i've been wanting to come to this establishment so i made the choice to when i was in the area. well, there's a small parking lot for their business but that's alright because it wasn't packed when i went. one of the employee was attentive and came to help me pick my order so i appreciated that. i ordered their small cannoli's along with their swiss roll cake and eclairs. all of those were so good! i just wish it wasn't THAT sweet for the swiss cake but the raspberry icing in it helped balanced that out a little bit. however, their strawberry butter cookie was too dry for me, i didn't enjoy it. maybe it would've tasted better if i had it fresh? i'll be back for sure, the cannoli's was the best. i will also try their tiramisu & subs next time. it was hard to pick between all of these goodies... one thing i will suggest... is to have their bakery items priced as we don't know how much they're charging us for. i was certain it couldn't be that much but my total came out more than i'd thought, so perhaps each item is probably around $2 or more. so that's why i gave it 4 stars. read more

Been going here for years for cannoli and other Italian favorites. This time i tried their long john cream filled donuts. (Shutup) Best i can remember at least since childhood. Been craving them over cannoli even which is no easy feat. I can honestly say i will never be able to drive past them now without stopping. Do they make Italian subs too? Hands down the best cannolis! First bite took me back to my childhood. Great customer service as well. I was not a fan of the cookies we got though, which is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating. I'll definitely be back for the cannolis though. I know Mannino's bought them out and I pray they aren't making them like Mannino's does now because they were terrible. I have been coming to this bakery since the 1980's. Back then it was a 5 star bakery. I bought bread, cookies, cannoli, pastries, and took home frozen pizza. Then the bakery was sold so I tried the new owners goods. The was not as good as the old owner. So I tried again in 2005 but it still wasn't as good as the original owner. Well we came back Sunday, April 13, 2025 but this time I only bought 12 cannoli kit and a small box of Italian cookies. Just to give them another try. The cookies were hard and not fresh. The cannoli was real bland I found no orange or cinnamon taste. I Know times are tough but this is the first time leaving this bakery and not spending less than $200. I'm from West Michigan and all the other bakeries are much better and cheaper. Please learn how to read the old recipes that the owners left for you and bake like a True Italian put your HEART in it. Wednesday April 16, 2025. One last word I have been eating Italian Fig Cookies my whole life. The fig cookies that I ate from this bakery had pits in them. I just about broke a tooth. Yummy local bakery that's been around forever and it's awesome to support local fare. The only thing they are lacking is a solid deli to be able to get a great sub sandwich! I used to live in SCS by a nice little Italian bakery that was full service with a deli & pizza ovens, so I got spoiled. I also visited a different one in Eastpointe for my cassata cakes... so I guess no one bakery is my favorite While I do prefer other places for certain things, this places does have yummy treats and they are made fresh, on site every day! The local Tubby's over here even uses their buns and I know I've seen their bread at some local fruit markets as well! I thought they were closed as i pulled in, they were not which made me happy because i wanted to try some sweets. The cannolis i bought, were stale and the filling inside was so sour, like spoiled cottage cheese. Tasted like i was given old spoiled food, very upsetting. The cannoli are worth the drive. The shell is light and crisp, the pastry cream filling is cool, thick and refreshing and the ends are dipped in crushed nuts that add a special flavor to the dessert. I would be proud to bring these treats to any gathering. They are just scrumptious. The rest of the baked goods are fresh and well made. They make a spinach cheese wrap that makes a tasty quick lunch. The bread is always very fresh and tasty as well. I'm not a fan of their eclairs. I find them too sweet and the filling is not a true pastry cream like I expected. Also, counter service is no-nonsense. Know what you want before you get to the front of the line. We're in town from Florida visiting family and last Saturday I was in need of a chocolate cake. Our Great grandson had told me in our facetime conversations before we came up, that he wanted us to bring him one. I called several bakeries ,several hours before our visit, thinking that finding a Chocalate cake with Chocalate icing would be no problem...they all had chocalate cake...but with vanilla icing. I explained my plight to all and being it was Saturday nobody could...as I was speaking to the last bakery, I got an incoming call...it was Tringali's. They were willing to put an special order for Sunday aside and they would bake me a Chocolate cake with Chocolate icing. I was able to make one 3 year old very happy that G Granpa and Gramma brought him his cake. Thank you Tringali's for saving the day!! Tringali's Bakery used to be the "go-to" place for our family! Whoever bought this bakery has ruined it! Sure the store looks nicer inside but the baked goods, which is the reason to go there, are terrible, higher priced and not to the standards of the previous owners. Just bought an apple pie there to take to share the family. One of the brother in laws came up to me and said "Wherever you bought that pie don't buy it from there again. Go to Tringali's the next time!". I then had to explain that it was from Tringali'! Then a whole discussion started with the family with how terrible the bread they bought for Christmas was and a lot more expensive! We don't mind paying more for quality baked goods but what Tringali's is now making is not quality. So I'm pretty sure that the "new" Tringali's lost a family of about 50 people for customers! It has been such a tradition in our family to buy baked goods from there. We are saddened by the loss of the quality of the original products. If you want to stay in business I would suggest a change back to the original recipes. read more

Rude! I buy a hundred cupcakes, that need to be refrigerated and they pass them to me in a box the size of a coffin. When I point out that that will not fit into my refrigerator they become very rude and loudly complain about me while I'm standing there. The treats are tasty but the service is atrocious. read more

This is a great Italian bakery with an awesome selection of Italian foods as well (frozen ravioli, pastas, condiments etc. The cannoli donut was one of the best desserts I have ever had, and the rainbow cookie was definitely the best I've had (and I've had a lot.
