This is truly one of the best dessert shops I have ever visited. My sister informed me that they had the best nutella pizza ever that you can modify. I have attached photos of a premade form for ordering the nutella pizza. On one side you can choose house specials that they have created, or you can flip the page over and make your own. The best part is that you can divide the pizza into half or quarters and choose multiple different options for sharing. We decided to do half, and it was so much fun to see the finished product. Be sure to ask for Plates if you are eating inside, as most leave after. It can be a bit messy and my pizza was super sweet, but I loved it. They even have forms for the liquid nitrogen ice-cream and a waffle pop! Along with this fun and unique creations, they have a cooler with cold drinks (the water helps wash down the sweet deliciousness). They also offer coffee, tea, and drips. When I checked in, I received a free coupon for a drip which I gave to my boyfriend. He said it was actually pretty good, as it was his first time trying one. They also had loads of unique desserts everywhere. I really wanted to try some, and I am familiar with a lot of them. Sadly, I was really full and I did not want to overdo it. I will definetely be back to try some of the desserts, or maybe even grab one of the premade to go containers. Also, the woman at the counter was the nicest person. She had the best customer service skills. She was super kind and smiled the entire time. She was happy to explain different options and the desserts.
A gem tucked away in strip mall in Sterling Heights. Street Sweets is a great place to come if you just gotta have that sugar fix. I always get the Triple Sweet Iced Latte. Of course I never remember the name and just end up asking for the Iced Carmel Latte with three donuts, and by then the staff usually know what I'm talking about. I tend to pick the same latte but I try to mix it up each time with the donuts. This time I picked the Oreo, Fruity Pebbles, and Strawberry Sprinkle. They're are tons of choices to choose from. They all tasted amazing but I feel like the strawberry sprinkle was my fave. Overall tasty and a sugar RUSH. In addition to the Iced Lattes and donuts, they have cake, waffle pops, vegan cookies + more. If you're ever in the area you have got to stop by. I'll definitely be back to try the Waffle Pops!
No public restroom here either, really? It's the 3rd stop today without a restroom, is rent cheaper without a public restroom or something? Ordered the s'mores waffle pop and a Nutella and caramel waffle pop, because more carbs always is a good idea. I was actually looking forward to watching them make my waffle pop fresh since the machine is up front. He came up front with bottles of the batter for the waffle pop and filled the iron for my two fresh waffle pop. They make it up front and then take it into the back to finish it with the dips and toppings. It smells good. The s'mores and the caramel and the Nutella waffle pop were okay, not melt in your mouth goodness, lost tooth achingly sweet syrupy sweetness. It was okay.
This place is a hidden gem and a little hard to find but it is in the Kroger plaza! They have many pastries to choose from and some yummy desserts also. We went with 2 waffle pops and some pastries to go. The waffle pops were delicious and you get to make your own! You can also watch him make it in the machine which is really cool! The dessert, food and customer service were amazing but there is not many Instagramable spots in the place so you do have to take the photos outside if you are a food influencer.. other than that it is a must try!
First time trying Street Sweets and was super impressed! The lady working was very patient with me as I took an extremely long time making a decision on which donuts I wanted. She offered me a baklava sample while I was waiting and when I told her how good it was, she gave me the whole tray! (Only about 6 more pieces, but still!) Even if the donuts and coffee weren't delicious (THEY WERE), I'd be back just because of her kindness! Keep it up Sweet Sweets!
I got their signature street iced latte flavored with hazelnut, stacked with a blueberry donut. The employee was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. The seating area was comfortable and homey filled with board games and a TV. We will be back Forsure.
Street Sweets does a good job of presenting both traditional and more experimental sweets, and both are done very nicely! I've come here twice, and it's a good place to come get dessert, and sit down and chat for a couple hours, because it tends not to be too busy and so it's a quiet and roomy place to do that. Some of my favorites: 1) I LOVE the pistachio baklava -- such simple goodness. 2) As for some of the trendier items. the donut ice cream is fun, but quite difficult to consume. If you want it for the pictures, by all means get it; if for the eating though, you may just want to get ice cream and donuts separately -- you can also be more creative with both that way. 3) The dessert pizza is quite decadent, but it tasted great. I will say that I have quite a high sugar tolerance, but even I found it a little overly sweet. Would definitely get it again, but I would choose to note to go light on the drizzle -- it was quite a lot. FYI, the plaza is currently under crazy construction (it looks like a war zone) and I initially almost drove away thinking it was gone -- don't do that!!
Came back here the other day and tried the waffle pops and a donut. The waffle pops were pretty good and fun to eat. They had a ton of toppings to choose from. I also tried their peanut butter oreo donut. It was so moist and delicious.. completely different from the first donut I tried few months ago. It makes me think the one I tried was one of their day old donuts that they sell for a marked down price.
Was super excited to try this place but the service was awful. The two young women working the counter loudly laughed in my face and my husband's because we didn't know they were sold out of donuts, or that we had to write down our dessert pizza order. This was our first visit and will unfortunately be our last thanks to the bad service.
Amazing cake. It looks elegant and tastes yummy . Just like the picture i showed them. Thank you!
Update: DELICIOUS baklava and cookies! Very polite staff. During the quarantine I'm trying to support local businesses, so I ordered my daughter's birthday cake from Street Sweets instead of just getting one at Kroger. I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, vanilla buttercream and blue decorations. What I got was a mix of chocolate and white cake with some kind of flavorless white cream in the middle, and whipped icing. To top it all off, it was the most DRY and FLAVORLESS cake we'd ever had. There was no difference in flavor between the "chocolate" cake and the white cake. It went straight in the garbage. The mistake of having the wrong kind of cake and filling could be forgiven if it had been delicious, but since it was all wrong and terrible, 1 Star. I do not recommend this business.
What a cute dessert place! I stumbled upon this place through Instagram and gave it a visit one afternoon. And it did not disappoint! This place is perfect for anyone searching to satisfy their sweet tooth craving. Street Sweet features a wide assortment of donuts, dessert pizzas, cakes, baklava, coffee, and more, and it's awesome that you could buy a variety of desserts all in one place! Their specialty donuts, many of which were decorated with more dessert toppings, were unique and fun. Some of the donut options included red velvet, s'mores, cinnamon toast crunch, and oreo! I had a stacked vanilla iced latte with a Cookie Monster donut. The iced latte was refreshing and the donut was delicious, albeit a bit dry. Nevertheless, I'm glad I made the visit here. I look forward to coming again soon to try the other options!
Such a sweet, family owned, and run company. They have the best baklava around and the fact that they have a whole allergy friendly menu is incredible.

