I've been here several times. I recently came wanting a Nutella donut because that one is my favorite. Sadly, thy had just sold their last one. I tried their donut balls (bigger than donut holes but smaller than a regular donut and without the hole) as well during a party. They have square donuts and jumbo sized donuts as well. The bad: The cherry flavor tasted artificial. M&Ms had a dull white color as though they were old or sitting exposed to air for sometime. There's outdoor seating but no indoor seating. The interior is quite small. The donuts were just okay to me. I was hoping to try the blueberry flavor but I didn't see it when I came. 2/21/26 Been meaning to try any Randy's location (Inglewood preferably but we're in Torrance) So here we are. It's a smaller location without the big ole, giant donut as its iconic marketing sign. Service is friendly & helpful. I definitely went in to try the chocolate bar (Long John) but luck was not on my side today. He said that if I wanted the long John for sure, I should've gone to the Inglewood location. No matter, I was just gonna get the raised round version of the Long John. There are plenty of options, but since this location is small, it also has a limited variety of donuts. This location also serves sandwiches and some beverages. Today I got that round race chocolate donut, and the Matcha donut that caught my eye. There is outdoor seating, shaded. Parking lot is shared among nearby businesses, free. I had expected it to be much better than the one that I tasted from Donuttery (Huntington Beach) but it was tasty, nonetheless. The dough was a tad chewy but not as chewy and soft as Donuttery's, which I prefer. The Matcha donut was pretty good. I went on my lunch break to get a coffee raised and a cinnamon roll. When I got there, all the donuts looked so hard and stale to the point where the cinnamon roll was flaky. Totally unappetizing and looked nothing like the pictures online. I decided to just get the coffee raised and asked the kid working cash register to warm it up for me. He microwaved it for like 30 seconds and handed me the bag. It was so hot I had to grab it from the top. It was $4.50 for ONE donut!! Anyways, I got to my car and tried eating it but I couldn't because of how hot it was, it was literally melting apart. Anyone who's ever thrown a donut in the microwave knows you only put it for 5 or 10 seconds just so it gets soft and it's not as stale, but the kid totally burned my donut. It was so soggy, hot, and wet on the bottom which made the whole thing totally inedible. Not to mention there were no napkins in the bag so I had to manually dust my hands off inside of the bag (gross! Give napkins!!!) I had to put it in a mini fridge at work and eat it 10 min later when it finally cooled down. Horrible experience, will definitely NEVER be coming back here! WAY over priced and they don't even have the same selection in store as the menu online. Half the donuts on the display were missing and it was only 12pm. Never again!!! read more

Unfortunately today 2/14/26 We had a terrible experience with a young lady by the name of Kaylonnie G. She was rude, unprofessional from the moment we entered to paying she had an attitude that she did not want to help. Didn't greet let alone thank us and due to her not putting the lid on correctly on our box our donuts fell on the ground. She didn't apologize blamed us and walked away. A young gentleman came over and gave us a fresh box of donuts and was very pleasant. We love Randy's and have never had an issue with any of the employees. Randy's has always held a standard when it comes to customer service and Unfortunately this young lady did not represent that. We went when I found out they were open on January 1st. The chocolate on the donuts are unmatched- so rich and thick you're never feeling like it's not enough. The old fashion donuts had the best crunch to it and still had a soft bottom. Tried the Nutella donut and OMG I wasn't expecting that thick of a layer of Nutella- I LOVED IT. The portions are bigger than most donut places so really you can feel satiated off of one donut. The kicker for this place is that they have a 50% off deal for all donuts 30min before closing, so if you're craving donuts for dessert after dinner this is the place to go. Idk why there are reviews for terrible service I went twice already in this year alone and it's only the 14th of January and both times service was so friendly and patient when I was deciding what to order. They serve boba and coffee too. Establishment is clean and has enough space to social distance if there is about 2-4 other parties inside. You order at the counter and they accept Apple Pay. Despite having lived in LA for most of my life, this was my first time at a Randy's store. The last time I had the donuts, it was catered by work, so I had never set foot into a store. Figured it's about time I tried it, I stopped by around lunch to grab some quick donuts. By this time, they were about half way sold out. But they did have a rack of fresh glazed. I went ahead and ordered glazed and maple. Whenever I visit a new donut place, I order these two flavors to compare. The donuts are doughy and fresh, definitely made on a daily basis. Service was also great. The gentleman that served me gave off good vibes (friendly, eye contact, etc.). I would definitely come back to try the other flavors. The Blueberry Iced Cake was a soft and doughy, it was almost like a cake (hence the name). The donut has not only blueberry icing on top but also blueberries inside the donut itself as well. Came in 7:45 pm mind you posted sign outside said closing was 9:00 PM. When ordering the girl didn't greet us and when helping us was wearing her AirPod and not hearing what kind of donuts we wanted and having us repeat ourselves. Not only that but she never asked if we wanted anything else just started to put in our donuts to charge us so when I went to say we wanted to order some hot chocolate she said she was closing in 15 min and could not start the machine so let's go back to the posted sign saying they close at 9:00 pm. I used to love donuts. Nowadays, I just have them as an occasional treat with a family member/ friend or if part of a Yelp Elite perk. My friend took me to a health appointment down the street and she loves donuts. She suggested a donut and coffee afterwards. Happy happy to treat her to Randy's. Since they've been in Torrance, this was my first time. I've gone to the iconic one in Inglewood and their location in El Segundo. 4 stars for the donuts! The ones that caught our eyes were the coffee raised ones. The maple frosting looked so good with the coffee crumbs and a little beans. We both agreed how delicious and fresh our donuts were. My friend enjoyed her coffee. As for me, I can only do decaf and they do not have decaffeinated coffee. Bummer so, I just got a bottled water. Minus a star for no decaf. Customer service was A-OK. I took photos of the donuts and a promo for their ice cream donuts which I would not get since that is sugar overload. It's either one or the other-- just ice cream by itself or just a donut only. I visited this location this morning and I did a mobile order at 7:30 to pick up at 9am and when I received my order my hot coffee was ice cold and my ham and cheese croissant was on top of my chocolate donuts that was melted from the bag sitting on top of them smh. I did go inside to express my disappointment and the response from the associate was absolutely ridiculous. She looked at me like a deer caught in headlights and when I said my coffee was cold she put it in the microwave unbelievable and to top it all off I got home and saw my " ham and cheese " croissant was two croissants smashed together I was absolutely furious. I was running late for work and decided that I might as well grab some donuts for my staff. I know that it was early, but I definitely expected better quality from such a well known establishment. The croissants were pathetic...they literally looked like they were run over before they were given to me. Im going to attach a picture later so that you can see that I am not kidding. This review is overdue, we came about a month and a half ago and while this place used to be good, it no longer is. This place clearly is relying just on its name alone and no longer is doing quality control or cares about the product it churns out. My families donuts were apparently made in the 1600s as they were beyond stale. In fact when I gave my husband my donut to try because I couldn't believe how bad it was, he said he had never in his life had a hard donut and that it even hurt his teeth. The worse part is my mom decided to call to complain, because all of our donuts sucked (and I didn't feel like calling) and they said they would refund us, and we NEVER got a refund. There are way other better donut shops in the South Bay. Also parking sort of sucks here because of all the medical offices in the same center. read more
