My husband and I picked up our car nearby shipped from Hawaii and we needed a quick breakfast. This place was only a mile away so decided to check out. First thing I see, lots of beggers and homeless around the store. Not store's fault obviously but I still don't wanna get begged for money, cigarette or alcohol every 10 seconds. With covid-19, the store requires mask for entry but I did not see emoloyee wearing a mask. Plus coffees are self-serviced and it really did not seem clean enough for virus protection. The donuts are okay, to be honest. Nothing special. However I really liked their breakfast sandwich with croissant. The sandwich was big, nice and hot, and seasoned well. Overall, it is a good place if you are looking for a reasonable quick breakfast. I am just not sure how I feel about this place during this corona virus spreading around. read more

Saw the high ratings so I thought I'd give them a try instead of stopping at Rainbow. It was an average donut experience. Selection Sunday morning at 10 was just okay. They had crullers so I was happy about that. A lot of places don't these days. Rather short on devil's food donuts. Apple fritters were a nice size. Quality of the donuts were good. Service was also very good. They had some trouble with their credit card machine so I need to make sure I wasn't charged multiple times. Overall, I'd say it was about a 3 1/2 star experience if I could do that. I probably would give them 4 if they had more of a selection. For now, Rainbow up the street remains my go to but I wouldn't try to tell anyone not to come to White Cup. Maybe they'll have a better selection if I stop by in the future. read more

Came in for a quick breakfast sandwich around brunch time. I was checked in on as I reviewed the menu. I got a Bacon, egg, cheese croissant (it came with ham too but I opted out of that) While I waited I looked over the donut selection. There's a wide variety, they looked good and they're all on display. The croissants are pretty big and substantial--I usually avoid croissants as a sandwich because they tend to be delicate and small and sloppy. Not the case. My food was cooked fresh and well. The person who helped me even gave me more bacon to make up for me not wanting ham. That was cool And I just had to try the Blueberry and Red Velvet donut holes. Great textures--light and a bit cakey. Blueberry wins hands down. It's not too sweet and tastes authentically blueberry. The red velvet was good but the flavor wasn't as good--didn't have a good balance of cocoa. It tasted like a basic donut that was turned red with food coloring. Came here after seeing all the photos of the yummy looking donuts on yelp! We got half a dozen: a glazed twist, chocolate bar, chocolate coconut sprinkled cake donut, chocolate sprinkled glazed donut, red velvet cake donut, and a blueberry donut. We also got a dozen red velvet donut holes. The basic donuts (twist, chocolate bar, chocolate sprinkled) all tasted pretty basic and what you would expect. However, I fee like they weren't as sweet and I felt like I could taste the fried-ness of the dough more than other donuts. Maybe it was because they weren't super fresh (we went around 11am) or maybe they weren't coated in glaze/chocolate as much as other places. The red velvet donut didn't really taste that different, but the red color really does trick my mind into thinking I'm eating a different flavor. The blueberry donut was really good when I re-heated it as well. I didn't try it not warmed up. The red velvet donut holes were made of the same batter (cake) as the red velvet donut and had a sugar glaze on top. These donut holes were huge! They tasted alright, I think the blueberry donut holes would have been better. Overall, the donuts here were pretty good, they were basic and what you would expect from a donut. Saw the reviews and since I see this place everyday thought I would give it a try. The selection is very good. i tried two old fashioned donuts. One plain and the other with chocolate frosting. I had some doubts about the chocolate as the color didn't seem to be dark enough but my fear was for nothing after the first bite. The chocolate is excellent. The two young ladies that work there are very polite and helpful. While I was there The smaller lady started to clean one of the cases and I heard music. It wasn't anything that I had heard before, just a soft sound. Then I looked at the lady that was cleaning and saw her lips move. She was humming while she worked. Talk about a happy employee. Haven't been to white cup since it was "supreme" but I'm so glad I recently gave it another shot! It's very clean and the staff is so nice! They are always stocked up on their donuts, tasting super fresh. Dozens go for $9 but $6 in the afternoon, which I think is a good deal! They carry your average glazed donut holes and even carry red velvet and blueberry donut holes as well! They also serve sandwiches and have a drink selection. I pet-ordered some donuts for a party, and they were very helpful and even gave me a few free donuts for my birthday! Will definitely be coming more often read more
