OK, everyone, STOP. This is the place to go to. My regular mechanic does not repair/replace transmissions, but Hovik does. I brought my 528i BMW to him when I felt my transmission was not shifting right. I had only read his great reviews on Yelp, but had never met him. Not only does Hovik respond right away to messages on Yelp, he immediately saw me right after the 4th of July holiday. He spent an hour with me, test driving the car, hooking up my car to his computer to let me know to NOT spend any money. There was nothing wrong with my transmission!! People, I am a WOMAN who came in here. You tell me how honest he is. I have a mechanic I have been going to for 10 years, but let me tell you, if my mechanic is unable to assist me, or makes any errors, this is who I am switching to. Ladies, let me tell you this: He's open on Saturdays. AND, he's located across from the Glendale Galleria and the Americana. You drop off the car here, and walk over there and shop for 4 hours. How convenient is that? I cannot say enough for Hovik and KS. I will be sending everyone here, local or not. read more

Brought my car in because it was making a rattling noise and I was concerned there was a problem with the engine. We went for a test drive together, and then Hovik took the time to examine all the possible places the rattle could be coming from. It turns out there was a loose part inside the back bumper by the lock -- no problem with the engine at all! I offered to pay for the half hour all this took, and he wouldn't charge me anything... While I don't look forward to having problems with my car, I look forward to knowing there's a mechanic nearby I can trust. read more

Hovik and Harout know what they're doing, these guy's and their team are top notch! I have a 2003 Land Rover Discovery SE7 that needed a 90k service.......drove over 20 miles from Whittier just to get it serviced here and it was totally worth it. An honest mechanic is worth it's weight in gold, these guys are platinum!!! I highly recommend K&S to anyone that has a European Car, I'm a customer for life after today. And, I'm bringing back my Porsche for these guys to work on. Check them out, you won't be sorry! Cheers, -A. read more

When my Range Rover went out of warranty a few years ago i searched for an auto shop for Range Rovers, KS was the only shop i came across with so many stellar reviews i decided to try it. It certainly lived up to all of the Five Star Reviews! Hovik and Harout are so kind and welcoming and fair when it comes to service, and the quality of work is excellent . These are really honest guys and their staff of mechanics are so knowledgeable ive been impressed. The prices are always less than the dealers and turnaround time is fast. No hassel and they are so trustworthy and take pride in their reputation. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. So glad i found them. Thank you Hovik and Harout! read more

My family was on our way home driving out of LA but our Range Rover decided to lose its air shocks. I called up KS and they were able to get the parts and fix it quickly so we could complete our 5-6 hour drive back to AZ. They made the whole awful situation pleasant and anxiety free! Great service. When I visit my Cali family again and need a great mechanic for the RR and my other cars, this would be the place to take it to! Thanks KS! read more

HERE'S THE DEAL: I'd been taking my Mercedes to CalStar for years & finally stopped because of the terror/anxiety I had whenever they'd call with the repair cost. My car hadn't seen a mechanic in two years, missed several of the scheduled services and was way past the oil change mark. I was at the point of just taking my car to Carmax, convinced that I wouldn't be able to keep it with the cost of "normal" repairs. I went to KS Complete Auto based SOLELY on other yelp reviews. KS saved my Mercedes from the vulture lot. They called after a complete (FREE) inspection with the most reasonable total- a total I wouldn't dream of getting from CalStar-- and they worked with my budget & did the most immediate repairs first leaving a few minor things that can to be taken care of in the coming months. There was no pressure over the phone or in person, my car was finished before noon the next day and totally within my budget. My experience was so incredible my boyfriend has made the change to KS too. Really you guys, this is THE place. read more

We come here for oil change for both of our cars. They have excellent customer service, the prices are decent, and they take a good care of your car. They will not try to sell additional services unless you really need one. Hovik and Harry are super nice and very professional. read more

Hands down the best shop in the big LA area. I had my Bentley serviced. They are not only experienced, but also extremely helpful.

Hovik and Harout at KS Complete Auto are great. After getting a ridiculous quote for brake pads on my 2014 Maserati Quatroporte from the dealer, Hovik provided a price with significant savings and performed the work flawlessly. In addition they were friendly and threw in a few extra services at no charge. I highly recommend KS read more

This review is long overdue but better late than never. Back in January of this year, my battery died on my BMW E60. I tried to jump it so I could drive it to a shop but had no luck. I decided to take it out and replace it myself but apparently BMWs have a computer code that needs to be set with a new battery, which is quite pricey at the dealer. I looked on yelp to find a mechanic who had the equipment to set the codes for me once I changed the battery myself. That's when I found and called Harout at KS Complete Auto. He told me not only would he replace my battery for me for not much more than the cost of the battery I was going to buy myself, but that he would swing by my home before going into his shop in the morning and jump my battery with a stronger jumper so that I could drive it straight to his shop, which I happily agreed to. It worked. Within a couple of hours, my BMW was running again at half the cost of what the dealer quoted me for a new battery replacement. He also gave me a list of things I needed to address with my car and told me which was more urgent and which could wait. Unfortunately I moved away for part of the year and had to use someone else for some of those things. And, to be honest, I just now found the quote for new front brake pads that Harout gave me and I can see that it's half of what I paid at another shop. I'm kicking myself. But the good news is, I'm back in town and will be sure to take my BMW back to them when necessary. They are nice, sweet, good people who I believe are honest and take pride in their work and customer relationships. And it shows in all the other positive reviews they've received. Thanks so much, Harout and KS Complete Auto! read more

KS Auto is fantastic! Hovik is an honest mechanic and a true gentleman! I brought in a car for a pre-purchase inspection with the owner, and even though the car had a spotless carfax report, he found many issues and error codes, one of which required a pretty major fix that unfortunately was a deal-breaker. Hovik was very honest and thorough with me, which made the seller nervous and uneasy, and ended up getting mad and leaving me stranded at the shop!!! Hovic offered to personally drive me back to my car a couple miles away and even offered me a free inspection on my next potential car purchase. A+ service. I highly recommend getting an inspection done by these guys before buying ANY used car. They won't let you down, and certainly will never leave you stranded!!! read more

Great service and very nice people! Even fixed the scratch on my car! Highly recommended for car maintenance. Convenient and honest!

