****UPDATE: I recently had my brakes changed here on my CR-V. I had brakes changed here before for my previous cars (I'm a horrible driver who brakes really hard, therefore, I constantly need them changed). They're all very polite and very nice. read more

I have been using the services of the KS Complete Auto shop for over 15 years. I have two cars that I take them there all this years and never had any issues with my cars. They are very nice, friendly and highly professional people with high integrity. If they promised to get things done at certain time frame, they are always on time. They provide fast service and I don't ever stay without car for so long. This is a very nice and clean place, with waiting area, if you decide to wait for the service. Their prices are very reasonable and much less then any dealer. You get a quality service for the reasonable price. Once my car had callback from dealer for certain belt issue and they told my I had to change the timing belt, but my timing belt was already replaced by KS auto a week ago. WOW, I could never trust dealers anymore, and nor other shops. I highly recommend using them. Once you go there, you will never go anywhere else. :) read more

**THE BEST** I created a Yelp account to write a review for this company. I've never left a review for anyone but because of the amazing service I have received I just couldn't ignore writing one. Harout, the owner, is one of the most genuine and sincere people I have ever met. I took my car in because my transmission went out, and gave it back to me the next day!!! He showed me my old transmission and why it had went out. Gave me a rebuilt transmission and my car is running smoother now than it was before I took it in. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic and plan on utilizing his shop for all my mechanical needs!!! THANK YOU HAROUT!!! I pray God blesses you and keeps you honest kind and humble always!! read more

This place is the best place to take ur car for a device I'll recommend everyone my friend goes there and he told me about it and from now on ill only go this this shop and I wanna say thank all mechanics who work here and who work on my car read more

Brought my car in here for an oil change. Reasonable price, friendly people.

I was driving south on I15 when I heard this noise coming out of the front wheels. The nearest city was Baker so I just exited the freeway and went into the first mechanic shop. These guys charged me $95 and just switched the front wheel with the last one telling me that the problem was a bent rim. Obviously the noise didn't go away. After I arrived to Los Angeles I took my car to K and S Auto. I have a trust in these guys, cause they know how to FIX CARS. Also they never try to up-sale you. And they ALWAYS get the problem diagnosed and the car fixed right away. Seriously as soon as my car was in the shop Hovik identified the issue (which wasn't the rim by the way), and had the car on the jack within minutes. Not only they fixed the problem (front bearing hub) but also did a complete check of the car and replaced the brakes and the spark plugs. They always show you the old parts they replaced, and you never have to guess if the work was necessary. After I picked the car up from them all the noise is gone, the car runs great and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will never take my car to any other mechanic, be it in Glendale, Los Angeles or Las Vegas. I have learned my lesson. read more

KS Complete Auto - Auto Repair Near Me - Glendale, California

This is a great place to go. I have a Range Rover and I was worried that they might charge me a lot of money because of my car but they didn't. They took great care of me, explained everything to me as they showed me what was wrong and I will definitely use them again. Thank you! read more

Hovaik was of great help. My car was overheating and despite living on the west side I took a chance and took my 4Runner in. He quickly found the problem and had my car ready the next day before noon. Super convenient and great service. Will definitely be back so they can keep my car running great. read more

They totally ripped me off!! 1600 for breaks!!! And service...And when I drove the car it was shaking so had to bring it back for balancing since they didn't do that. Then check engine light still came on two days later!!!Lets just say I won't be returning here and don't forget no warranty given for anything. Karma will get them for me. read more

I took a car here not too long ago for a pre purchase inspection. I received great service and it took no longer than an hour for a thorough inspection. Hovik was very friendly and even helped in the purchase negotiation process. Definitely recommend. read more

These guys were really great! Dealing with Hovik is a real pleasure. I'm a long time Audi A7 owner and I recently took my car here. Super friendly, but probably more important when you are dealing with a mechanic you feel like you are getting the straight story. I am happy to recommend them. read more

Women + mechanics = ripoff! NOT with these guys. We shopped around for prices Harut gave us the most reasonable price. We got a oil change at this location with no hassle. He advised us of recommendations needed for the car, very informative and not pushy like most auto mechanics. We will be going back! Thank you Harut! You and your team are great! :D read more

These guys are excellent. Honest, open most days, efficient, timely and at reasonable cost. They seem to take care of a variety of cars from Japanese to American to German cars .... Excellent!!! read more

I would give this place a 6th star if I could. I had a pre purchase check up performed here and they got me in a couple hours after I called for a totally reasonable price..I even came an hour early and they got me in and out sooner than expected. The inspection seemed very thorough and not rushed in any way. He physically showed me what needed to be fixed and explained why. He was very friendly and knowledgable and the estimates for repair were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place!! read more

Had my first non-dealer service experience with my range rover. And OMG, I've been wasting my life with Range Rover of Encino! Harout and the team in Glendale are straight forward, knowledgable and super easy to deal with. The pricing was fair, the timing was way quicker than the dealership, and I will be bringing my rover back from here on out! read more

