I sometimes get it will a lettuce wrap instead of the bun. Each month they have a new 'smash burger of the month' and they can substitute the veggie patty. They have their outdoor tables out! However, when I ate outside last week it's the same issue I had last spring/ summer- they forget to give you silverware so you end up waiting once your food is served. Adding another review of Krust Kitchen. Love, love, love the Detroiter. Signal 11 also an outstanding variation of the Detroiter. Delivery times excellent. Will say though, noticed a review earlier that was very negative. Professional negative reviewer perhaps? When someone has reviewed over 20 establishments and 19 get a 1 star and bashed? I dunno. I tend to not give those types of reviews any thought. Maybe their account on Yelp should be suspended. Sad to have that kind of life. Anyhow, Krust makes outstanding food. They stand by it. In an age where most establishments value quantity over quality, it's a breath of fresh air to see someone actually care (obsessively) about the quality aspect of their dishes. And the regional selection of their pizzas are over the top. Not a bad one to be had. Trust me, I've had them all. And their burgers are excellent as well. Of course I have my personal favorites, but they're all tasty and done right. Go check them out. Worth the trip. read more
