I am extremely pleased with my overall experience with Sweetalicious Sweets. I recommend that you read a little bit on their website before reaching out, and that will make your ordering process go very smoothly. I was able to text my order in. The employee who initially took my order, I believe her name was Keja (not sure if I am spelling that correctly), was extremely professional and responsive. My text message was responded to within minutes. Her communication skills were excellent. She was very thorough in making sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I went to the shop in person to pay my deposit. Keja was the one at the register at the time. She was very friendly and professional in person as well. I ordered my cake on a Tuesday and they were able to have it ready for me that Saturday, which was great! Fast forward to pick up. Presentation of my order was 10/10!! It was exactly what I asked for and I could not be happier. The only thing that I didn't particularly like, was the Superman cake flavor that I chose. I am a huge lover of Superman flavor, and it was not what I hoped it was going to be. However, the cake was moist and we still ate it. It was just a personal preference about that flavor for me. I will still order from this shop again, I'll just choose a different cake flavor next time. The party guests were blown away by the presentation of the cake and the personalized chips and capri suns. We had a great visit tonight. My husband tried a cheesecake bowl. This thing was crazy. Layers of cheesecake mixed with toppings. Think of a Sundae but with cheesecake. I had a cookie brownie. This place is open late unlike most bakeries. Heads up, they had to black out the windows because the sun was melting the frosting on the cupcakes. If you see the pink neon "open" on, they are open. I decided to treat myself after scoring an 80% on my pharmacology final. The peach cobbler cheesecake is phenomenal. This shop is conveniently located north of 696. I will be back again to try the red velvet cup and Twix cup. I also want to try the cupcakes that are the best sellers (strawberry crunch cupcakes and red velvet cupcakes). I will be back anytime I crave something sweet. This is the most professional cheesecake place that I've been to. The staff is amazing and the hours are consistent. My man and I always come here to grab some late night goodies. We were having family over and wanted to grab some cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries. We got home and realized 2 of the packs of 3 cupcakes had mold on them. Which is super disappointing because we love this place so much. We took the sweets back, and the girl at the counter didn't even seem surprised. She didn't offer fresh ones. She didn't look at the mold. She didn't check the others on the shelf. I went in this afternoon to pick up something sweet for my grandma and I to celebrate her birthday and everything was fantastic. I got a slice of the banana pudding cheesecake/cake, slice of lemon cake with lemon frosting, strawberry crunch brownie/bar and an Oreo cheesecake cone. I had the Oreo cheesecake cone as soon as I got home and OMG is it good!!! My grandma said the lemon cake was fantastic, super moist and one of the best frostings she's ever had. She had me write down the name of the bakery and where it's located so that she can venture in and check it out herself. The first time, I strategically arrived about 15 minutes after opening hoping to have the most options to pick from. My experience was quite the opposite, there were only a few items pick from. This was pretty disappointing, but could've been a wrinkle since the business is pretty new. I ended up purchasing a 3 pack of strawberry crunch cupcakes for ~$6.50 and brought them home to share with my kids. They cupcakes were delicious and fluffy. They were the perfect size for kids, but a bit small for an adult. I returned a few weeks later on a random Tuesday afternoon and the selection was MUCH better. I was able to purchase a 6 pack of variety chocolate covered strawberries (fruity pebbles, Oreo, and Strawberry crunch) and a slice of Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cake for around $24. The chocolate covered strawberries were good, but the star of the show was the Cheesecake cake! I shared one slice with my kids and it was perfectly sweet and such a different concept from anything I've had before. I ordered a two tier cake for my daughters 5th birthday. The top tier was supposed to be a strawberry cake from scratch And the bottom layer was supposed to be strawberry lemonade from scratch. the Whole cake tasted like box cake. You could tell the strawberry cake was from the box because you could see the dots in the cake to imitate fake strawberries.
