I gave two stars, because my order was ready when I arrived. However , the staff completely ignoring me when I walked up to the counter. No one greeted me, no one smiled, and when I said Good Morning, I was handed a box and that was it. No thank you for coming, you're welcome, nothing. Come on Krispy Kreme. Let's get some smiling faces in your workplace, let's do better! read more

I do not understand a donut shop that doesn't open till 8 am. Most of us are at work by then and would love to have your donuts and coffees at our desk? I still gave you a 4 because I love your donuts and don't want this to hurt you just more of a suggestion to rethink your business strategy a little read more

I don't eat donuts, but my kids do. They like their donuts. I like the "Hot" sign and the free donuts they give out when it's lit up. The employees have always been friendly and courteous when I've stopped in and gotten free donuts. I'm not gonna lie I've never actually bought a doughnut here, only have gotten them for free. While I think their everyday prices for donuts is a little high, they do put out coupons which makes them a better deal. As a personal preference, donuts just aren't my bag, but I do have five little kids who like them and this mom does like free donuts. read more

Typical store with a decent amount of staff walking around yet i still had to wait for who knows what reason. Finally after I had to approach an employee they were confused over my pre made order which was sitting on the counter waiting. Did I mention there was only me and one other customer in the store at the time. read more

While ordering in drive-thru I confirmed whether the hot light was on. The employee replied "does it look like it's on?" To which I asked where to look because I couldn't see it from the drive-thru. The light was in fact on and the woman rudely stated she would grab fresh doughnuts. Once I received my doughnuts they were cold. I inquired about the doughnuts and the same employee stated "what did you want me to do, pull them out of the fryer?" I was shocked by the unkindness and lack of customer service. I have been buying Krispy Kreme for over 15 years and every time the hot light is on I've received warm doughnuts. This was a first. The 14 mile location is much better! read more

Doughnuts are great, but the service isn't. I think they just have too many teens working in there at the same time. I waited almost 5 minutes while three people were just joking around with each other. And then finally one of them came over to help me. They also keep their Hot light on even when there aren't hot doughnuts. I've gone in twice and had to wait almost 10 minutes to get hot donuts even though the light was on. I never leave happy and it makes the doughnuts taste a little less amazing than they are. read more

Nothing Homer would write home about. Taste the same like it did when i had them 20 years ago. Don't know what the fuss is over, they are tiny and just okay at best. Kids wanted them so the kids got them. Service wasn't bad, but you can tell they were not well trained. Funny thing was wstching a guy in front of us have a melt down because he claimed he was waiting forever. Idiots now a days have no sense of time or importance. I mean come on bro, you're getting doughnuts. This guy was literally shaking, like a crackhead jones'n a hit. It was a great lesson for the kids to see how not to act. Then when you think it's all over a woman starts complaining that nobody was ringing her up. I don't think she really needed anymore doughnuts, but her body not mine. I mean she starts getting loud and all angry...why Like i said they are tiny doughnuts and they all taste the same, there is a reason these pretty much failed when they first came to Michigan 20 years ago and built a handful and closed the majority of them. read more

Person at the front counter just stared at us until we started ordering. Didn't even know if he was taking our order or a drive through order until he finally spoke up and said I can't order an Apple fritter in a dozen donuts. They already have a separate pricing option for a dozen specialty donuts vs regular ones. Why can't I get a fritter with the dozen? read more

Sign on the door is too small to view from the car so walked up. Open at 11:00am. Wtf?! A donut store that opens at lunch. STUPID!

The people who work here are stupid. They can't do math. They gave me the wrong change back even though the receipt says what they owe me. Rude staff, very slow. read more

This place is unprofessional. My mom who is an immigrant and fluent at English but has a thick accent was made fun of by the workers in the drive through and they ended up telling her that they don't have anything. This has made my mom very upset and me as well. I would not recommend this Krispy Kreme to anyone. read more

Love their Hot original glazed donuts. But a little disappointed because the HOT sign was on, indicating they have hot donuts currently available for purchase and I placed my order and was told they currently don't have the Hot ones available. Sent my parents there to grab some donuts. They went at 5:20pm and asked when the original glazed are "HOT NOW" (since the hot light is not available on the app for some odd reason) They were told that they "may be" hot around 530-6 .. they went back at 5:35 they were then told they aren't ready & they Maybe ready around 630-7pm.. REALLY?!?! So what is it? Get it together guys how do NOT know when your donuts are ready? Shouldn't you be on a schedule like the rest of the Krispy Kreme stores in the U.S? read more

Decided to take my grandkids for some doughnuts today since we couldn't take our annual Florida trip. The drive thru was a little confusing. The worker had an attitude and we could tell she hated her job. We got a Birthday cake, and two chocolates sprinkle dipped. I've been here twice. Both times my order was wrong. The first time I ordered an iced latte and they gave me a hot. No big deal I just asked them to switch it. It was the worst coffee I've ever had. It tasted like iced old milk. Didn't have any coffee flavor to it. And we waited forever! 2nd time paid for two donuts and only got one. And the young girls that work there aren't friendly. This last time the girl didn't say a single word. Just took my card and handed me a bag. Oh well if I go again I know it will be a gamble haha! read more