I came in on Monday with my wife's 2016 Range Rover Sport for some computer issue the car was having and to have the breaks changed. Hovik took me in diagnosed the problem and told me to come back later that day. Needless to say Hovik took care of everything he said he would and even fixed one of my tires that had a screw stuck inside at no charge. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the car he was very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend Hovik, KS Complete Auto and their entire team to anybody looking for a good mechanic. Great work! read more

I brought my BMW 335 i couple there and I found them to be competent, honest. You can tell they know what they're doing. I give them 5+ because they are the best. I wish I can take a Nissan pathfinder there for them to repair as well. read more

I had a broken passenger side mirror. Messaged this repair shop and immediately heard back with a very competitive quote from Hovic. I came in during my lunch break and they were able to see me right away and my car was ready in less than 45 minutes. (That included them having to drive down to the dealership to pick up the part). A professional and friendly service. I'll be back and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. read more

This is truly a five-star place and now my go-to spot for tune-ups and oil changes. About a year ago I needed a tune-up while in the area and Yelp directed me here. Hovik took care of me and I got a complete tune-up/oil change plus some miscellaneous work that needed to be done. Hovik called me to get approval before doing the other items. They did a lot and at a very good price. I appreciated this so much that the next time I needed an oil change and tune-up I went out of my way to go there again. Again, quality, fast service at very reasonable prices. Yesterday I brought my car in again because I had thought their removal of a nail in a tire had caused my tire pressure to go down in one tire, and my engine warning light to go on. Again Hovik took care of me on the spot. Filled all the tires and handled the check engine light. Even though their prior tune-up/nail removal was not the cause of anything that needed to be done, Hovik did it all free of charge. Very friendly and thanked me for my business even though he didn't charge me for anything! Their shop is a block away from the Americana, so it's nice to take the car in and go to the Americana for a while while the car is serviced. Although Glendale is not near where I live or work, I'll come out of my way for their great service. read more

Seriously Hovik is the man. I just bought a Porsche Cayenne GTS and he helped do a look over of the vehicle prior to me purchasing it. He did it for free! Who does that? Then he was able to fix it up for me as well. Five stars for him and his crew. Really nice and realllllllly thorough. read more

I just moved from Culver City to Glendale and it was time to find a new mechanic. I decided to try KS based on the yelp reviews and their yelp reputation stands true. KS is hands down the most honest and efficient place I've ever taken my car to. No one tried to convince me to do extra work on my car and I left with everything in tip top shape. Even if I move back to the westside, it's good to know there is a shop in the Los Angeles area that I can trust. read more

I was referred to Hovik and Harut by a family member after being in a repair shop several times for the same thing and new thing arose several times in between that i spent to fix. Awesome experience! Called a few other places and they were not qualified to conduct the service that I wanted done on my vehicle or would tell me one thing on the phone & something completely different when I got there. Prompt service and they kindly gave me an estimate on some other work I may have done in the future. Make sure to ask for Hovik! Thanks guys. read more

I want to give Hovik and his business, KS Complete Auto, a glittering review. I put out a request today for various shops to provide me with a quote for a repair on my front bumper. Hovik responded within minutes with a specific quote, so I immediately took my car over to him. The shop, on a Saturday morning, looked quite busy - and yet Hovik came right over, checked out the car, confirmed the quote, and took the car in for an hour. I for sure believed I would have to bring it back on another day, but this was not the case. He repaired it and looked it over for any other issues and I was out the door an hour later. Friendly, honest, fast, diligent, and wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to use his shop again, and I would certainly recommend it! read more

This is the first time I have ever felt like I could trust my mechanic. Hovik always comes with a solution. He also explains what he is going to do before he starts. I love that he is very honest and tells me if it's crucial for me to fix it immediately or if I can work it in with my budget. Basically he isn't a greedy mechanic that throws in some 'mechanic jarble' that just gets put on my bill :) and by the interaction he has with fellow employees and other customers, it's obvious he is a sincere gentleman to the core. This is why I always recommend Hovik at KS Auto Complete everytime anyone mentions anything about mechanics or cars in need! read more

I have a wonderful experience with Hovic and his employees. The first time I took my car to KS Complete Auto, I was greeted with a smile, a clean office, coffee or tea and a free calendar. There's a couple of wonderfully comfortable couches to pass the time if need be, not to mention TV for entertainment, to which I was given the remote! My car needed some major repair this last time and it took 2 days to complete. Hovic arranged for a no-fuss rental car at his expense. That was a great experience! Hovic took real good care of me and even took a test drive with me so that I can check out the difference after repairs. I feel safe driving my car and safe to know that Hovic is my mechanic! I'm not mechanically savvy and I know that I can rely on Hovic to tell me when my car is due for a repair. read more
