I contacted Julio last minute regarding a pre purchase inspection with a private seller we were meeting with the next morning. He showed up early, was extremely personable and then went to work to try to find something wrong with it. My car broke down the day before Christmas, and I needed to get back to work on Christmas. My car was stranded. Called AAA that swapped out the battery but didn't solve my issue. Had the car towed home. Initially thought the car only needed to replace the positive connector to the battery. Ford dealer said they couldn't look at the car for 5 days. Other mobile mechanic sites said that they will get back to me with an estimate in 24 hrs (but 48 hrs later, no contact). Mobile Mechanic responded immediately and came with 30 minutes of my call to replace the positive connector (which he did). The problem ended up being more trouble. Battery had corroded and damaged the fuse box. He diagnosed the problem and shared information that this is a problem on Ford vehicles. Instead of charging the cost of the positive connector replacement, he just charged me a diagnostic fee. He said if he could get the part, he would come back the next day to repair.