After being so impressed with the taste and texture of our first cake, we were excited to have another Street Sweets cake. Last time we ordered a vanilla cake, this time we got chocolate. While the design was exactly what I asked for and they were easy to work with and so responsive, unfortunately the cake was so dry none of us could eat it. I reached out to the same person I'd been coordinating with and they never responded. I don't know if something changed or if their chocolate cake is just super dry, but would recommend sampling first if you decide to go with them. read more
After our visit, we definitely will have to come back because the food, service, and ambiance were on point. The staff was uber friendly and knowledgeable. They did not have creamer in the condiment station (red flag for me; I don't do mini moos). However, they offered to pour in real half and half for me, that they store behind the counter. The coffee was delicious, strong, and fresh. We had sugar cookies and baklava. Wonderful. The bakery cases were massive and large selection. The staff greeted us from the kitchen and walked towards the counter to help us. The seating is limited, but we were able to relax in the cozy sitting area with fireplace. Lots of light; bright, and vibrant colors. They offer ice cream too. Overall, excellent. read more

Nice little bakery located in the same plaza as Kroger. It is a small little bakery with a few seats available. I purchased a blueberry glazed donut, chocolate peanut butter donut, baklava and bamieh. The walnut baklava was an absolute favorite! Wish I lived closer because I would want to get this all the time...it was that good! The bamieh was a bit smaller of pieces and a bit more chewy than I'm used to, but it was still good. I prefer mine to be a bit bigger and softer texture. The donuts were also good, nothing too special about them for $2/piece. Overall, a definitely good bakery that I will visit again when in the area! read more

