So good. So messy. So many napkins! I had been so excited all week to have one of my favorite food trucks setting up shop outside my favorite brewery, and the experience surpassed even my already lofty expectations. I was a little worried when we arrived at the brewery and there was only one table worth of people there, but for the next couple hours it was a non-stop onslaught of folks coming to take advantage of the tremendous Cajun culinary experience. (PJW Creole) Everything else was wonderful. Only that one business was a bad experience for us. This company was giving everyone heaping containers of food. We got literally three nuggets when we paid 12 bucks for gator bites. That wasn't cool when it became obvious they were scamming.
