanic. Hands down read more

I brought in a Honda Civic last week from Lexus of Glendale for a pre-purchase inspection. The car had a clean CarFax and clean inspection report from the dealership. I was so sure that the car was in excellent condition because I had been assured by the salesman I worked with that it was. KS Complete saved me from spending $10,000 on a car with significant and poorly-repaired frame damage as well as a poorly-aligned tire that they said wouldn't last 5,000 miles. He also showed me how the bumper had been replaced and the spare tire cover was completely convex, indicating a major collision, despite the CarFax and Lexus inspection report having no reported accidents. I felt very betrayed by the salespeople I had been dealing with and KS made me feel like they were on my team. Buying a used car is an extremely frustrating process, especially for a woman, and I am so grateful for KS Auto's help and support. Honest, professional, and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I've been a costumer of K&S Complete Auto since 2004. Each and every problem that I have had with my cars were promptly resolved by them. I never had to wait for longer than I was told. All the charges are always explained before starting the work, no hidden fees nor extra unexpected work. Both owners, as well as the employees, are very courteous and friendly. I have referred all of my friends to go there if they would have any car problems. read more

This review has been long overdue. I have had my car repaired a couple of times at KS Complete Auto Service. Both Harout and Hovik are very knowledgeable about German cars and are extremely friendly. They have far better service and prices as compared to dealerships. My car requires another repair soon and I know I will be back at their shop very soon. Thanks Harout and Hovit for a great customer experience. Regards, Osman read more

Hovik and the crew are excellent. I've been a few times in the past months and each problem has been fixed promptly and competently, all while being reasonably priced. read more

Fast, reliable and reasonable. KS does a great job and does it very quickly. They are honest and very good at what they do. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I went there to get my tire pressure gauge, rear signal light and back door locking mechanism changed. All this was done while I waited and in a matter of a little over an hour. As a matter of fact, the majority of the time was spent waiting for a part to arrive. Highly recommend KS read more

These guys are good. Great customer service and quick turnaround. If they can get you in and out, they will. They want to make sure you understand what's wrong with the vehicle and let you decide what you want to get done. I intially called in to get a quote and was treated well. When i got to the shop, it was the same service over the phone. CONSISTENT. They also have a tradition or custom to share their food when they are eating. So come in when its lunch time and see if they'll share with you as they did with me. Hovik or Harout are two great guys. Will recommend to others! read more

Not a bad service but I've been here twice and they seem like they tell u the worst case scenario first even if it is a simple problem.

So disappointed with this shop. Every time I go there for service they make up a problem to charge you more. The charges are high. And there always a hidden fees at the end. read more

I have to say that I've never been so happy about giving a mechanic shop my money before these guys. I've been taking my discovery to a "Landrover Expert" here in LA for years and THEY NEVER fix the problem correctly. It's always one thing after the next or they can't find the error. Within 20 minutes of bringing my car in, KS was able to diagnose it and although I had to sell a kidney to fix the problem, my car purrs now. Trust me she's a beast so she roars but the drive is now so smooth and she reeves up beautifully. All error messages gone. They showed me what needed fixing and didn't treat me like I didn't know what they were saying. I've had my car for a while so I understand my car better than most mechanics so it was nice to be talked to with respect. The gas mileage is better now and I don't feel like I need to say a Hail Mary before getting in my car. I can't believe it took me so long to find you guys. Happy and loyal customer here :) read more

Lets get to the bottom of this fast, if you are close to the Glendale area, you need a mechanic who will not rip you off and take advantage of your lack of knowledge in car repair, go to this guys, they will give you an honest diagnosis and a fair quote for parts and labor. Thanks Ks read more

This review is long overdue, about a year and a half actually lol. As a female working college student it was hard for me to find a place where they would be HONEST with me, not AGGRESSIVE with pushing other services, and reasonably priced. KS was honest, prompt, respectful, and never pushed me into paying for things I didn't need. I will be definitely coming back. read more

Just had my Range Rover HSE 07 worked on by this AMAZING shop!!! The mechanics were great and very friendly. The owner was super cool and diagnosed my vehicles issue quickly. These guys are no joke, very professional and trust worthy. They don't dick you around with BS or try selling on unnecessary repairs. I went to another repair shop in Pasadena which I won't mention but they were way off on what the problem was (they tried to say it was the air suspension compressor when in fact all it was was a tube line that had a leak). It went from a 1000+ dollar fix to a fraction of that. Thank you very much K&S and for now on you will be my RR's mechanics to go to. These guys ROCK!!!!!!!! read more

I don't trust any mechanic shop. Having said that, I love this place. I feel secure in their diagnostics and trust their work. I had a complete break job on an Audi plus an oil change, $800. Efficient work. Had an issue, went back and they quickly rectified the situation. This is my go to place for my European imports. read more

I brought in my 2001 porche boxter The owner diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very reasonable with the price.Im so happy I went with K&S. I have a 2003 Porsche with an extended warranty which I bought from Beverly Hills Porsche. Bev. Hills, who sold me the warranty, told me that it did NOT cover the stereo when my CD player broke. I stopped into K&S who went the extra mile spending time on the phone, on hold, with my warranty co. until I ended up with a BRAND NEW $800 music system! That's how I first met K&S. Recently my thermometer blew. With green goo pouring everywhere and stranded up in Sunland I called K&S BEFORE I called a tow truck. With the kind of neighborhood thoughtfulness I've come to expect, they advised me to look in my warranty to find the emergency number and I got free tow to their shop. Don't be mislead that they are just some neighborhood nice guys either. They have ALL the computers, technologies, hydraulics and expertise and are authorized to work on all TOP FOREIGN AUTOs. read more

After purchasing a pre-owned Bentley GT, I did my research to find an independent mechanic that could do the same if not better job than a dealership, at fraction of the cost. Hovik at KS Complete Auto Service was kind enough to welcome me for a free consultation and we went over what I'd already assumed. After fair prices on parts and labor, I just picked up my car and it's truly elite work. Quick turnaround for the parts and service was exceptional. I'm glad to have found a reliable independent mechanic, thank you Hovik and Harout. Happy Holidays to you both, until next time. read more

I was considering purchasing a used car from a local dealer. I brought it to KS Complete Auto and found the car had problems with the suspension and shocks. This objective information helped me make the right decision...I passed on that car. Thank you Hovig! read more

Overall, I'm happy with these guys. I pushed the car in due to some overheating problems/no belt, and these guys took care of it. Everything seemed very professional, and its not a hole in the wall mechanic's place like it might seem from the outside. Their shop was actually impressive inside. The only thing that made me a little skeptical was a phone call I received after I was told everything was done to let me know there was a 2nd issue that needed fixing (which would have doubled the total bill). However, once all the work was done Hovik showed me pictures on his phone of where the problem areas were and what work was done, so I left the shop feeling good about these guys. I'd take my bimmer again, and I'm EXTREMELY weary of mechanics. read more

This shop is wonderful! My father owns an auto-repair facility and I have always brought my car to him... so naturally I have always been skeptical of shops that AREN'T his. Since moving to LA going to him hasn't been an option- I had a LOT wrong with my BMW and I was worried that I was going to be ripped off AND that it will cost way more than it should. Not only did that NOT happen- but Hovik went above and beyond for me in addition to being a good and honest mechanic, that knows what he is doing!. This shop will be my go-to from now on. I have a lot more peace of mind now that I have someone I can trust with my car! read more
