This Krispy Kreme is located off of Artesia, soon after exiting the freeway, where the 91 freeway ends. It has its own parking lot. There are many parking spaces. It even has a drive thru. I parked and went inside. Ooh, so many choices of donuts. Strawberries and Kreme; Cinnamon Roll; Glazed Lemon Filled; New York Cheesecake; Banana Pudding; and Blueberry Cake, to name a few. They also sell mini donuts and donut holes. I ordered two maple donuts ($2.79 each) from the gentleman behind the counter. He put them in a paper bag. While I was waiting for the customer in front of me, I noticed the menu on the wall, behind the counter. They also sell coffee, lattes, and lemonade. Someone else checked me out. I had an electronic gift card, so he input the numbers, very patient. Although they have tables outside, I sat inside. There is a decent amount of seating. White square tables with red chairs that seat two or four. The donut was fresh, rich, and sweet. So good, I think it took me seconds to eat one, maybe a minute at most. Afterwards, I took pictures of the donut assembly line. They have a narrow observation deck for children to walk onto for better viewing. Yes, I stepped up and walked on it. They're just making thousand of donuts. There were at least half a dozen staff in the back, cranking those donuts out. By the way, there are kiosks where you can order from, but I preferred the old school method.

Visited this location during the National Donut Day. Zero line in the drive thru which surprised me. Easy to order one of their classic donuts (raspberry filled). No purchase necessary so left as a happy camper. Ate my donut with a cold glass of organic 2% low fat milk.

So happy that I arrived at the drive through right at 6:00am and they had St Patrick's Day donuts ready to go for 12.99! I hate I couldn't place the order online for 12:99. The Guy manager was nice enough to cancel my order once I shared that it didn't give me the in person price. Appreciate their service.

They are the best when freshly baked! I don't it often but when the light is on I can't resist!

Came in here to redeem my 3 free glazed donuts for my birthday. I came to find out that you need to make a minimum of one purchase in the year to qualify for your birthday freebie. Tom went over to the manager, Kamsy, to ask for assistance and he's the one who helped me understand. So I purchased a donut and got my 3 free glazed! The place was clean. Service was friendly and helpful. Great Krispy Kreme shop to visit.

I have yet to have any poor experience here. I am not the hugest fan of donuts, but can't miss out on a good birthday deal to treat my family to a sweet snack. I had a bite of the chocolate ice one and the chocolate part was delicious. Despite my lack of donut favorability, krispy kreme remains a reliable, delicious option if the craving were ever to arise. We were also offered little samples of their original glazed donuts as we were waiting in line.

Disappointed by Quality - Needs Improvement I usually enjoy Krispy Kreme, but this visit left me disappointed. I purchased two donuts, and unfortunately, neither met the standard I expected. One donut was overly greasy--so much so that it literally dripped when squeezed. The other was undercooked inside--dense, doughy, and hard to enjoy. At nearly $2 per donut, I was hoping for a fresh, balanced treat. I understand not every day is perfect in food service, but consistency and quality are important--especially at a well-known brand like Krispy Kreme. I hope the franchise owner takes this as constructive feedback. I'd love to see improvements in preparation and quality control, because when done right, Krispy Kreme can be great.

I looooove their donuts and they never fail to make me happy in eating them. I didn't get all my favorites but I got a few. The service was quick and they were nice. The donuts were hot and ready which sucked but nothing a few seconds in the microwave can't fix. This Krispy Kreme is always quick & pretty clean inside the few times I've gone in.

Went for 4th of July but came away with kreme filled baseballs and mini glazed. Baseball frosting is thicker than expected.

I have leveled up with my Krispy Kreme ordering and ordered online. We were here primarily for the HP donuts. I noticed that once the Harry Potter donuts run out for the day, they show up as not available (even though I was trying to order for the next morning) so it was better for me to wait until that morning before I was heading over so I could order all four Harry Potter donuts (this location did not have the sorting hat donut that I saw in my two-day research.) We ordered a design-your-own dozen and put an assortment of the Harry Potter donuts (fancy ones get additional $0.50/each extra - worth it), and a few others. I wanted to try like the pumpkin spice and my daughter loves sprinkles. Then I don't know if this is an online offer or you can get it in person also, but you could get a second dozen glazed donuts for only two dollars! Yes please! I brought them home, My Daughter and I split each Harry Potter doughnut and tried them. We were both most looking forward to Gryffindor because we love Biscoff cookies, and the idea of crumbles and flavored cream sounded amazing! But instead, Hufflepuff took first place because the butter toffee cream, and then the crispy crumbles on top took the cream filled doughnut to a whole new level without being over the top! We loved the blueberry flavor of Ravenclaw and we also liked that it was a simple doughnut not overly fancy. The Slytherin tasted exactly like a cupcake just not as heavy. I didn't love that even though I had placed an online order they still made me wait in a decent line. Like what's the point of ordering ahead? The one positive I will say is that You are getting hot glazed donuts off of the conveyor belt if they don't pull your order until you arrive. But they did fulfill the order exactly as we had asked, and although the frosting got a little melted on the way home from the hot day, they still tasted amazing!

These are not even covered completely or have Hershey chocolate icing. False advertising and misleading!

