I love just salad as a chain and most locations. I have been to our pretty standard with how they serve the food, the amount of ingredients they use for their salads and the flavor. Unfortunately, that was not the case for this location. I purchased my usual cilantro lime chicken bowl and was disappointing to find out. There was very little chicken, and the flavor of the bowl itself was just a bit off? I'm not sure if it was the dressing or maybe the little amount of chicken it had, but it was disappointing since I love getting this bowl and finding "new" (to me) Just Salad locations. I ordered to go, so it was pretty easy pick up, and the guy who helped me, was very quick at getting my order out. The place looks like a standard Just Salad location so they have plenty of seating! Ordered this as a lunch with DoorDash. I got the chicken caesar salad. Came packed nicely and they included napkins and a fork (would seem obvious to get those, but not every place remembers and just gives the bare minimum). I always ask for my dressing on the side and I toss the salad on the side in a separate bowl and then pour back into the main container. Salad came slightly chilled, but I put mine in the fridge for a few minutes to get it colder. My fav is a COLD salad with HOT chicken, but hard to get that in to-go form. Salad was very tasty - I added pumpkin seeds and crispy onion on mine, also came with a lemon. Pretty high quality salad. I enjoy this better than Salad House or Chopt. Honeygrow gets the gold medal for me, but Just Salad gets silver. read more

When I saw one pop-up in my neighborhood, I definitely had to give it a try. The place was very clean and mildly busy when I came in on a Saturday afternoon. I opted to order through the app and it said there would be a 20 minute wait. The salad was done in half that time. The ingredients were very fresh and I like the ability to customize the Thai Chicken Crunch Salad. The slice of bread that came with it was very good. The worst salad I've ever had. I ordered an Autumn Caesar salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing and the dressing was spicy. The woman had a difficult time with my order and talked to her colleague quietly in front of me after I corrected her. I wouldn't be surprised if she deliberately put the spicy dressing on my salad. Just Salad just opened up 2 weeks ago, and I am EXCITED! For those who don't know, Just Salad is a chain from NYC that's been around for quite a while - I went there a LOT during the mid '10s, and while their menu has changed/simplified, the flavor is still there. It's a bit of a pricier salad place for sure ($10+ for pre-made/custom salads, wraps, and grain bowls), but the quality is delicious, and the quantities are HUGE (don't let the calorie counts fool you). The greens are in a crisper behind the counter, so all the salads you eat are super fresh, crispy, and refreshing. Had my favorite classic (Tandoori Fire) which had a good amount of flavorful tandoori chicken, and felt so satisfied after my workout at OrangeTheory next door (smart location for this place). The manager Manny was such a joy to talk with, and he went above and beyond to make our experience great (which says a lot for a fast casual place), even comping us a soup when it turned out it wasn't readily available (wasn't available when we ordered food, but he came out 20 min later and gave us a free cup!). Obviously I'm a biased fan of the chain, but Morristown was definitely looking for a new place to get consistent refreshing food (think Playa Bowls cravings). I think this hits the spot read more

This is our second visit since they opened and they have yet to firm up operations. The kids working here are pleasant but I didn't love having to watch the manager "correct" a worker for something she did wrong. That should be done backstage out of customer view. The food is good. Fresh greens. Tasty dressing. Good toppings. If you want a salad, this is a great place to get one. My son disliked their strawberry lemonade, but that may just be a personal taste. Others might love it. I wish they would just put out napkins and utensils. Making customers ask for it is inconvenient. I appreciate the sparse modern design, but one canister of forks and napkins easy for customer access would not hurt the decor. read more
