This is a cute little house on the northern cusp of Madison's strip of businesses. It is a small…read morerestaurant with seating for ~40 or so diners. Think about beverages before you go. I was traveling with a group for business and none of us are from the area. We were surprised that the restaurant was BYOB! So, be sure to bring your own bottle of wine for the adults who imbibe and/or sippie cups of juice for the little ones. The beverage options appeared to be tea, coffee, soda, sparkling or still water. The service was friendly and attentive. We tried a variety of appetizers including the large combo platter of dips that were a crowd pleaser. They were served alongside dense, warm, fresh rounds of yeasted bread. They used sliced carrots as little barricades between the dips on the large combo platter which worked very well (We would have loved an option to have a platter of fresh veggies like cucumbers and carrots to scoop up the dips. The bread was much more dense than pitas and flatbreads we'd had before but, it was delicious nonetheless) We ordered an array of kebabs for dinner. Everything was delicious and juicy. The crispy shaved lamb was the best thing on the table but the beef and chicken dishes were also delicious. The rice is very moist and cooked with caramelized onions. There were some delicious roasted vegetables and tzatziki served with the meats that further enhanced everyone's enjoyment. We wrapped it up with baklava that was served warm and perfectly cut into Shareable squares. This is a great Mediterranean spot and we all would return again if we find ourselves in the area.

Some of the best chicken kebab I've ever had. Meat was cooked perfectly and not dried out. Friendly…read morestaff.

I really wanted to like this Chopt location, but they need to do better. On my visit, several of…read morethe toppings looked old and even had what appeared to be freezer residue on them. It wasn't very appetizing and honestly gave me the heebie jeebies seeing the condition of some of the ingredients. The staff was friendly, which I appreciate, and I think with fresher ingredients this location could absolutely be a hit. But when you're paying for a fresh salad experience, the quality of the toppings really matters. I'm hoping they step it up because the potential is definitely there.

My opinion on Salad has always been "okay I'll eat it as long as it isn't boring the 'F'''k' outta…read moreme" LOL!! Lettuce and Tomatoes are just toppings people, they're not a meal. So when we're talking about a really great Salad it has to have fresh flavorful ingredients, interesting textures, delicious protein portions, and dressing so amazing it demands my attention. Equally important too is a fair Value to Satisfaction ratio, am I satisfied with how much I spent and did it meet my expectations? And moving forward that's exactly how I rate a place that serves mostly Salads these days. With all that out of the way let's get into Chopt of Florham Park. - When I first stopped in here I was surprised at how huge the space is with plenty of seating options and an efficient ordering/ pickup area which moves along pretty quickly. Everything is made fresh to order so if you didn't already pre- order expect to wait a bit especially during peak hours. My go-to meal is based on variations of their Mexican Caesar Salad and since everything here is fully customizable it usually consists of: Grilled Chicken, Cotija Cheese, Jalapeño Peppers, Tortilla Chips, Romain Lettuce, and Mexican Caesar Dressing. It's a Super Solid Spicy Salad which is extremely satisfying and helps keep me going throughout even the busiest of days. Value to Satisfaction ratio: I have read where some people say that they charge more here for their meals but just as a friendly reminder you're really getting what you pay for. Especially when you take into consideration that all ingredients are sourced fresh locally and responsibly and contain no artificial preservatives whatsoever. And this fact remains evident in each and every tremendously delicious bite= YUMMMMMMERS !! Come And Get Your Salad Munch On!!

Stepped into a packed entryway and bar area. Gave my name and was told the wait was 30-40 minutes. My associate was running late so all good. I thought that the buzz in the room was a great sign for what was to come but I was wrong. The room was electric. The service was friendly and attentive but the food? Just meh. I wanted to like it but it was bland and underwhelming. I ordered the Crabcake Sandwich (as recommended) and my guest ordered the Club Sandwich. Both were mid. Even the fries (both the regular and the sweet potato fries) were nothing special. Super disappointed in a local "hot spot", and left wondering why?

On a Saturday at noon, our party of 3 was sat indoors immediately. I'd say the place was 80-90% full. They had wraps, soups, salads, and burgers on the menu. It's worth observing that there were no specials on offer. It's not that kind of place. I liked the crabby waffle fries, even if the seasoning was pretty heavy. My chicken Caesar wrap was crouton-forward. It was nice, but I wish it'd been more chicken and parm heavy. Our table split some onion rings that had absolutely dangerously tasty breading and almost no onions. The vibe inside was that of satisfied, talkative guests. All in all, I'd call Bottle Hill a place to grab a casual meal that won't disappoint.
