We were looking for some Arabic desserts and decided to give this place a try. They have an extremely large selection of cookies, cakes, baklava, and much more. They also have a large seating area where you can sit down and enjoy your treats. They also have a beverage station where you can order drinks as well when you first walk in. I wish the service staff was a little bit more friendly. Did not get the best vibe. They're on the pricier side too. Would be willing to try them again when in the area.

If you love desserts, this place is an absolute paradise. I drove 30 minutes to get here, and I would happily make the trip again -- the selection is unreal. Food & Sweets The dessert case is massive and filled with some of the most beautiful pastries I've ever seen. Here's just a sample of what caught my eye: * Pistachio Turkish Shells * Pistachio White Chocolate Fingers * Pistachio Turkish Squares * Cannoli dusted with powdered sugar * Fresh Fruit Tarts piled high with kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries * Classic Fruit Cake * Creamy Mocha Cake slices * Rich Black Forest cake with chocolate curls * Oreo cheesecake bars * Stunning purple mousse dome cakes topped with gold leaf * A dramatic chocolate drip cake perfect for celebrations They also serve ice cream and specialty Dubai chocolates, making the whole place feel like a global dessert market. Everything I tried was delicious -- flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Ambiance & Decor The shop itself is bright, cute, and beautifully decorated. You can tell they designed the environment to match the beauty of the sweets. The displays are spotless, well-lit, and truly picture-perfect. Service Everyone was friendly and patient, even with the constant flow of customers staring at the dessert cases trying to decide what to pick (because choosing just one is almost impossible). Location Notes Parking is manageable, and the area is easy to access. The shop feels like a special treat destination -- the type of place worth going out of your way for. Overall This is a must-visit for anyone who loves pastries, pistachio desserts, high-end sweets, or just beautiful food in general. Totally worth the drive. I'm already planning my next trip.

First time visiting Detroit, very good service, clean place and pleasant atmosphere. Lots of American and Middle Eastern dessert verities.

This is the best place for baklava! They have such a huge selection of savory and sweet desserts. Ice cream, the viral fruit desserts, and even personal pizzas. Definitely worth a stop in even just to look around! We were a bit confused on how things work because there are multiple counters. You line up at one counter with a number, then an employee leads you to one of the other counters to order and pack your choices. It was pretty confusing because the line and main counter was busy when we went. Otherwise they have a really pretty sitting area if you want to eat in. And the prices are good, $1.50-2 for each small baklava.

I love their petite sweets and their meat bread. I love how they open early which is the best time to go because it can get really busy. We get their cakes all the time but their cakes are okay. Not my favorite. Their meatbread is my favorite though and one of the better Dubai chocolates I've had so far. Nice place for a casual hangout or some meetings.

It's a bit pricey but worth it. Even their packaging was fancy. The crepe was extremely chocolatey in the best way and enough for multiple people.

Drove 50 minutes to get here and it was so worth it! The knafeh was sweet and cheese was gooey. Service was awesome and place was super clean. Will be coming back soon.

Nothing beats Farhat Sweets for pastries!! This has been my go to spot for years on the way to a family dinner, event, etc. I always know whatever I take will be devoured. All the pastries are gorgeous and taste equally as good, and the variety is huge! I also adore Farhat Sweets for their customized event orders. They made my engagement cake, husband's residency match cake, mehndi/wedding celebration cakes, and cupcakes. The detail in all of these is awesome and people love the taste as well. Last but not least... the Dubai chocolate. This really took off this year and of all the places I've tried, Farhat Sweets remains top tier!

I came today at about 3pm on Saturday. It was super packed! I didn't quite understand the ticketing system initially, but I did figure it out after a while. I saw this place on social media and fell in love with how good the chocolate bar looked. So naturally I try it and it's delicious! However, I am quite disappointed with how it looked and the overall execution of it. When I asked for the chocolate bar, they went to the back and bagged it up for me while I cashed out. I didn't even look at the chocolate bar until I got home. When I saw it, I noticed that there was no special detail at the top, it was cracked in a couple places, and it was melting. My drive home wasn't even 15 minutes, and it was already melting and coming apart. The bar itself taste amazing but the overall execution and not being able to actually hold the chocolate bar I was very disappointed about. I feel very misled. The advertising was way different than how it came out. Mind you this was also $25 so yes, I expected this to be amazing.

I had my eye on this place for quite awhile. We finally made it in to try some of their desserts. First, they have such an amazing selection from sweet to savory, it was very difficult to only pick one item each. We love gelato, and they had some enticing selections, but we came in from a snowstorm, so we will return later to try their ice cream. We got their tiramisu, a vanilla unicorn cake slice, and a nutella cronut. All of it was delicious. The vanilla cake was so super moist, and melted in your mouth. The tiramisu was not bad, a bigger portion than many places. I made a mistake of allowing the server to heat my cronut, it was so ooey gooey and melted, it was a ten alarm napkin situation. I would get it again, and eat it as is. But it was still very chocolatey and chewy and tasty. The place has a lot of places to sit and enjoy your food, or you can take your items home. Many people were hanging out visiting friends or sittting with families. They offer coffee, which I would have tried their had I not just had tea before visiting. This place seemed to have a lot of people coming and going which is a great sign. I like a busy and popular place, that tells us customers like it here. I will be back soon to try more. Maybe even get a large box of several things to try at home.

Wandered here after dinner. Turkish desserts. There was a line even in the evening. We tried the chocolate cake and several baklava items that contained pistachios. I didn't want to believe they were going to be too sweet, but unfortunately, they were. If you are looking for something less sweet, maybe go for chocolate cake, or cake in general. If you are looking for something really sweet, the baklavas will be your go to. We got thr Bussma and pistachio bird nest. Both unique but very sweet. Also didn't like that nothing had prices and did not know if we were being ripped off. Lots of Turkish clientele. Hard to understand some employees. Probably won't return.

The to go cups are gold as well. The decorated cake is $9.50 The cookie butter was $8 It's light and airy. Don't eat the wax paper at the bottom of the cake. The Biscoff gives it a nice bite of crunch. Mixing the Nutella and the Biscoff sauce (didn't end up getting the ordered caramel sauce once it was packed. I actually prefer the toppings more than the cake itself. The cheesecake tastes eggy. The ube is my favorite and the flavor blows me away every time. The cotton cakes are so light and fluffy. We got a cotton candy frappe and a cookies and cream frappe to go with the cotton cakes and those were a bit disappointing. They weren't really blended well and tasted like a melted vanilla ice cream with a hint of the flavor. Not frozen at all. They looked pretty though. Side note to mention that the bathroom door button lock had fallen off and the employee helped me find it and put it back on but they are aware it needs to be fixed. I plan on continuing to come back to this place as the cotton cakes never disappoint
