Their hours have always worked perfectly with my schedule, giving me a comfortable place to study after work. There is plenty of seating, and best of all, lots of outlets, which has been a lifesaver for someone like me with an ancient laptop that seems to lose battery the moment I turn it on! Beyond the amazing coffee and cozy ambiance, what really sets this place apart is its commitment to the community. They regularly host events that are open to the public and even keep an event calendar posted so customers can stay informed. I've also seen them partner with organizations like Prisma HealthCare to offer free health screenings, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the people they serve. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Between the wonderful employees, delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and genuine sense of community, it's easy to see why I've been a loyal customer for so long. Then he started talking to my daughter about a couple of other drink options, and wow--he had me reconsidering my whole order! My daughter reminded me that I don't like prickly pear, but Hunter kindly let me sample it anyway. Sure enough, I still didn't like it--but he made it sound so delicious and refreshing that I almost believed I would! We left already planning our next visit just to see Hunter again. The lady gave me a snarky comment and said, "yeah you got Vietnamese coffee, that's what it will taste like". That's definitely not true, I've had Vietnamese coffee plenty of times and it was delicious. The gentlemen who was making the coffee was nice and said he would look into their supply. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. The staff was nice and friendly and let me know that the traditional Yemeni coffee was supposed to be hot. And glad I ordered a hot one - the coffee had a complex flavor with rich cardamom. It was definitely unique but not overwhelming at all. I also asked for less sweet and it was perfect. The coffee shop interior was clean, quiet, and welcoming. Would be a perfect spot to work and study.