Not completely covered with Hershey chocolate as advertised. What a waste of my money!

Doughnuts or donuts? Whichever you fancy, our family had a good donut experience. The visiting nephew spotted Krispy Kreme when we had exited the 91 freeway. He suggested we check it out for dessert the next day. He said that where he resides in the Midwest, there is only one Krispy Kreme location but 26 long miles away. This one is the only location in the South Bay. It's always cool watching the original glazed donuts coming down the machine. The super pleasant gal actually offered us samples of the original. The hubby, my two nephews, and I decided to get a dozen of various types which included: Chocolate iced sprinkles Chocolate iced Kreme filled Glazed lemon filled Glazed Chocolate cake Glazed sour cream cake Original Glazed I also opted for an iced decaf coffee which was tasty. I like their coffee. We ate a couple of donuts in the seating area and took the rest home. Everyone was happy with what they got. I typically don't buy donuts in general. From time to time, we have them at work or church from a local mom and pop donut shop. I like the originals. I remember during the pandemic, they were offering a free donut if you showed your vaccine card. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon but whenever my nephews visit again, we'd be happy to take them to Krispy Kreme. 3.5 stars for this experience and rounded up. :)

Always a treat when we go get us some krispy kreme donuts. I love watching the coveyor bust out some fresh glazed donuts and then at the end of the donut show you get a free hot fresh donut. It's like a warm cloud you can eat in 2-3 bites. YUM! We got some classics and some super hero donuts and coffee. Relax, enjoy, worry about your bad decisions later :p when you question yourself how in the world were you able to eat a whole box of donuts by yourself. Lol. J/k. I'm sure it's possible. Almost forgot the wonderful little lady in the register. So sweet, with a bright smile, just like the "hot doughnut now" sign. She's a treat. . It's fun to see also the kids go crazy over the donuts being made. Definitely a family atmosphere.

I have gone with a few people many times and our favorites are: the Spanish latte, Mexican Chai, Chai Latte, and Mocha Latte. The Spanish latte is especially good, and the Chai latte is the best I have had in my life it's so well made. The Mexican Chai I can only describe as a cinnamon heaven with the best Chai base flavor ever. The Mocha latte is heavy in the best way possible, it's super strong and I love it. The best part I think for all the drinks is the baristas do not hold back on the coffee, and you always get your moneys worth. None of it is water down, and it's such a great pick me up. I can't really speak on the Matcha cause no one in my group has tried it since we aren't really big Matcha enjoyers. But I have been told that the strawberry Matcha is transcendent and absolutely fantastic. They have a bunch of Matcha flavor options as well, which would be amazing if I was a Matcha connoisseur, but unfortunately, I'm not . So I can't really speak well on that yet, but have only told fantastic things about it. The workers are all kind and work really fast so you get your drinks really quickly even though the line is pretty long. I will say the best time to go and get drinks is around in the morning when they open around 7:30 on the weekends. Again I have to restate wait is always 100% worth it for the amazing quality drinks you will get. I also forgot to mention the fact, you can customize your drinks to have different types of milk and they also have a bunch of other vegan food options as well. I think this is amazing even though my group doesn't really get those options, because I've been told even when people change out the milk, it taste the exact same, which I think is absolutely incredible. (Side note I may update this when I take a photo next time I go because I always forget to before I put on the top on and start drinking ) The experience is great. The drinks are absolutely incredible and the workers are very nice and very helpful.5/5 stars

Made with coconut, macadamia syrup, and oat milk by default, it had a perfectly balanced, tropical flavor--great for vegans or the lactose intolerant. However, it's not the best spot for working or studying. The WiFi was so slow that I had to use my personal hotspot, and the seating consists of benches and mini tables that aren't comfortable for long periods. There are a few outlets, but you have to cross the street to a food court to use the bathroom. They have a shared parking lot out front. I'll definitely be back for the Island Matcha, but not to get work done!

I also ended up going about 10 minutes before closing, which I normally try to avoid, but I didn't realize they closed at 9 PM. Ordering was super easy thanks to the self-service kiosk, and my drink was ready in less than two minutes. I ordered the crème brûlée brown sugar boba latte, and the crème brûlée topping was thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The brown sugar milk latte itself was definitely on the sweeter side. I think I would've preferred it if it had been made with milk tea instead of just milk, since the tea would've helped balance out the richness and sweetness from both the brown sugar and the crème brûlée. Even so, it was still a tasty drink. The inside of the shop is really cute and very clean. I noticed a few people working on their laptops while I was there, and it seemed like a nice place to hang out for a while. They also don't blast music in the background, so it's easy to have a conversation or get some work done. I'd definitely come back to try some of their other drinks because several of them looked really good.

Parking was easy, and when we walked in, there was only one occupied table. Three employees were chatting in the back. We were greeted, but it felt more like, "What would you like?" than "Welcome in." No smile, no conversation, no thank you--just a transaction. After taking our order, the employee returned to chatting with coworkers. When our order was ready, our name was called, the halo-halo was placed on the counter, and that was the end of the interaction. As for the halo-halo itself, my partner rated it a 2/10. It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both. The good news? These issues are fixable. A little more warmth, engagement, and hospitality would go a long way. Until then, we'll continue our search for our next favorite halo-halo spot.