Delicious middle eastern pastries. I came specifically for the kanafa and baklava. My girlfriend had the dessert pizza. It was alright, but the kanafa was a 10/10. Definitely come for the middle eastern treats. read more
What a fun place that just opened up! Why do I say it's fun? Cause you can create you own nitro ice cream and/or dessert pizza! They have different flavors of ice cream and a variety of toppings that you can choose from. One of my favorites is the baklava ice cream, filled with bits and pieces of baklava and topped with pistachio crumbs. So good and creamy! Their desserts are all really good, love the variety that they offer. No where else in the Metro Detroit area can you get a customization dessert pizza. From a personal pan size or a family size, add whatever toppings you want to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. Another unique offering that they have are the muffits. I bought every flavor that they have available and loved them. They are organic, gluten free, low carb and no sugar muffins. These are perfect for my grab and go breakfasts in the morning if I don't get a chance to eat. Great group of staff members at Street Sweets! Friendly and quick service. read more
My friend and I came here right before they were going to close looking for donuts after seeing they had awesome reviews. When we went in, unfortunately there was only 6 more left(end of the day so it's understandable) and the owner popped in and gave us an unbeatable offer which we jumped on since they're gourmet lol. Anyways, back to the point the donuts were beyond delicious and unique, they had a lot of other options besides donuts too. I saw cannolis and baklava, they had a little station where they had coffee/drinks and another with different cake selections. It's a great place to grab a quick bite or some treats with family or friends. We also met the owner and he was really friendly and hospitable, so it's nice that he told us if there's anything wrong, they'll fix it. It seemed like they care a lot about feedback and their service when usually, no one else bothers. I would definitely come here again and try their other options! Thank you Andrew! read more

Maybe Sunday isn't the day for this place. Lots of sweets in store but none of the sweets we actually came for were available. It was a lot of either "we don't have" and "waffle pop machine is broken". Plus on a Sunday morning, you have "2nd day" donuts. Instagram looks amazing tho but not sure if those pictures were from this place. read more

Im a Turkish coffee girl and I 've been through many places but this is the one that takes my breath. It has beats and life vibes. It's mixed between Americans and middle Eastern taste in such a taste. If you want to feel you are in the right place, you have street sweet. My number one. read more

Mom and pop coffee and dessert! Love supporting non franchise companies. Owners are super friendly and inviting. Very cozy and comfy! Had the fruity pebbles donut, a regular glazed donut and a tiramisu cake. Fruit pebbles was by far the favorite. We got to talk to the owner and what I loved most is that he actually chatted with us and asked our honest opinion about our experience and was happy to accept and critiques. The service, the coffee, the warmth inside, you can't go wrong. Will definitely be coming back here! Thank you guys for a great time. read more

Whoa, this shop has so much to offer! Your ultimate sweet tooth cravings will be properly handled here. From the iced lattes, custom ice cream, donuts, cakes and Mediterranean-American sweets and pastries. The interior is very clean and homey-feel. There's a hang out section with games while you enjoy the treats. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and friendly. For my pit stop, I got the Street Iced Latte with blueberry donut- srsly the best donut I have ever had. So soft with the blueberry flavor, literally melts in your mouth. The Latte complemented the donut too. Can't wait to return and try their other amazing items. read more
This is a hidden gem, Im suprised to see that there are less than one hundred reviews for this place. It was pure coincidence when I found this place in the summer but glad that I did. The waffles that they offer are warm and soft with plenty of toppings to choose from. They also have a wide variety of sweets in their showcases that are freshly made daily. The ice cream is nitrogen made and they have plenty of flavors to combine with your waffle. I hooked a lot of people to this place once I found it, it's in a plaza and sometimes hard to see due to the construction that goes on surrounding it. The owner is friendly and the employees are welcoming always ready to serve you and your needs. They also have games you can play inside while you enjoy your dessert. Its cozy and a nice place to bring someone for an after meal date. read more

The strip mall that this gem is in, is under construction but definitely doesn't take away from the experience! When we walked in we were warmly greeted and explained how to order and what was offered. We had already looked at some of the options on yelp and were excited to try out the ice cream and waffle pops! I got the fruity pebble waffle pop and my son got the Cookie Monster liquid nitrogen ice cream (the serving size is big enough for 2 people for the normal size). We also tried a donut and some middle eastern donuts which were delicious and eaten before I remembered to take pictures. They will let you sample things you are curious about. The customer service is spectacular. They also had tic tax toe at one table and a large jenga at the other table, so definitely family friendly! The ice cream and waffle pops have creations that they have created with clever names that you can choose from or you can choose from a large list of toppings, just grab a dry erase marker and go to town! We also got a box of Turkish delights to take back home with us to Arkansas. It was a great experience and plan on visiting the next time we are in town! read more

This place is amazing and super tasty. Family owned business that cares about their customers. We had waffle pops and nitro ice cream. All of it was great. What a fun place. Amazing. This was brought over as a dessert to a gathering and I LOVED it. We cut the pieces smaller because they were so large. The fruity pebbles was my favorite. It was eaten hours after purchased and it was still great. Only complaint if some call this a complaint, I could only eat a small section since this was sooooo sweet!!! read more