Frustrating that their digital menu was not functioning at the drive through. We had to order from what was on the website and several of the requests were not available. Customer service was annoyed with us because we had no clue what to order. Recommendations, if you are going to use tech make sure it is working. If it is not going to work have customer service that is willing to assist customers with their orders with a good attitude! After getting our order I am making this a one star. The Apple fritters they gave look more like a donut hole, not what we paid for...disappointing service ): read more

This location is the worst, slow workers and long time waiting in the drive through, I ordered half a dozen of donut and a small coffee and when I finally got to the window she gave me the wrong order!! Different donuts and when I asked where is the coffee she said there is no coffee or I have to go back to the drive through!!! They are not the best and not good at all. Go to Tim Horton .!!! read more

The place itself is great, but donuts are breakfast food!!!! While obviously I should check hours before leaving the house, you wouldn't think that would be necessary to get donuts in the morning. Honestly, who gets donuts at lunch time? It makes absolutely no sense. Update: I heard from a friend that the hours change was due to worker shortage. The 1-star is still relevant because if you have to cut off 5 hours for a breakfast place then you take it off the end of the day, not the beginning. That just tells me the management isn't thinking properly. I have talked to others now who used to regularly get donuts at this KK and have had to look at competitors instead due to this. You would think that loss of business would prompt a change? read more

Don't bother coming to this Krispy Kreme location. It's ran by children that will do the bare minimum to get by. We placed an online order yesterday and we had showed up to pick up our donuts just before closing time. When we got to the drive thru window the employees were gesturing for us to go away and wouldn't give us our online pick up order, despite the fact that they were still open. They didn't even have the courage to open the window and talk with us directly. Needless to say, we did not get our donuts and we called corporate to complain about our experience. The staff here is very disrespectful and they do not care about their customers at all. The employees here are not trained on how to properly deal with customers. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on 14 mile instead, that location is actually ran properly. read more

3 years later and this store is still closed. Every single time I want to take my kids here the store is closed and they are drive though only. This is completely unacceptable. Before Covid we would frequent this store all the time and would have great experiences. Not once since Covid have we been able to go inside and experience it the way it's meant to be. I'm very disappointed in this location. read more

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I placed a pickup order at 4 pm and received notice it would be ready for pickup at 4:30. I arrived at 5 just in case it took a little longer and i proceeded to wait in line for a whole hour. Now leaving at 6, 2 hours after I placed my order and was told it would be ready. Not sure if they are short staffed or just suck. Please reevaluate this location or just close it. I feel bad for anyone that has to go here. I literally just wasted an hour of my life I'll never get back for 6 donuts.. lol read more

Such great donuts, but there's always something left to be desired about the service. Have had three experiences since they opened (two before COVID) where they were so rude, almost like they forgot I'm a customer and can choose not to spend money at their store, with the most recent example being scoffed/laughed at for asking to add to my drive through order. You can respectfully tell me i can't add to the order or ask me to pull up and wait without being rude. read more

Customer service has been going down hill for quite some time, and really has nothing to do with COVID. Today was my final straw. I purchased a dozen donuts thru the Drive Thru and didn't notice until I got home that they weren't the dozen I ordered. I tried calling them for a 1/2 hour before someone finally picked up the phone. She proceeded to tell me I had to bring the incorrect dozen back that they gave me and I could get my correct dozen or a refund. I said that I wasted so much time trying to get thru on the phone, that they should deliver me my correct dozen and I'd leave the wrong dozen they gave me on my front porch. She said this location didn't do that....? So I have to waste my time and gas to correct THEIR mistake!?!? If it wasn't for my kids I wouldn't even bother with these fools, I prefer Dunkin Donuts anyway!!! read more

I'm addicted to their regular yeast donuts. I eat one almost everyday. Extra special when they are warm and fresh. All the donuts are great and the quality is absolutely consistent. But the green donuts for St Patrick's day put me off. They tasted great, but I couldn't look at them. I think they should have just put green frosting on regular donuts instead of coloring the dough. That said, I am thrilled to have them in my neighborhood. read more

I eat donuts maybe twice a year and totally not a sweet eater. IMO, krispy k is way too sweet and just taste like sugar. Its in a great location and always busy, so yes they have a huge fan base. I cannot get enough of the original glazed donuts. Especially when the light is on. Always my indulgence for the week. Enough said.

Worst experience I've ever had in a drive through. Waited 45 minutes in line, people doing the drive through ignore you and act like they can't hear you. I literally just waited 15 minutes where you order to have someone finally decide they want to take my order after yelling hello into the intercom a million times. Don't understand why they ignore one line and only take orders from one. Girl working had so much attitude and was rude as hell. Workers were inside laughing and joking around ignoring the drive through. I'd rather buy Little Debbie doughnuts from the grocery store than deal with these lazy, rude workers again. Please consider getting new staff if you want this place to survive. read more
