Bacon double cheeseburger w/ cheddar cheese - slam dunk; very tasty burger + bacon Mashed potatoes with gravy - each bite was a delight, but the amount of gravy was tight ‍ Steamed broccoli w/ cheddar cheese sauce - tastes like any frozen broccoli you'd find in Meijer, but that sauce actually saved it for me. Bottled water - self-explanatory; nice 'n icey! The gentleman standing behind an available cash register noticed my standing there waiting to pick up the already paid-for order. Walked in at a busy time but still only had to wait a few minutes to be helped! We ordered and wait for our food! There was a food runner- I think his name was Chalmers- GREAT GUY! As he brought me our "to-go" custards, he saw how many drinks/custards we had and asked if we needed a drink carrier! Super sweet guy so I had to get on here to say how awesome his service was! The food was great if your in a rush. Not the biggest GF section but the burgers were excellent. We got our food not that fast but it was a large order. lots of seating. Some tables had food on them and on the floor but we were in a rush so we didn't really care. read more

We came on our way into town and we arrived about 35 minutes before closing. We were very surprised to see how busy it was! The inside was packed, the drive thru line was long and we expected to be waiting a bit for food! We were incredibly surprised to see at least 15 people working behind the counter!!!!! We ordered and received our food within 10 minutes, that may sound like a long time but with how many people were around it was super quick!!! Food was fresh and hot and the place was incredibly clean. This place has delicious food, I like my burgers to be greasy and this place does it for me definitely got to have a crisp bun and this place also crisp the inside of the bond perfectly and it doesn't really take a long time to get your food somebody brings it out to you they don't have like a window that you sit at. me and my family just got some Culver's food and it was delicious I ordered a double or triple bacon butter burger a Dr pepper and a fry everything my family had they enjoyed my burger was on point the way a burger should be it tasted just as great as a baconator from Wendy's which is one of my favorite burgers it was a little bit greasy like a hamburger should be everything was cooked to perfection french fries were delicious not too salty everything was great they gave us the perfect number of condiments and the perfect number of napkins the one thing and I'm sure this is a Culver thing is I wish they had bigger straws and the fact that they're plastic the pop that I ordered also was perfectly cold perfect amount of ice and it did not taste water down everything hit the spot I'm completely full but for some reason I feel like I want more it's probably going to end up being like Harold and Kumar go to White Castle I am looking forward to trying the custard concrete mixers with my family next read more

Been through the drive through three times and every time my order was messed up. One time I was only given half the order and when questioned, the manager replied she gave me my whole order. I asked how 3 meals fit in one bag and she just rolled her eyes. It was still messed up when they brought the rest to me. Three strokes and they are out.