I highly recommend KS Complete Auto for fast , reliable and honest service . I loved how friendly and straight to the point Harout was with what they offered , I also most appreciated their flexibility and trust in the customer's payment method when the billing server went down . I would definitely come back and have my future business here . 10 stars if Yelp allowed it ! read more

I had been looking for a repair shop to call "home" for my used BMW and after over a year of trial and error I came across KS in Glendale through their consistent and resoundingly favorable reviews online, and my experience with each visit has not let me down. Hovik and his team are immensely knowledgeable on every nuance of what makes a car run in its optimal condition. They have been incredibly easy to work with, always taking care of dealing with my extended warranty company (which can be a full time job in itself sometimes). I feel like Hovik and the team know my car inside and out and always know what to look for, and always get things taken care of faster than I have experienced with any other local auto service facility. Any time things are not covered by my warranty, they have been very accommodating and offered me savings wherever possible. I would definitely recommend KS to anyone looking for quality service on their BMW or any car in the LA area. read more

Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable...Harout and Hovik are nice people and the only one that my family trust to take our cars to...keep up with the good work. read more

I've been meaning to write this forever... A while ago I was having some issues with my mechanic and I wasn't sure if that relationship was going to keep working out. I called 6 places and KS was the only place that gave me a quote. He was so nice too! The other shops all were rude and never called me back. KS' quote was really well priced. I ended up sorting out things with my mechanic but always wanted to let people know how awesome this guy was! I would definitely bring my car here. read more

Hovik is a good dude! Brought my z4 to his shop after being told I had a larger problem than just a simple misfire from another mechanic. He fixed it all up at half the price. I was given service on the spot both times I came through here. read more

The team at KS Complete Auto were great. My car was completely dead when I had it towed in. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the fuel pump and the battery and resolved the issues within my budget. A friend had recommended KS to me. Thanks Kevin. I have been coming to these guys for years now, with different cars, starting from Mercedes Benz till a Range Rover. Current car is a Jaguar F-type and not a lot of places can service the car. As always, KS Complete Auto was unparralleled not only with the diagnosis of the problem, but also efficient, professional and fast service. Highly recommended!!! Thank you guys!! read more

They are awesome, attentive to every detail, and Hovik is a wealth of information. Hoviks pricing is extremely reasonable and he literally walked me through every function on my vehicle. If you have a high end vehicle this is your place. I promise Hovik & his trustworthy staff will take excellent care of your vehicle. read more

It's hard to find a good, dependable and not to mention, trustworthy mechanic. This feat is near impossible when you are a female. I have a 2005 BMW that has been plagued with problems since the day I bought it. The BMW dealership never did a decent job on any of the repairs. I am so glad that I found Hovic and his team 4 years ago. They have been nothing but awesome! My latest event occurred when I got a flat tire and I was near a Big O Tires. What a mistake and a joke. So I went to Big O for tires but like a woman they talked me into something using "car speak" and let's just say I my car was returned to me me worse than when I left it. After weeks of arguing with the owner at Big O Tires (Canoga Park...don't ever go there) to at least fix the problem that they created, he quoted me some astronomical price less 10% (he felt he was being generous). Nonetheless, I called Hovic and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful to him and his team at K&S!. Based on the information/recommendations that Big O Tires provided, Hovic recommended that I not have the work done there. Without hesitation. I promptly went and picked up my car and had the repairs done at K&S. As I said, Hovic and his team went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Hovic took the time out of his busy schedule to go with me to pick up my car and drive it back to his shop. Who does that? The guys at K&S is who! I was humbled and incredibly touched at the care shown. Within 2 minutes of the car being at K&S, Hovic called me and said the "problem" was that Big O Tires removed a cap and did not re-install it correctly. Hove saved me a bundle and I trust these guys with my car. They have never steered me wrong and the pricing is always reasonable and fair. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride at K&S. It's a good feeling to have when you take a car in for repairs no matter how minor/major. I just can't say enough about these guys and the superb service. read more

Really happy with these guys. It is hard to find honest mechanics so I was very pleased to find Harut and Hovik. If my car does not need a repair they are up front and will tell me. If it does, they do it right the first time and for a good rate. They take me last minute, text me updates, and handle all my needs. I am a loyal customer when I find a good vendor, and these guys will have me as a customer for years to come. I have been giving my friends and family their names as well. You will see what I mean if you give them a chance to work on your car. Cliff read more

Wow. These guys did what the Mini dealer couldn't do. They fixed computer errors the dealer said was an unfixable glitch. They walked me around my car and showed me what was wrong at first glance, and later showed me each point of service they had worked on on the car. They washed the undercarriage so we could see where future leaks would be coming from. Thorough, strategic, and committed to great, intelligent, and ethical work - I am THRILLED to find such mechanics next to my work. Thanks guys! read more

The absolute best!!! Most trustworthy auto garage in Glendale and greater LA area. Have been coming back to Hovik for the last year for regular service and some initial fixes when I got the car. He and his team have kept my car in perfect condition. They have earned themselves a lifetime customer and I greatly recommend anybody that cares about their car and wants a great deal to come to KS.
