I walked up to pick up my order 10 minutes later, and there were 2 customers in the entire restaurant -- 2 people. The baby back ribs tasted like they'd been soaked in vinegar-- no BBQ flavor. The Mac and Cheese was good, but that's the only good thing I can say. Horrible experience.

Lately, though, it feels like the owner or management has stopped paying attention. The food quality has declined, the health inspection score has dropped, and the overall experience just isn't what it used to be. Today was the final straw. I walked in, stood at the register for 10 minutes, and never saw a single employee. I could hear people talking in the kitchen, but even after the door chime sounded when I entered, no one came out to acknowledge me or offer to help. After waiting 10 minutes without being greeted, I left. I genuinely hate writing this because this used to be one of my favorite places. I hope they turn things around, but based on my recent experiences, I can't recommend it anymore.
