But thanks to the Burger King app, well, things just get that much easier! In fact, with one coupon, we got the entire family dinner, and it even saved us plenty of money! The drive-through was nice and clean, and redeeming the coupon code off the app wasn't all that hard- you just push when you're told to, show them the code, and that's pretty much it. It's nice and easy, and it beats digging around your car for little slips of paper! So, we got the family meal deal- I forget what it was called, exactly, but... we got two Whoppers, two double cheezburgers, two original chicken sandwiches, twenty chicken nuggets, four small fries, and four small drinks, all for $20 plus tax. Everything came out hot and complete, and it even got home while it was still pretty warm! The double cheezburgers had a great reception- they tasted nice and fresh, with plenty of ketchup and pickle matching well with the cheez. The Whoppers were also really good- though I wouldn't have minded an opportunity to make them double Whoppers for a few bucks more. My niece annihilated half the chicken nuggets- she ended up dipping them in ketchup, though, because there wasn't a sauce provided with the nuggets. Maybe next time, we'll remember to ask for barbecue with them- but that wasn't really a reason to knock anything off. Indeed, about the only problems we had were with the original chicken sandwiches and the shredded lettuce placed on them- because we figure we must have gotten near the butt-end of the lettuce dropped on one of our sandwiches, because it was covered in hunks of tough, hard-to-chew chunks of lettuce instead of just shreds, and some of the fries were overdone as well to the point of being crispy on the edges, making them a bit unwieldy to chew and eat- maybe fresher fries would be better? But still, even despite that, it was a very nice experience- we'll be coming back again and again nowadays! Feeding a family of four for $20 plus tax? That's pretty good! Easily a four out of five!

I was ignored for five minutes while two girls complained about who was gonna take my order and who was gonna take a break until one of them finally decided to acknowledge me and come take my order which was wrong anyways. She walked off, took a break I'm assuming, and there is another girl at the fryer I didn't see my cup and I asked for a medium cup and she gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes and aggressively gave me the cup. She was on her phone so that seemed more likely the reason she was mad I guess. Idk typically I don't get treated that way when just asking for something. I asked her if there was a problem and she said I didn't say anything I said well you didn't need to say anything. You seem a little bit like there's an issue and she's proceeded to talk about me in front of her coworkers after I walked away to get my drink and then I told her if she's gonna complain or talk about people, she should at least wait until the customer is gone or at least not loud enough that the person can hear them...be for real. I really try to give everybody grace, but this is one of those experiences that makes me not want to ever come back to any Burger King ever again. I truly hope that this girl gets spoken to about her behavior because honestly, it was crazy. There were only two customers inside the whole building, but yeah it looked like a bomb went off at the drink station. Nothing was clean and everything was pretty gross to touch. I really hope that management and corporate comes in and takes care of something in this Burger King because apparently they need a lot of help if a customer gets treated this way just for asking for something. I…read moredon't know what they put in the spicy cheese sauce, but it's nice and zingy and just makes me happy- the fresher you can get to them, the better, because when you eat them hot, the cheese sauce melts into the stretchy cheese, and it's just wonderful, because it all melts together and the cheese helps to moderate the spice to pleasantly hot. It's gotten to the point where I prefer the quesadillas here to the tacos. Not to say their tacos stink- it's just one of those places where it seems the whole family can get something they like: the tacos are a hit with the whole family (my niece has been known to take one or two with her as part of her lunch for school if there are any left over), and I can usually be found with a few of my favorite things- either a box of tacos of my very own (the soft ones keep for at least two days, so you can just finish them over the next couple days as you like), the boxes (I'd do many things for a cheesy gordita crunch), and especially the chicken quesadillas. So our latest visit was actually quite nice- we got a party pack of soft tacos, and an additional one of half-soft half-hard- and two quesadillas. I repeat: get to your quesadillas while they're still hot- the fresher these are, the better they will taste- if you let them cool, the cheese sets up and while they are still really yummy, you don't get the melding of the spicy cheese sauce and the melted cheese, like I described above- not to mention the tortillas used for it have a nasty habit of drying out after a few hours. The soft tacos are the same way- they'll keep better for a few days instead of the hard ones (the hard ones tend to get all moist in the bottom after a few hours as the meat juice soaks through). But they didn't last long enough to actually make it to this point, and sometimes they have a habit of getting all smashed up if you're not careful- two of ours ended up like this, and that's where the -1 star came from- it's not like it makes them taste any worse, but it kind of makes them into little taco salads in a wrapper instead of just a taco. It's not the best Mexican food out there- but what it is is cheap, delicious, and plentiful- plus the Baja Mountain Dew just makes everything taste better. And I'm already craving more after we finished this box. Also: take advantage of their app if you haven't already! We're going to be back to this location very soon!

We stopped in on jan. 1st at the Paw Paw location (in the strip mall with the auto parts store and…read morebuffalo bills tobacco shop) around lunch time- and were greeted with superb customer service. There were two ladies in working at that time and the front one working the sandwich area at that time was amazing. A young woman, who had darker hair and (a nose ring, I believe-whose name I did not catch, unfortunately) went ABOVE and BEYOND! I had 2 small kids with me and we had a bit of an accidental water spill. This woman noticed that we had a spill (we tried to clean it up ourselves) and she noticed and came in with the mop to help clean it up (although we had mostly cleaned it), she put up the wet floor sign even though we were the only ones in the restaurant (to warn possible incoming patrons about the slippery floor). She also offered to trim down my kids' straws since they had a small cup and the straw was WAAAY too long. ALL of this was just the "little" extra things that were not at all LITTLE nor did they go unnoticed. The BIGGEST point I came here to say, though, was that she KNOWS how to make a sandwich!!! I order a Very FULL sandwich, and to start- She placed the meat correctly so that when it is folded- the sandwich actually closes, she also used the knife to help her assist in folding the sandwich closed- which helps in not losing any of the toppings. I also ask for A LOT of lettuce, she put on the RIGHT amount the FIRST time out (most other sandwich artists I have to ask them to add "more" 3 times and even then, usually it is still not enough lettuce). She also used her "common sense" when adding the ingredients to my sandwich- the cucumbers' freshness was Questionable, so she DUG down towards the bottom of the bin to get a colder, fresher batch of cucumbers. I do not live in or near town- so when I need a sandwich I have at least a 25 minute commute, that being said, I can choose any of the surrounding towns to go to. There are three other towns that I could choose to go to which are closer or the same distance as The Paw Paw Subway location, but I will choose to go to the Paw Paw location much more often now, knowing that this lady works here. Hoping this review finds her because she needs to know how awesome she is! (yes I wrote this 24 days later, thats how GREAT she is!!)
