We have not been here since it became the Groovin Grove. I have to say, it was a bit off putting when we walked in and it was sooooo dark inside. And It has a very strange smell. My husband said , "it smells like my grandma's house". Which made sense, with the vintage decor. BUT. The bartender, who was also our waitress was very nice and attentive. The music started shortly after we got there. And they were great! I ordered the grilled chicken, and my husband ordered the olive burger. They were both really good. But I do wish they had sides besides chips. (I am not a fan of chips.). The table next to us ordered a flatbread. And it looked amazing! I want to come back just to try those. Interesting atmoshere with great music, great staff, and good food. I should add. They have an extensive cocktail menu. Although we did not try any.
